I was kindly greeted when I entered, but both employees were with other customers. I waited about 30 minutes and while still wrapping up with one of the other customers an employee asked how they could assist me. I advised that I needed to replace my damaged screen protector. The employee checked stock and advised that they did have a replacement in stock. It only took about 5 minutes for the employee to replace the screen protector. The new screen protector was FREE because I have Protection360. I left about 2:10pm. Thank you for the excellent service!

When I reported this to customer service they told me they had "no evidence" that I ever gave them my phone. Conveniently they only retain security footage for 60 days.
