3 years later, these guys are still tops... a big shout out to John, Amaka and Nick! I know people love their iPhones but I couldn't take it anymore, bit the bullet and upgraded to a sexy, snappy Samsung and a LTE watch to go along with it. I feel like Dick Tracy making calls from my sporty watch. John even went out of his way to track me down a Galaxy Active 2. The shop is spotless and they keep it wiped down and everyone is wearing their mask. If you're getting tired of your old phone or even your carrier, get in the Pink and make your way over to this T-Mo location. They will treat you right. read more

What an awful experience! Tried to get our phone replaced or fixed and this store couldn't lift a finger to help in any way. They lost our first replacement for 5 days only to find out it was ordered under warranty instead of insurance. They could've cared less. Sent me out of the store with a sticky note. What a joke. Don't go here!!! This location is awful! I went here wanting to get a new phone/add a line. They did not explain the process, talked me into trading in my old phone which I did NOT want to do. Told me I would get $400 worth of bill credits which ended up being only $55 off my first bill. In addition to the line I requested to add, they added another line to my account without telling me at all, adding an additional $50/mo to my bill. When I went back to get help with transfering my old phone and mailing it back, I was not acknowledged at all and ended up leaving. When I came back the girl was mildly helpful by suggesting I buy iCloud storage and doing everything myself. I love T-Mobile and have been a customer for over 20 years. This is by no means a reflection of them. I will only shop at T-Mobile corporate stores and not an authorized retailer in the future. Should have known better. read more

Went in yesterday to port in two lines, bringing my own devices to get a SIM&eSIM, and pay my current bill. Two of the guys that helped were Christian and Isaac. Christian was the main guy that helped do everything I needed. The entire time we were trying to port in the numbers the system was being difficult and having him redo multiple steps due to some issues within the system. This entire time he was complaining about the system & how "AT&T would've been done already. Their system is so much better." I counted him saying something along those lines about AT&T 7 times during an hour long interaction. After calling tech support, and again complaining about having to call & how the system isn't great & how AT&T is better, the lines were ported over and everything was done. For us, tMobil has been great phone service wise, however the customer service in store clearly lacks professionalism. If one of your employees (Christian specifically since this review is mainly about him) is going to continually bash on the employer he works for while recommending another phone service, maybe things need to be looked into in order to keep business instead of turning customers away and to other carriers. read more

I recently ported to T-Mobile May 2022 & I've had nothing but problems! My most current one is a agent at one of the stores said the Galaxy A7 Lite's we're FREE just pay fees, taxes & activation, I figured ok, until I realized that she lied and it wasn't FREE she was simply trying to make a commission sale. I went to return it to the store, but ended up having Omicron & was told to send it back to T-Mobile thru UPS & I would be issued a FULL REFUND. Might I have you I paid cash. Well they have the Tablet, have for over a week, they are refusing to give me a refund. (except the original agent that refunded it to my bank account) Only to receive a text the next day stating I didn't qualify for a refund, so I reached out again today hoping this nightmare would end, NOPE she told me I can NOT get a refund because I paid cash, $269.54 is what they owe me, plus the $102.14 extra for my bill increase yet nothing has changed!! Yesterday's agent claimed they haven't even received the tablet, so therefore I will have to wait 10 days to see if they receive it and then an additional 10 days to determine whether I qualify for a refund. (smh) I no longer ask where my $150.00 Virtual Visa GiftCard is along with my FREE Tablet for porting from Verizon to them, never received anything, I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INCONSISTENCY & CONSTANT OVER CHARGES EVERY MONTH, NOT TO MENTION BECAUSE I PAID CASH, THEY HAVE THE TABLET BRAND NEW NEVER USED, I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED, THEY GOT IT 01/19/2023 I'M NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK NOW??? I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile in July hoping to save some money and receive better service. They were running a promotion at the time if you trade in your qualifying iPhone you will get the IPhone11 for $200. While I did not need a new phone, and really cannot afford one, I thought I would surprise my husband, make the trade and upgrade his device. Unfortunately Jao Paulo, who was helping me that day, did not enter in the promotion. Now, after going back into the store for over an hour and calling customer support another time, my claim has been sent to escalation twice. I am still paying full price for the phone, owe $700 more and am paying more monthly for T-Mobile than I was at Verizon. Big mistake! I do not understand why nobody can help me! read more

