Shame on you, scammers. I got a new phone(Iphone 15 plus trade in offer) this branch. Guy said monthly plan will be $65, I agreed. He actually put me on $95 plan. I said no to Nextup(extra $6/month) but he put me on. Plus, he also put me on protection plan(extra $17/month) without asking me. My bill is $180 a month after he maximized and takes advantage of everything. Also, I was looking for a Iphone 15 plus blue color. At first I talked him, he said they have blue color in stock so I can walk out with device that day. As soon as finish all the paperwork, he changed word, actually don't have the color. I have to wait a few days or pick another color. Full of lies at this branch. This is very unfortunate, I can't believe this branch work like this. I began my shopping experience with a call to the store, checking on availability for the new iPhone 12. The clerk was kind and warm, then when I made my way to the store I was helped by Sam. He was also amazing! Unfortunately, our time was cut short because of a corporate required training, but the sale/trade-in was taken over by his colleagues - who were also an amazing guy and gal. I kid you not; I've had times where dropping by the storefront of a carrier took 3-5 hours. Not here! The team had me in and out within 45 minutes. The people who work at the store are all lovely, but AT&T as a company is a bully. They will sneak in a lot of extra charges on your bill and when you try to call them to sort it out, they have high-pressure sales people who just try to sell you on even MORE (as opposed to resolving your issues) and then the managers are "powerless" to reimburse you for overcharges more than a month or so prior. Any billing person you speak with will slide in two new random charges for any false charge that you eventually get them to rescind. This is how you end up paying $200+ per month for something that is advertised for $70 and can NEVER seem to resolve, no matter how much time you spend on the phone with their "Loyalty" department. On top of that? The service has degraded A LOT since the pandemic started, to the point where I drop nearly every call when I am not on WiFi. Ten years ago, AT&T was awesome. Now? I bought a lighting cable charger with at&t on Rainbow and Charleston, a month and a half ago. My dog bit into the cable so I decided to go back and see what the "1 year warranty" would do for me. One of the lady's came up to the register and asked what I needed. I told her my situation and the time frame I had bought the charger. She then asks for my number, ID, and typed some information into the computer I guess? She said the box was only able to be returned 14 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I feel as if she wasn't doing her job right and didn't even scan the code on the back of the charger box where it states "Proof of Purchase" as well as not looking at the side profile of the box, where it says in big bold letters "1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY". This place is in need of people with motivation and courage to actually work and make things happen. read more

I have issue with my signal with my new iphone 13 pro max that i just recently upgraded. I ask for sim card replacement that might help. he didn't offer any trouble shooting she ask me to call customer service to do hard reset. I ask for for new sim card she was charging me 5 dollars even for network related issue and she answer back with very unfriendly tone voice. My experience at this location (01/19/2019 5 PM) was one of the worst experiences I've had in my life in a store. The associates at this location treated me like I was some sort of criminal for trying to sign up for a new phone. The agent who was helping me was nice, but the other guy who was with him this night was really absurd. Asking a lot of personal questions that were unrelated to signing up for a phone. Here's the breakdown: Came into the store and there is two employees sitting down watching TV. I approach one of them and ask for help with starting a new line of service. He says okay and continues to type on his computer. I asked him what I needed and he says " Oh, just your ID"... I give him my ID and he starts typing stuff up on the computer which is fine, but it took more than 30 minutes for him to collect all of my information to get the process started. I never even got to pick a phone that I was interested in. The other guy that was with him clearly did not want to be bothered that night. He was on his phone the whole time and kept making remarks as to why I didn't have a phone at the moment and who was my previous carrier.He even asked my why I didn't just order online "like everyone else". I'm not sure why that matters as I am trying to purchase a new phone with you guys today?? Anyways we continue through the process of trying to sign up for a new line and he tells me that it will be a $400 deposit for a new line and $600 deposit for a second. I haven't even selected a phone yet so I'm not even sure as to what the deposit will be for. I ask the guy why it said that it was only a $200 deposit when I tried it online and he said that your pricing online differs from in-store to online. At this point I'm really asking myself why I didn't just order it online myself. So that's what I did, I ordered it online from the web for the pricing that it stated. I'm not sure if this was just a one time thing or if this is how all AT&T stores work but this ain't it. read more

Zero stars - This store location deserves nothing more than to be closed down and demolished. I have been with AT&T for over a decade and have had nothing but great service and experience with them. All that has come to a head at this "Authorized Retailer" store and the experience I had there. I bought and returned a phone within two days of purchase, only to find out that they had never removed the financing from my account even though the phone was returned to the store. When I tried to contact them, the phone is NEVER answered. What kind of a phone store doesn't have a working phone?! They also charged additional items to my card that I never bought. Hands down the worst experience with a single business that I've ever had. I've wasted collectively 12 hours trying to get these charges reversed and settled. Sergio H was my "customer service" representative to which he has provided me with a nothing but a gross disservice and headache. I urge anyone who is considering going to this location to save yourself the grief and take your AT&T business to an ACTUAL AT&T store and NOT and authorized retailer. read more

Went to the Rainbow store at approx 5pm on 08/03 to figure out why our family plan data usage was so high and to see a real time reflection of our usage. Initially I was delighted to see there was no line. I was greeted and advised if I didn't have the application I would not be able to view our current data use. Even after I had advised the representative that I had visited the Centennial Hills store several times and they were able to access our data, he persisted the only way to get the info I needed was to get the application. I then proceeded to drive out of my way to the Centennial Hills store where I was promptly greeted. It took the representative less than 30 seconds to retrieve the info I requested. So while one branch gets a outstanding rating this store unfortunately gets a 1 star. Very disappointed in the store and the knowledge of the representative I spoke to. read more

This is by far my favorite location in town. They answer the phone, there's never a wait, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with their products. Travis helped me upgrade my device to the next plan. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Generally if I have to go to a store I reserve about an hour for the wait but that's not the case here. Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had at an AT&T retail store. Gregory was amazing, and even though I didn't get any service or phone, he did his absolute best in explaining my options for a go phone versus a buy one get one plan, and was completely understanding when I decided not to purchase a new phone that day because what I REALLY wanted was AT&T U-verse which is NOT available in Vegas, but IS in Pahrump! Well, if I lived in Pahrump I'd be a VERY happy woman - but, since Cox and CenturyLink are the only two internet providers, it seems I'll have to continue being unhappy with both of those options! Gregory was amazingly patient, and well versed on all the different options and products available. He took the time to figure out what I could afford if I were to buy one get one, and explained using the phone as a mobile hotspot - which is great if you're not trying to stream anything or play video games, etc. So, thank you for being patient with me Gregory!! read more
