The person in this Verizon couldn't help me retrieve the phone number so I drove all the way to the Verizon in California and they pulled it right up on the device itself. Either the Lusby Verizon person didn't want to help me because I didn't buy by the device there or he needed better training so he know the phone number shows up right on the device in settings.

I redirected a package to this location and the package was delivered because I received an email. I went to pick up my package at the UPS store in Laplata and the worker (Gee) who was very rude and would not give me his full name when I requested it told me the package was already picked up, how could that be did you verify their identity, he said he did. I had to file a police report with the LaPlata Police Department. I will never use this business again!

Everything was good until the third week after I bought the phone, now I have no internet unless I drive somewhere and park in their parking lot with Wi-Fi. In the past 15 years I have never had a cell phone that did not have internet service, unless you were in a dead zone. I always had internet service at the house and when I drove out but now I do not. This was an H2O phone, and used the AT&t network. I guess I have to go to another carrier because this is ridiculous.
