Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again.

I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! Okay folks, hear me out on this one. My husband and I stopped in at this location last weekend…read morebecause we were on the hunt for a specific phone case. They didn't have what we were looking for, but that's okay. We were glad that they didn't have it, because that store smelled so bad we couldn't wait to leave! As soon as we got out of the store, we both stopped and looked at each other, obviously thinking the same thing. What the heck was that smell? It was like a cross between dirty locker room, stale vape smoke and body odor. We couldn't exactly pin point where it was emitting from, but it was disgusting. And he smokes, I don't. I'm usually the one who smells things straight away. So, if he smelled it, then you know it was awful. Maybe I'm old school, but...as a place of business, aren't you supposed to entice your customers to want to stay and shop in your store? I mean, the store seemed to be clean, which really makes me scratch my head. I felt bad for the girl working there, who was very nice and helpful. But, maybe she was immune to the stink too?
