What they do not tell you is that the new line is tied to your original phone number resulting in double charges. You are now paying for 2 phone lines for one phone. If you try to cancel one you will lose your original phone number so if you cannot lose that number you are stuck for 3 years paying for 2 lines. When trying to explain this to a customer whom they were trying to mislead with the same scam. I was kicked out of the store and told I was trespassing. Only emphasizing that they are intentionally deceptive!!!!! Thankfully virtual AT&T was able to help solve my problem but do not trust this store.

It turns out that was a lie just to get me to switch from t-mobile. Now I'm paying for these phones. Be sure you get everything in writing there at the store, instead of them telling you they will email it, which never shows up in your inbox. I have a long fight ahead of me I'm sure but not going to stand for these deceptive practices. The store is owned by prime communication, its a reseller so if the lie to you about the promotions so you sign with them AT&T will not help you resolve it. They will tell you that you have to deal with the store which the store will not and just lie. Prime Communications will respond to reviews and say to email them to resolve issue but they will not email you back. I'm still waiting for a phone call from a district manager or a email response for prime communications.
