Please be aware the "reviews" by people with one review and glowing praises, no profile picture......probably need to be taken with a grain of salt. This company is BAD NEWS. There is no way this place legitimately earned the 5 star reviews. PLEASE BE WARNED!! That said, the brothers who run this business are .....smooth. I was led to a pair of head phones that were SUPER comfortable and the sound quality was amazing. They pulled up the "Amazon headphones on sale(same headphones) for $499.00.....BUT WAIT!!! Yeah you get the picture. I bought them (half price of course because they are SO NICE), and the headphones I got when I got them home and tried them....were cheaply made and uncomfortable. I thought..."WTH , where are the comfy ones I had on?" I was there for an Animal Expo, and we were staying at the Flamingo...so we stumbled in to the "trap." Also included (because they are so nice) was a phone charger case. 250 dollars....but for you....blah blah. Phone charger case is ok....eh. Not worth the money as there are equal quality less expensive options. However at least they still work. My best friends charging phone case stopped worked a few days after she got home. She is still trying to get the $20.00 lifetime replacement charger. They "include" these plastic cards that are "warranty's"...but no where on their "website" will allow you to register. Buyer Beware. I expect more faceless positive reviews after I post this. My advice....stay away. Scammers. read more

I made a purchase here while visiting Las Vegas and was told I would receive a refund. The business printed a receipt stating the refund was issued on March 26, 2026, but the credit was never actually processed back to my card. After waiting several business days with no refund, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money. I recommend that other customers carefully review any charges and not rely on verbal refund promises. Keep all documentation. read more

Complete con artists. Total junk, the product Apex head phones that are listed $499 but they will give you two for the price of one and throw in 2 phone chargers and a bunch of other stuff. Try returning it in 24 hours - not possible when you do the research and realize what a bunch of junk it is. Absolutely snake oil salesman. I'm mad at myself for allowing their predatory sales tactics to work on me when I only went in for a pair of ear buds for my flight home. Got persuaded into buying several other products I did not need because they pulled up the items on "Amazon" and "Best Buy" to compare pricing and tell me they would give me an amazing "deal". Everything happened so fast and by the time I paid I immediately felt like something wasn't right. When I tried to search these same items up on Amazon and Best Buy with my own phone - the items did not exist on either sites, whatever they showed me on their phone was completely phony. Specifically these items are the "Ai Pro" cell phone charging case and the "Apex Pro" wireless headphones. These are cheap Ali Express type products and of course, they do not offer refunds. The whole time the salesmen was running his mouth about the deals on these amazing products, he was standing in the way of the very small "all sales final" sign so I did not see and and he never once mentioned it to me. I didn't realize until I looked at my receipt after spending hundreds of dollars. I went back in shortly after and they tried to give more free fake junk and tell me how they aren't allowed to give refunds. I intend to file a complaint with the FTC about this company as well as contacting the flamingo hotel - this company is using fraudulent and unethical business practices. BEWARE! Coltan Electronics is an absolute scam with relabelled knockoff products. All of the salesmen are liars and thieves. I left 1 star because Yelp doesn't allow minus 100 stars. The salesmen at Coltan Electronics will keep trying to upsell you and give you all kinds of "free" things. Nothing is free here and none of their products are of any quality. None of them! What they show you is not what's in the box, and when it breaks, their promised "guarantees" are lies. Colton Electronics claims they do not give refunds, they try to claim that they cannot give refunds in the store, but it's a lie. They try to NOT give you your receipt, which is stamped on the bottom, "No Refunds". Their products are so terrible that they obviously don't stand behind any of them. They do not have any quality in that store. The headphones you listen to will not be the headphones in the box. The phone case with the charger doesn't work, doesn't charge and can damage your charging port. The projector they try to sell you for $5,000 or half price, bla bla bla is sold on Ebay for less than $500 and it's all junk. Go read the BBB complaints and other YELP reviews. The 5 star reviews anywhere are all fake. Read the real ones. They are very expensive horror stories. You can't reach anyone on their 800 number....1-800-977-5179, but if you call that automated number they'll attempt to sell more... The Attorney General says it's not legal to sell electronics with no return policy in Nevada, and also it's not legal to have no blatantly displayed sign stating they don't accept returns. All illegal trade practices. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have a long list of complaints there where they avoid resolving issues. They are in several hotels along the strip and those hotels should be ashamed of themselves for allowing them a presence in their hotels that scam their patrons and visitors. This company is a fraudulant company. Their products actually melted and at that time a fraud complaint was filed. My VISA found the fraud to be true and refunded me the money. I just found out that this company tried to charge the amount again in March. I cancelled my CC to prevent them from doing it again after the payment had to be stopped by my VISA again due to this being a fraudulant charge. Do not buy these products!! My Mom & I happened to walk by this store on our way to Shin Lim show & back. The suitcases that you can sit on & ride caught my attention so we went inside. Man was that wicked small!! You can't pack enough in there for a trip, its way too small!! I think its just meant for riding?? They had some cute plastic animal speakers on display, saw a couple massage chairs, cell phone covers, ear phones, laptops...such random stuff in this store. The suitcase was expensive & a couple was looking at one & talking to the employee there & I heard him say "we can ship it for you for free." Fantastic new electronics store at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. As a regular guest of the Mirage, I wandered in to see this shiny new store in the lobby, and was greeted by the most friendly staff I've ever met. They noticed my iPhone case was slightly broken, and showed me one of their battery powered cases. I've never really liked them because they're heavy, but they showed me a sleek, lighter case, which I instantly liked, and they even through in a free glass screen protector, a heavy-duty charge cable, and a dashboard adapter for my car. Right when I thought I was done, they showed me an chic set of wireless headphones, but I was resistant to any new purchases. That's when they offered me an incredible deal as a new store. Buy one, get.... not one, not two, but THREE extra headsets. I guess that filled my holiday shopping needs for the kids and wife. But what about me? Ugh.... this is where I ended up buying a video projector. But seriously.... not only did I get an amazing deal, this the coolest projector that links to your TV, cable, or cell phone, and comes ready with YouTube and Netflix capabilities. their products are pure junk. bought iPhone charging case and headphones in October. by november, my case was black it was originally rose gold. the case makes my phone overheat. the button on the headphones broke in November. these came with a warranty, but you have to pay about $35 fir shipping and handling. that cost is about the same as buying a similar product off of Amazon. salespeople are definitely hustlers! buyer beware. I paid $200 for case and headphones. not worth but about $50 read more

