Everyone was nice and the price seemed perfect. But the actual repair sucks! They likely failed to use and Apple OEM replacement part as my iPad Pro is screen now squishy. Truly horrible support for warranty claims. I purchased an X2 battery for just over $400 from the Colorado Mills location in June 2022. About 9 months later, my truck started having issues starting so I brought it in to the same Batteries Plus location to test the battery. They hooked their meter up and said the battery tested fine, even though I had to jumpstart my truck almost every day. This went on for about 3 months and went back a second time only to be told the same thing. I was so frustrated, I decided to purchase a new battery from Toy Automotive. (best Toyota shop in Denver!) I told their service rep what was going on and he suggested I take my truck back a 3rd time but this time , make sure the battery has drained that my truck won't start before they test it, otherwise the readings will show voltage which does not qualify for their replacement warranty. The third time I went to this Batteries Plus location, I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes until the battery discharged enough that the truck wouldn't start and it still took me some convincing to get the attendant to replace the battery. He stated X2 only replaces batteries if they completely fail. Funny thing is just over a month later the replacement battery works perfectly and I have not had a single issue starting my truck! I highly cautioned anyone about buying an X2 battery due to their horrible warranty exchange process. read more

This store is close to me so I use them on occasion, but my online motorcycle battery order on a Saturday said it's in stock, it wasn't. I was told it'd be there Monday so at 3pm I brought in my old one and the phone I'd made a 3pm appt for to repair screen and battery. My motorcycle battery still wasn't there. Olivia, the young lady behind the counter who helped me, was quick, smart, friendly and competent. She contacted me about 2 hours later, they received the bike battery and the phone was repaired, ready for pick up. I'd use them again. read more

They were very helpful, they actually made sure that the battery my laptop listed as replacement was the correct one (they had to tried 2 different ones), and took the time to make sure my charging cable was working properly as well it. Was told someone booked around the same time and they already brought the phone in. There is really no such thing as online reservation. Very shitty online and customer service experience. I've never been disappointed here. I used to come by twice a year with boxes full of bulbs and batteries to recycle, and they were super helpful in getting those fine. I also came to get a new battery for my nice watch, and they let me know about their lifetime battery swap program to help save me money!! I went in with a broken iPhone 5 screen and was asked if I wanted a new battery, I said no and was told to come in the next day. I was happy to come back the next day and pick up my phone. However it did not swipe at all. They took it in for another 30 minutes or so and this time, it didn't turn on. It just stayed on the apple screen. The next day we came in furious. I waited in the store 30 minutes when the guy said, "Oops i cracked the screen again, It'll take me about another hour in a half or so!" I walked out of the store with rage. When we came back it seemed fine! On my first day of school I shut it down for class. That night it when I tried to turn it on it stayed on the apple screen again. That weekend we took it into the apple store and said that it looked like the battery was sabotaged and was unable to be fixed even with a new battery. Very disappointed. I went in the next day and they said no refunds. $90 for a broken phone to get worse. The Apple store said if we would have spent $30 more and went to them I would have a new phone. I went her two weeks ago to get a fob programmed. There phones and internet were down . I waited another day and went back . How long can service be down right ? It was still down the following day .i figured I would wait another two weeks and give it another shot. Headed out there at about 1130 today. I was told they could do it and it would take 30 mins. I was fine with that it then they said the iPad that they needed was dead and they wanted to charge it for an hour. Ummm no thanks, after three attempts to get a fob programmed I will pass and take my business else where. read more

I don't typically give poor reviews but this is really one of the worst experiences I have ever had in retail. I made an appointment on Monday online to have my front facing camera fixed. When I got there, I was told that the technician had already gone home and that they did not have the part to replace it. He gave me 20% off discount and reassigned my appointment for Friday. I come back on Friday and they still don't have the replacement part. The store manager then proceeded to tell me that the part that I had ordered was not even the part that I needed. He opened my phone tried to replace another piece that did not fix my phone and in the process damaged the connector to my front screen causing it to be half grayed out. When I asked him why is my phone grayed out he said that's how it was when I brought it in. He took no responsibility for the fact that he damaged my phone or that they did not have the piece that I ordered twice when I came in for scheduled appointments. I ended up having to take my phone to another repair man where the cost was half as much as what they were going to charge me and he notified me that the first technician actually had done the damage to my screen and it was not able to be fixed. I would avoid the store at all costs. read more

I got my screen repaired here and it came out darker than before. Also as I was leaving the two men talked about how I would be back because I'm the type of girl to break my screen. I haven't dropped my phone or anything but somehow the screen they put on managed to pop out and now it will randomly type letters and lock me out. I don't understand how my screen popped out, especially without dropping it! I do not recommend this place for screen repair. Go to Apple for a little more and better quality. read more

Poor service and a sham of a warranty! Check out Costco instead for auto batteries. I purchased a car battery from an Austin location of Batteries Plus a couple years ago and had 1/3 of the warranty left when it went dead yesterday. Knowing that they have a "national warranty service" I took it to this location to get a new battery. The sales clerk, Jon, was unprofessional and seemed put out that I would bring a battery from another store, pointing out that they are franchises and that the other store "should not have sent me into their location with only the battery and a receipt from my original purchase." To his surprise and seeming disappointment, I was in his computer and had the 1/3 warranty I claimed. He did a quick test on the battery and confirmed it was dead, but said that in order to honor the warranty they would need to hold the battery overnight to do further testing. Meanwhile I have no battery in my car! However, if I wanted to buy a new battery right then, he would honor about 10% of the warranty instead of the full 33%. I then went to Costco after reading that their batteries are some of the highest quality in the industry. They have better reviews and a higher cold crank rating than the batteries sold by Batteries Plus. Their warranty is unbelievable: 100 months, of which the first 36 offer 100% free replacement with no questions asked! No 8 hours of testing while your car sits dead: just bring it in and swap it out. And, to boot, the battery I bought was $20 cheaper than the one for my car at Batteries Plus (which has a 2 year warranty). Definitely check out Costco if you need a new auto battery. read more

I made an appointment online and when I showed up they said the person that does that service has to leave in an hour and doesn't want to do it. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. I needed to order a special light bulb. It was the night before Thanksgiving and the young man said it would be 2 weeks to get in since they only receive orders once a week and it may be delayed due to the holiday. I waited 3 weeks didn't receive a call or email as they noted. I went into the store and the manager said it was one of his trainees and the bulb was never ordered. He said the Littleton store had 6 and should be able to get it he next day. I waited 2 days, again without any word and called the store. The manager apologized and said the store didn't have any as they had noted on their records. He was going to order me 2 bulbs and said he would call. It's now Dec 30 and I have yet to receive a call or any notification. I went to Amazon orders the bulbs and got them in 2 days. Yes it cost more, but at least I got what I was looking for. I will never go to this store again. read more
