Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again.

I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I left feeling extremely frustrated by the rude and unhelpful staff and I didn't get my phone activated. I thought Verizon would give better service. I couldn't have been more wrong. I found Wireless Connect through the PagePlus website. This morning, I visited Wireless Connect and was completely impressed. A staff member transferred my SIM card from my old phone to the new one and had me connected to PagePlus within minutes. There was no wait. Also, I could have gotten Verizon PrePaid through them as well, and they offer many choices. They also sell phones and accessories too. I'm glad that I have such a great place to go for my cell phone needs.

Thee worst place ever! Took my phone there to get LCD Screen fixed this week, I guess the "owner"…read morewas out of town so his brother said he could fix it! It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with "this is stressful, I'm not the expert". He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don't do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won't work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say "it's not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone" . The "Owner" then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn't replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won't return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!