Not only do they not get back to you, but they sold us over $600 worth of merchandise and NEVER SHIPPED IT! Do not trust these guys, they are crooks! After several attempts, we are still unable to get through to them. We sent an email and surprise surprise, we got no response. We've called several times, and the phone always rings busy - or the 800 number is an answering service, still waiting to hear back from them! WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! I walked into the store looking for a phone case for my daughters older iPhone XR. They sold me a case and a "free" (actually charged me $.10) glass protector. After getting to our room we realized it in fact did not fit her phone. We immediately went back downstairs to exchange it only to find out they actually had zero cases that truly fit her phone. The guy told us "that's why I gave you the free glass protector", which by the way still offered zero drop protection. Then he proceeded to try and sell me a much more expensive case that had "better protection". I asked for a refund and was told I had to call the 1-800 number on the receipt. So in the end I paid triple what I should have for a phone case that doesn't even fit her phone!! I guess I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned and throw this garbage in the trash. read more

I am staying at the Mirage in Las Vegas for a business conference and I pass by Coltan Electronics from elevator to the hotel conference area. I saw a sales associate named Paris riding a carryon luggage bag which caught my attention. I walked in to ask a couple questions and she rode up answering them, let me try it out and in a casual unassuming manner began showing me some of their really cool products. Before I knew it I was purchasing headphones and the coolest portable projector I have ever seen. I always assumed that casino shops are all well above typical retail prices but I was wrong. I paid no more than what they were asking on EBay and Target. As for Paris, she was awesome; no pressure but she definitely knows how to make you feel like you're getting a great product for a reasonable price, she's a great addition to the Coltan team. My case for my iPhone had shattered while on vacation. I went to get a replacement and made it extremely known than I had to have a MagSafe compatible case since all our chargers are MagSafe only. The worker swore the case was MagSafe and sold it to me before we headed to our flight home. At the airport, I went to charge my phone just to find out that it was in fact NOT MagSafe compatible. My phone has a shattered back glass so I cannot take a case on and off to charge, so I wasted $160 and will have to buy another new case at home. read more

I was in Las Vegas with a bunch of girlfriends and we came across Coltan Electronics in the Flamingo Resort. "Ryan" was our guy. Very charismatic and likeable and explained things very well. He showed us the battery charging phone cases. All 5 of us purchased the phone case and he threw in some accessories and some of us even bought the Bluetooth Headphones. I was very skeptical of the deal he gave us and because all the other girls agreed it was a good deal I went along with it. Well, MY phone case didn't seem to be working properly. I really thought it was operator error. I contacted Customer Service and they were very responsive and polite in our conversations. I had to return my charging case and they let me know when they received it and promptly advised in was a manufacturer's issue. They let me know when it shipped out and gave me tracking information. In no time I received my new case! It appears to be in good working condition and I am very satisfied with their Customer Service and the Sales Staff in the Store!
