He needs to learn how to speak to customers in a professional manner. We do not have AT&T personally, and we only came because our work phone is through AT&T. A person who supposedly works for corporate AT&T came to our door to try to get us to switch carriers, his name is Fred phone number is +1 (301) 655-8085. He sold my parents on the plan having FREE data usage internationally, even pulled up a list of different countries saying we can use our phones over there for free when we visit. Even had details on how it will be 5g service, and not 5g+ because it's international. Swore up and down that our service plan included this perk because of a special promotion they have going on and assured us that this is the top of the line plan. Also that they put up new towers so the service would be impeccable. After signing a 3 year contract and switching over from Verizon, my phone does not get service In my own home, I have to use FaceTime audio on WiFi to talk on the phone. The phones do not work internationally it's $12/day. The phones are locked until you pay them off so you can't use an ESIM while traveling. Reposting from my Google review. What a great team at this location and they are worth the extra drive. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was going to change phone services and had shopped around. I also talked to AT& T support and got great information and a rough wuote to upgrade my iphone. I highly reccoend doing this because it can save sone time when ypu go to a busy store. I also called the store Summerhill Lake Mead location the night before and spoke to Tim. He let me know the phones were out but I could come in snd order. He set ip my appointment and answered a few more questions. Nuvia and Brittany were amazing. Since Internet air is now available in my area they set me ip for that too. . I am so happy I can stay with AT& T thanks to them. I have been with AT& T over 20 years in CA and hated to hace to change internet here. Finally after 3 years I have everything bundled ip again. This is a hood location with good service. I had a previous review another location and they changed and service was sad. I won't ho back to that one. Anyway now I have to wait for everything to arrive and I am confident they will help me get set up. I might add they did all they could so I could get to another appointmet in time. The rep Daisy helped me. I first came off I felt rude. She on the other remained calm, highly professional with amazing customer service. Hey! Remy the Rat here from Ratatouille! The only reason I didnt rate it a 1 star is because theres a donut shop next door. So luckily, after the man hurt my feelings and didnt help me in any way, I was 10 steps away from eating my feelings away with Pink Box donuts. And that says a lot because i'm a rat with small legs. If I were to go into AT&T again I would have stopped inside Pink Box for a dozen before hand instead of after. I had a couple days to think about this and if I should say anything. I've decided to because I think it is wrong. The two times I have went in here their service has been good. However, on Saturday I walked in and was assisted by a tall light skinned male as "Breaking News" showed on the TV and it so happened to be the attempted assassination of our former President Trump at a rally. I made the comment, "That's crazy, I don't care what side you are on you should feel safe running for president." The worker assisting me starts laughing. I look at him and say, "You think it's funny that people are being shot at? I don't." He says, "You don't think that was a setup?" I'm like why would someone do that to themselves??? He replied with to gain votes. I'm like no... and I tried my best to keep it neutral from there but I was feuding inside from the insensitivity of this employee. He then assumes I'm a Trump supporter because I think it's wrong someone tried to assassinate him. The company should have the morals of their employees checked because laughing at someone, it doesn't matter who it is, getting shot is NOT okay. Politics should be kept out of the workplace especially if you're going to laugh at someone almost getting killed when you're giving customer service. read more

Very unprofessional. The sales person Sinthia was horrible. Sold us a watch by saying it was a promotion which wasn't. We even showed her on at&t websire that the watch and price she sold it to us was full price, not promotional. Even had her show us and she came up with a stupid excuse of why she couldn't show us. Then out of panic changed the price of the watch. So now we're trying to return it and get it elsewhere. She should've just been honest from the beginning, or even the 2nd time we went back to the store to confront her lies. I was having problems with my old IPhone right before the UYE Sangria Throwdown and stopped in here after the staff at Boca Park was so rude & belittling toward me that I walked out without help. So glad I decided to give this location a shot on the same day. I was greeted by Miguel who showed me that I had about 4.5 million APPS open and that was my only issue. He was so kind, I asked if he worked on commission: he does. Well, right then and there I had my "Pretty Woman" moment and bought a new IPad from him. Though I was due to upgrade my phone, I had things I wanted to transfer over, but planned on coming back to see HIM to get said phone. When I had my second dinner @ Chef Marc's, phone was locking up & camera wouldn't work: quick tutorial from Miguel and I was good to go. Last night, I decided to replace IPhone and waited for Miguel to finish with another customer. Harmony came over, charged my phone and gave me some amazing tips for Apps & getting the most from my new phone. Harmony was lovely and I told her about my experience with Boca Park she offered advice on handling that in the future. Lovely, knowledgeable gal. Great rep for company. Miguel of course hooked me up and I'm digging my new toys and will only patronize this store in the future. There is always going to be competition between cell service providers and through all of the advertisement claims, we've stayed with AT&T. We have gone to this specific location for several years now and have always had very good service. We were greeted almost immediately at the door and placed on a waiting list. While waiting, I like that the phones are on display and "on" so that we can play with the features. In the time we were waiting, we were able to decide on the exact phone we wanted. Unfortunately, we had to leave before being able to speak with a rep (we had to be elsewhere). We will return when we have more time. We like the fact that the prices and plan options are posted with each phone. Having a contract is now an option. read more

They refused and when I asked them to talk to him on the phone to help him they didn't even acknowledge my outstretched hand like I was contaminated. This was first time at an AT&T store. A store employee open the door for me as I approached the entrance. Another gentleman with locs warmly greeted me in his NFL jersey. I assumed that workers are allowed to wear sports attire on Sundays, which is pretty cool. My iPhone had been giving me some challenges ever since I returned from South America. I do not have an issue with this specific store just the company AT&T in general. I have terrible service in town and especially when I go out of town. They charged my account twice. Doesn't show on their end but it shows on my end. Went into the store they told me to call my bank bc they have no way of refunding it or anything. Now I have to keep an eye to see if the transaction post to the account so I can have my bank dispute it. I was going to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 14 pro max here but not with all of these issues. I will go with a different carrier and I will most definitely post a photo of my new phone once I make the switch. read more

