I was at the att store at colfax/Wadsworth. Reyes helped me with app "LINE" taking his time to solve my issue where other location cdn't. he was patient and gentle to explain to me. this app is my life saving to connect with my family and friends in Japan, so I was deviated when i deleted my account. i tried on my own as well as other Att employee for 2 months. so he was an Angel and my life savor. I recently traded in my iPhone for a newer iPhone and Kaden did a great job with that transition. I appreciated his customer service. Although for some reason I had a problem with my network which had to do more with corporate AT&T which wasn't resolved after a phone call to their customer service. The woman on the phone was clueless, that's what irritated me. I then went back to the AT&T store a few days later and dealt with the store manager/owner. He was also great, and we figured it out and he resolved the network issue. I had a great experience with both of them there. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They push products like a used car salesman. Told me I was eligible for a pair of free airpods with my phone trade-in and upgrade then when I was being charged for them on my monthly bill they said part of the value from my phone trade in was designated for the AirPods and that's just how it showed up on the bill. I've had great customer service experiences with AT&T in the past and this store is absolutely horrible. read more

AT&T service is awful in Denver. Sales people are nice but my AT&T phone I got here barely works for calls or data in many places in Denver. When I asked AT&T about not being able to talk on the phone even with good signal they told me to use WiFi calling. read more

I have lived in Edgewater for almost 20 years. My go to At&T store has been on Wadsworth and Alameda. The customer service has always been impeccable! It's 4 days before Christmas and the store is busy and I needed extensive service with my family plan and phones. I have my business line with AT&T also. Steve is the new store manager I remember him saying he started a couple of days ago in that store. I am so glad he is there! I was treated with the out most respect and consideration. Steve and his crew are very patient, they know their products and therefore they were able to direct me with the best money saving phones and service for my needs. There are great deals going on for the holidays and I wouldn't have known any of them if it wasn't for the staffs professionalism. They all work in sync to help each other help the customers. I do not know everyone's name there that were so kind and helpful. I do know Steve and Juan helped me and I can not thank them enough for all the time and great advice that they gave me. This team goes above and beyond what great customer service is all about. I even got hugs. I am a grandma and hugs are always a good thing. read more

My wife purchased cellphones at This location in Lakewood CO, a few years ago and was very pleased with the service she received. When it came time to upgrade the phones she pre purchased them from the same location. When they arrived to pick them up she was surprised to find store staff had sold them to friends in the 24 hours that it took them to get to the store and pick them up. That was the start of every thing going south with our springmobile experience. My wife at the time of purchase was told by the store salesman about their that great insurance plan and that it would pickup where the apple warrantee left off. As an added bonus it would even cover lost or stolen phones for a $200.00 deductuble if anything like that would happen. It seemed like a good deal at the time as the employee explained it so we purchased it. Then once again we were surprised when we went to the store and were told that the plan is not a warrantee break fix plan but just covers lost or stolen phones for the $200 dollar price tag. Therefore, the "warrantee replacement" which Apple could do for $80 because we didn't sign up for a second year of Apple Warrantee, is going to cost us $320.00. I feel this is an unethical bate and switch because they sold the insurance as a break fix policy and the reality is they don't fix only swap failed phones. The apple warrantee would have been a lot cheaper and the battery replacement would have been free. Because of our last two experiences at the store, I feel like this store operates in a very unethical fashion. My best advice if buying a cell phone would be to just pass this store up and buy the phone anywhere else. read more
