She was knowledgeable she was easy to talk to and she was very helpful. When my phone broke and I had trouble with Assurion, Brett, the store manager, offered to help me. We walked in to return a router box as directed by Verizon Customer Service who gave us the address. We were treated horrible by an old woman with red hair. She was so nasty. We were just trying to explain our situation and she goes "it's a 30 second walk to UPS. go there" The other man who was in the store also looked shocked when she spoke to us like that. Alicia at, the Verizon store On Craig Road in Las Vegas was the best rep we have had in the 20 year history we have been with Verizon. I've never had anyone so eager to help, professional, easy-going, completely educated in Apple products and Verizon plans. We left the store with six new devices and she helped us with every device and answered every question. She made getting these devices an stress-free experience and when I had to go back with another question, she was eager to help. When I found out she's only been with a company less than a year, I was dumbfounded because of the experience we had just received. Horrible horrible horrible service...DO NOT GO TO THIs STORE!!! Worked with "General Manager" to order two devices with assurance they would arrive in two days and she would call upon arrival. She would also locate the accessories and call me. Now six days later....no devices. They were delivered to and signed for by store. Store cannot find them. Despite assurances manager would call...have not heard from her. Call the store....routes to offshore customer service who also cannot get anyone in store to answer. Several hours of being bounced around Verizon...still no devices. My red flag should have been the customer who was in the store whose account had been messed up by a store employee that manager was trying to fix. Reading through all of these positive reviews in regards to sales, I was shocked to have been treated the way I was by the store manager Rami Kabota. There was an incident involving miscommunication by his corporate office and an email was sent to him in an attempt to resolve the issue, Rami acting as a local representative for his organization. To start, I received a phone call from Rami, and my first impression was he was not here to help me judging from his irritated tone and attitude, making me feel as if this issue was not his problem. We went back and forth for a bit and while what he was trying to communicate to me ending up being true, he was very disrespectful - I felt belittled as a customer. The conversation ended with him interrupting me as I was trying to find explanation, cutting me off saying "This conversation is over," as well as "We are not selling you these phones." When all I really wanted was some respect as a customer and some friendly guidance. In short: the reviews here seem to be very positive, when they're trying to sell you something. Their managers however, clearly lack any professionalism associated with conflict management. You can be sure that I will never endorse Go Wireless, as you learn in any basic business course: word of mouth travels far, and Verizon should be embarrassed that they've associated themselves with such an organization. read more

I've been very happy with this place. They customer service is waaaaaayyyyyy better than at an actual Verizon store. And, they people appear to know what they are doing. I'd much rather shop here than the Verizon store. It's pretty much the same stuff, same prices, but the customer service at this place is much better! Seriously, avoid the Verizon store! I decided to stop in at Verizon "Go Wireless" on Craig Rd just to get some info and compare prices. Luckily for me Samantha G. was the one that got to put with all my questions and my lack of knowledge of my old carrier account. She was very professional, funny, and knew her information regarding Verizon plans. As i was trying to change my pin she was looking up deals that might interest me and save me money. She found me plenty of good deals but since I would be bringing my phone over nothing interested me at the time. Bottom line, solid customer service and I am now a Verizon customer. read more

I recently went into this location to receive help transferring information from my old phone to my new one. I was so fortunate to meet Brett he was a tremendous help, Brett is so knowledgeable and efficient and made this an easy process. Additionally, I also worked with Garren when I decided to buy liquid glass to protect my screen and he advised me on setting up blue tooth in my car. Garren was also very nice and helpful. Going forward this will be the Verizon location I will use to purchase a phone or accessories. These gentlemen make this location an excellent Verizon Store. read more

Terrible service!!! I was in four times and was given misleading and/or false information on three of those occasions. Bought a new Galaxy s10 phone (with insurance). Was never informed that replacement required a $200 deductible. When I actually lost my phone a week later, I was told that the insurer would replace phone, usually in 24 hours (LIE). When I asked to have my old phone turned back on temporarily, they said I had to buy a $120 Kyocera flip phone instead. After finding out that the insurance claim might take a week to resolve, I contacted Verizon online. They offered to help me upgrade to a low-end smart phone and cover the added costs. When I went back to the store they told me I would have to pay cash for any changes (including a $50 restocking fee for their POS flip phone) This is NOT what the online Verizon rep told me. A pack of either ignorant or willfully deceitful employees/managers. Will NEVER shop at that location again, and having serious concerns about Verizon as a phone service provider. read more

Be aware that these people work on commission. I went in a year ago to get a new flip phone. It's mostly my fault for not reading all the papers I signed. I took them for there word. Offered me a tablet for $32 dollars. Said only one left. Said there was a a$10 charge a month for Internet. Ok. A year later a friend said you have a contract. I looked at my account and see I have a contract with 500 days left on the $32 dollar tablet. If I want to stop the $10 payment I have to pay $170. Ripped off big time. They are pretty fast talkers. Just remember you are not really dealing with a real Verizon store. Was passing through Vegas when husbands phone died. Stopped here to get ripped off. read more

Bought their insurance they didn't cancel my monthly insurance and I didn't find out untill I bought a new phone (2year) First, Manager no called 3 times over 5 days then finally told me, tough luck I should have read my bill. The fact that they admittedly made the 1st mistake and then twice when I came in with a broken phone sent me to use Verizons insurance (which is apparently called Asurion like I would know that) when I told them I purchased insurance up front from them has no bearing and they will not do ANYTHING. I can't reccommend purchasing anything more than an accessory that you wont need to rely on their help. read more

This place lied, lied, lied! I was visiting Las Vegas from Arizona, and I had an issue with my phone. I asked if I could upgrade my phone, and was told all I had to do was add a new line. I agreed and got the new LG G4. I was told that in 30 days, I could buy out of my existing contact for $200, and switch my AZ number to the new Las Vegas line. Yesterday, back in AZ, I was told by Verizon that I could not keep my AZ number unless I bought out of both contacts. .. The existing one and the one Maynard gave me in Vegas. The cost to do that would've been over $500. So I ended up terminating my AZ line and am now stuck with a Las Vegas number while living in AZ. ..4 years with the same number, now, thanks to the deceptive, lying efforts of the jerks at Go Wireless in Vegas, I'm now having to explain why I have a Las Vegas number in AZ. .. Very poor customer service and very questionable business ethics! I am also alerting the BBB! BEWARE of this business! read more
