The staff were friendly and prompt. I had a router that needed to be replaced, after I had gone through troubleshooting with the Verizon helpdesk for an hour. I will post a review for Verizon as a company in another post. This store did what they were supposed to, that is about all I can give for this review. My experience here was less painful than other Verizon stores I have visited before in the past.

When I brought this issue up with the assistant store manager, I was told UPPER management requested ALL chairs to be removed because it made the store look to cluttered/busy. ?!?!
