Here's the retailer managers off the hook excuse to keep Murdoch's from having to honor an exchange. They told me it was the workmanship of Carhartt and that I would have to take this issue up with the wholesaler. It's sad when the retailer will not back the product it is putting on the shelf to sell to the consumer.
