My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!

After picking up my phone it started to restart multiple times within a few minutes. They had me take my phone back to keep it again over night. Now, two weeks later it's back to doing the same thing. I would've appreciated honesty if they didn't have the proper equipment/skill to fix what was needed. There is no way this place legitimately earned the 5 star reviews. PLEASE BE WARNED!! That said, the brothers who run this business are .....smooth. I was led to a pair of head phones that were SUPER comfortable and the sound quality was amazing. They pulled up the "Amazon headphones on sale(same headphones) for $499.00.....BUT WAIT!!! Yeah you get the picture. I bought them (half price of course because they are SO NICE), and the headphones I got when I got them home and tried them....were cheaply made and uncomfortable. I thought..."WTH , where are the comfy ones I had on?" I was there for an Animal Expo, and we were staying at the Flamingo...so we stumbled in to the "trap." Also included (because they are so nice) was a phone charger case. 250 dollars....but for you....blah blah. Phone charger case is ok....eh. Not worth the money as there are equal quality less expensive options. However at least they still work. My best friends charging phone case stopped worked a few days after she got home. She is still trying to get the $20.00 lifetime replacement charger. They "include" these plastic cards that are "warranty's"...but no where on their "website" will allow you to register. Buyer Beware. I expect more faceless positive reviews after I post this. My advice....stay away. Scammers.