If zero stars were an option I would have given it. I was quoted a flat rate, but when I received my bill they added an access fee that is an additional $20 charge that wasn't explained to me when I received my quote. I would have stayed with my other carrier if this charge was told to me upfront. This extra $20 isn't worth having my GPS work on my car. Instead they bragged about how I was only going to pay $5 more for more 1 more G. They didn't even add my military discount. Looking for another carrier. read more

Overall, I like this AT&T store. I first time I came in, they helped me adjust my phone budget when another AT&T so rudely and unhelpfully told me nothing could be done. The second time I came in, they took the time and helped me research a semi-obscure discount one of my unions allowed, but help me they did, and my phone bill is even cheaper. This last time, I had to upgrade my phone. My overall experience was decent, but there were a few things I didn't care for which go into "pet peeve" territory. When you enter, they now have a kiosk where someone immediately ambushes you before the door even closes on how can they help you today. Look. I'm a man. I need my "me" time. I want to explore my options, but I will find someone when I'm ready. I felt like I was being judged to see how worthy I was for what level of help. I tell the guy I just want to upgrade my phone. Nothing top of the line. Something quick, easy, and affordable. So what does he do? He tries to upsell me the most top of the line, expensive phone. No. Middle range. So the phone issue is resolved quickly, and I start looking at cases. "Pretty nice case, isn't it", he asks as he shoves an admittedly nice case in my face, to which I agree, yes, it's nice. "Yeah, we're definitely picking this one up", he says. "And it's a bargain at only $50." I stopped him right there. "WE aren't buying anything like that. _I_ am going to find a better case online." Don't speak for me. Don't assume to make my purchases for me. How is this suggestive selling? But he was quick and helpful for the rest of the transaction, and was told AT&T will text some satisfaction survey to me. The first question appeared around 5:30 P.M. - I gave the guy a decent review. The second question? It texted me at 2:06 this morning, knocking me out of REM sleep. The main AT&T customer service got an earful from me this morning. They need a cut-off time for their servers, so this survey issue wasn't the store's fault at all. I still like this store. They're still helpful, and have done some good things by me, but they need to tone it back a few notches on the suggestive selling thing. This is new, so I hope it goes away as recently as it was introduced. Settle down. I'll come back. I already have. We're good. read more

I went there a couple a days ago and the unpleasant worker acted like he was doing me a favor to pull up my account lol. In addition, he spoke to me like I was his buddy and not with professionalism and respect, I mean, what did I expect! I believe it comes from this store management because for what I observed, the "manager" was there and she didn't seemed to care much about customers per say! EDIT: good news, the ipad came in early. But when we picked it up the guy had the biggest attitude like he was done with my dad and I before we even said a word. More bad news, my iPad is a generation 3 iPad Pro, but the Apple Pencil the girl sold us is a first generation. Meaning the two are NOT COMPATIBLE. Wtf??? That is $100 for a device that I cannot even use... now I have to go in for a third time. Let's see how this goes. I'm actually scared. My dad and I went in to get a new iPad (mine is an old iPad Air and breaking). We were greeted immediately, awesome. And the lady helping us had a device that told her the prices of everything so she was quick at answering our questions about the various iPad options. Also good. After we chose what iPad we wanted, it just became a mess. While discussing deals and accessories and deals for the accessories, she kept saying "I can do this... I can do that for you... I can take off this..." etc. but every time she would go to the back, come back, and tell us "ok so I can't actually do any of that. But I can kinda do this". She kept doing this the whole time we were there. Like she didn't know the rules or current deals at all. During the actual purchasing process, we were promised 20% off the accessories (the stylus, screen protector, and case). She kept calculating it wrong (5%, 10%, 15%). Luckily my dad use to be a math teacher and could calculate in his head. If he didn't, we would have been ripped off! Finally she went to the back, came back, and said "so I can't seem to apply the discount to the case because it's purchased from the catalog". We argued that we've been going back and forth repeatedly, and were finally promised 20% off. (The accessories totaled $365 without tax). So she agreed to apply the discount that would have been used for the case, to our next AT & T monthly payment. Ok we can live with that. During the actually paying process, she kept messing up and we had to repeat the process a couple of times for the purchase to go through. She said the tablet or device she was using was acting up, but I honestly don't know. But after the mess of it all, we were feeling almost like we were being scammed or something. AND while ordering the iPad, we saw on the screen it said "back-order". She told us it's fine and that it should ship within a few days anyways. We were skeptical, and we were right. We just got a message, on the 22nd, after receiving a message saying it'll ship on the 18th, saying it won't ship UNTIL NEXT MONTH!!!! So we are now waiting an extra month for an iPad that we had to struggle with the sales associate for, and that I need for my classes that already started, for an extra month. Ridiculous... I don't know if this is a combination of really poor training and communication and bad staff devices, or what, but it was a total mess that almost resulted in us being ripped off multiple times, and being promised several false promises, and now I'm struggling to take down notes on my current iPad that chooses to freeze here and there, for a month (university professors talk to fast for pen and paper for me). I upgraded 4 phones in December and added an I pad. They added insurance on the phones that I did not ask for and they grouped the devices separately which incurred an extra charge. To make it worse I called ATT to go over my bill as it was significantly higher. They did remove the insurance and fixed the grouping but I still has to pay for the extra charges that month. I told them I do not want any special treatment, I just did not want to pay for services that I did not ask for. ATT did not do anything. I have been a client for over 15 years.