After 19 years with Verizon/Cellular One, we came to the conclusion that they just weren't appreciative of the $275 we sent them every month and decided to shop around. We settled on T-Mobile because they were buying out Verizon contracts and my research showed that the coverage was every bit as good around Denver metro as Verizon. We were concerned about out of town though, we have a daughter in Crested Butte on our plan and didn't want to leave her with spotty coverage. The T-Mobile test drive allowed us to take an iPhone 5s for a week and over Thanksgiving we went to Crested Butte and found that with a Verizon and T-Mobile phone next to each other in the car there was definitely less coverage out in the boonies but not that much less. In Crested Butte we had no issues in town or on the mountain. So we wound up in the T-Mobile store on the north side of Colfax at Denver West (14413 Colfax Avenue, not the mall store.) We were moving 5 lines and were spread out and could not all come in at the same time, our Crested Butte phone would have to be shipped. Jesus, Phil, and the new store manager Frank all bent over backwards to make sure this all happened for us. Everything they promised they delivered. And they even threw in some nice extras (car chargers, phone cases.) I really recommend these guys, they took great care of us and DO appreciate the business! read more

We recently upgraded out Tmobile plan to a new one that includes both of us instead of one of us. This was because we were impressed that the new plans had no additional add on taxes-- everything was included in the stated price. Tmobile works well in the Golden-Lakewood area too. The service can be slow as there are only 2 reps. 2 customers ahead of you means 1 hour at least. The sales rep Christopher said he would take care of the addition and change of plan easily. He couldn't change the plan and had to call Tmobile. This is a franchise we realized run by Express. He called and talked to a Tmobile rep and said it's all done. Then charged $25 for a new SIM card. When we checked the bill in a few days--they charged us both on the old existing plan immediately rather than start and add me to the new plan on the next billing period as we requested--so that I had to pay $25 that showed up in the bill. They basically got me to pay for 10 days of the existing month for the "old" plan that I did not ask for and did not use. We complained and Christopher said he couldn't do anything as Tmobile will not refund. He agreed it was an incorrect charge and his Manager would take care of it. He left a note to his Manager Kelly Coxen. Since then nothing has happened. They owe us about $25 since they mislead us and charged us incorrectly. The money is not critical-- it's the principle of the thing. Don't use this store-- they are looking to get every extra penny they can extract from you. Tmobile is an innovative company in terms of transparency of charges but the franchises are not. read more

This store doesn't care about customers or even answers the phone when corporate calls. They have caused us to get our ordered insurance phone 2 months late because they didn't follow through on their end. They play the blame game and send you in loops because they don't want to deal with people. Go to any other location. read more

Monica was amazing! I recently purchased a new I phone 11 and decided to stop by this store since the people at the Belmar location were rude to me. She was very patient with me while she was setting up my new phone. Monica took her time and explained everything as she went along. Without a doubt, 5 star service. After going to the store in Colorado Mills I am so happy to have found this place! They are nice, knowledgeable wanting to help! They have the friendliest staff members. Who want to help you out and give you advices on products and there honest input on something. They have been so great and wonderful! The store in the Colorado mills has gotten a renovated look but there service and employees have not changed, they are so incredibly rude and LAZY! When someone come into the store they should stop talking amongst each other and ask what they can do to help instead I waited almost 10 minutes for there gossip to end to be helped. When I was asking the employee what she thought about some products she completely rolled her eyes. And took a deep breathe and said she honestly didn't know much about the products. Then I asked her about the different mophie cases and she said yes there good.... and looked over to her coworker and rolled her eyes Again! This place is awful. I was told that accessory bundles were "included" with the transport of a line and the addition of another when I purchased phones for the new additions to my account. Great...unfortunately the only thing "included" in regards to the accessory bundles were that they were "included" in my bill. I also was told that I would receive a call from a District Sales Manager....crickets. I've filed a report with the Attorney General. I figure due to the incompetence of the people at this store, I'm screwed to the tune of about $1500. read more

This is the first negative rating I've given tor any company ever that ive posted. I joined TMobile when i walked into a different store than this one. I was told that if i made 12 on time payments i could get an upgrade at nothing down. I said ok deal. Keep reading because this is where things get interesting. .. I go into this store and the store rep Kelly tells me that I certainly do quality for an upgrade and he is going to get that process started. What Kelly then did was cancel my perfect account with nothing but 14 or so on time payments. He then opened a brand new account to in some way get a commission out of it that he could not have gotten unless he did it the way he was trying to I suppose. Well something happened and the phone upgrade i thought i would get didn't happen because whatever he tried to did not work. I have a fraud investigation I've started with the corporate office. I don't know what to expect because the customer service people you will get on the phone are from another country and i dont know if they understand what all im saying. I only became aware of this when i talked to another store manager at a different store looked at my account and told me what happend. Buyer beware! read more
