Avoid this location. An employee named Jing blatantly misinformed my friend about a used phone's trade-in value--claiming it was worth $1,100--just to close a sale. We came back to refund the phone after the manager, Josh, said he would approve it. When we tried processing the return, Jing refused to contact her manager, pulled out her phone to record us, and claimed we were 'intimidating' her simply for holding her accountable to her own lie. She then retreated into the back room, leaving us to seek help from a colleague. In the end, we couldn't even finish the return and have to come back another day. Incompetent, dishonest, and a total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and stick to corporate store locations instead. read more

I'm not complaining about this location. I'm complaining about the company itself. They charge you extra for things you don't ask for. Your bill gets higher every month. I paid off my phone and canceled service 3 months ago. Every month I have to call them and argue with them because they are still trying to charge me for service I'm not even receiving. I went back to T-Mobile. The supervisor and customer service rep gives me excuses on why I'm being charged. I don't have service. I terminated AT&T services. I'm no longer receiving services. I owe NO money. No reason to charge me for service I'm not receiving. I hate At&t. They stress me out and bring up my high blood pressure having to call every month to dispute the bill. read more

I came in frustrated. I had been waiting for a replacement phone from the at&t's asurion insurance company for about 2 weeks and I still had not received it. I initially came in to switch carriers but ended up not doing so. I was greeted by John and he was very pleasant. Mei was the representative that assisted me. I purchased 2 Arlo Go cameras from AT&T. You can read all my various reviews on both Yelp and TripAdvisor. I am not a negative person. I am 48 years young and have had plenty of experiences with many different companies over the years. I can honestly say that Arlo support is up there in the top 5 of my worst experiences dealing with any support system. Ever. Half the time AT&T staff have no idea what the Arlo Go camera THAT THEY SELL is. I am not going to waste your time explaining the many hours I have spent trying to get simple answers/results (unless you PM me) from these people (AT&T and NETGEAR/ARLO). But honestly, I am very sorry I made this purchase. While writing this review after receiving an email from Arlo stating they were closing my "case" due to inactivity (um, I never got any answers), Arlo Support finally called me back and in broken english tried explaining to me why the solar panel was not working. Uh, I don't HAVE the solar panel! After 10 minutes on the call with me trying to explain that I do not HAVE a solar panel and that that was not my issue, we got "disconnected". Do you think they called me back? Nope. So another 30 minutes wasted on trying to understand why the batteries on these very expensive cellular cameras only last 4 days. You kind of know to expect long waits and bad service when dealing with Telcos but here they were fabulous. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and despite only wanting to buy the SGS4A handset outright and getting it unlocked they were happy to help. They don't brush you off for the next sale, they don't push you to upgrade or buy.. the listen and provide the service you should receive.They even transferred my contacts from my iPhone to my new phone for me. I came in to upgrade to a Galaxy S4 and my experience here was beyond amazing. The workers here are so nice, and they also helped me make sure that the phone was right for me. (I wanted to make sure it was a suitable phone for college) Pretty sure the entire staff speaks Chinese as well as English, which makes sense since the store is in Chinatown. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell that they know what they're doing. They make you feel welcome right away too. They have all the newest phones and lots of great cases. I like that they display the Nevada sales tax in the price display as well so that you have a pretty good estimation of what you'll pay for the phone you want. I have to say that they really went above and beyond for me and they probably make every one of their customers feel like a VIP. In about 10 minutes, all my contacts and about 1000 pictures were transferred from my old iPhone to my new Galaxy. Additionally, they hooked me up with an awesome case and screen protector, which they applied on my phone like pros. I used to come here all the time as Clayton was a great rep. Unfortunately, he's not working there anymore. My sis and I decided to still go in for help. We were trying to exchange a broken phone and the girl directed us to the corporate office down the street. She wasn't all helpful with the directions. I asked her what corner of Sahara and Decatur, she just repeated "Sahara and Decatur". If you're directed down the street, the corporate office is on the NE corner next to El Super. Words can't describe my appreciation to the guys here that helped me get my prepaid plan working again. I signed up for a 30 day prepaid plan in indiana before I git here but tge minute I stepped out of the plane, it stopped working. Luckily I spotted this place on my way to fulfill my asian food cravings and boy, I glad I did. My phone went from one person to another, a manager to another trying to find out what the problem was. They resetted my phone, adjusted settings, reboot my phone, changed sim card with their own phones to see what was wrong. For some reason, it triggered the AVG and my phobe got locked and I forgot my password @@ they helped me reset my password and for some odd reason, it started working. Bottomline, they are very dedicated bunch of people and they didn't even earn a cent from me! I was there between 30-40 mins! Extremely patient people! read more

I've been coming for years for as long as I've been with ATT and grandfather in at a really good rate. For that I feel like I'm getting instant VIP status every single time I set a foot inside. I'm all about that red rope access because frankly i don't get any love anywhere else but here. I'm in an out like a superstar within a reasonable time. Even on the latest gadget release date because everyone else are caught up at the other main stores. Let's face it, not all celebrity knows everything about cell phone company. All the techs here have been here since the beginnings, so they know what they're talking about when they level me with any concern or questions i have without making me feel like a moron. I take my mom here too because i can't translate some of the technical cellphone stuff they're able to. This store is filled with phone accessories. I recently got a bunch of phone cases and chargers for like 5bucks each as stocking stuffers this past holiday. English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish friendly. read more

My family and I have been with att and this store for years and every time we upgrade or visit, we get the best service. It also helps that the workers here speak mandarin, Cantonese, and I think Spanish too? They have all the att phones plus cases, chargers, screen protectors etc. All the workers are very knowledgeable and know the software and hardware of all the phones so don't be afraid to ask. Only bad part is the parking lot which is very narrow and is actually a one-way. read more

This is not for the store listed. This is regards to AT&T Wireless phone services, their website and customer service lines. Had an AT&T pre paid phone that was almost out of money on it. Tried three times to add to it through their website and it would not allow me to submit my payment, debit card credit card or checking information. Called customer service four times to try and do it. They kept running me around and transferring me to automated lines. Asked twice for a supervisor and was told that none were available. They are nothing but a huge hemorrhoid. Try another service instead, now I am. read more

My overall experience at AT&T was wonderful. I initially came into the store hoping to purchase a new Iphone since my older phone had become obsolete. I was quickly welcomed by a very professional and charismatic young lady on the latest phones on the market. It was obvious she had a great deal of knowledge on all the variety of phones because I ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S6 instead! The versatility of the Samsung Galaxy S6 is wonderful. I love how customizable the interface is! If I recall correctly, her name was Jessica Mooc. She was not only helpful to her guests, but also very enjoyable to talk to. She made my experience at AT&T very personal. Every time I need a new phone I already know who I will go see.
