Stay away, long time ATT customer. I added 2 lines (cancelled 1) and have spent the last month trying to get my bill correct. ATT won't fix anything but they say they do and the store rep added insurnace to the line without my authorization. read more

STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE!!! Returned a phone on August 18th 2019, to this day they still have not processed the return and I'm getting charged late fees, upgrade fees, full price for the phone, insurance on the phone, etc. I've paid the excess "restocking fee" which is total BS and every time I've called to follow up on the return, they tell me the manager is not in and/or someone is "working on it", or some Drew guy in Michigan is processing it. This is still ongoing and has impacted my credit which I've also had to dispute. read more

Stopped in here to upgrade a phone. Atmosphere: this is a decent sized store that is wide open and has displays along the walls. The displays have a fair amount of information about the product displayed...though more would be nicer on some of the items. Associates: the staff has always been polite, professional, and helpful. No matter how busy they've been, they have always been able to keep smiling. The major problem I saw at this location was the lack of associates the day after Christmas. They had three when we arrived, which dropped to two because they ran out of certain phones....and the number of customers increased by about three times while we were waiting. Product: they may not have the exact item you desire because it gets very busy at this location. Overall, I really like this store and have had great experiences here. If you can, try to go here during non busy days/hours so you can get the best customer service possible (and quickly). read more

Please take heed to the reviews for this store. By far the worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I only came to this store because another location called them to see if they had a specific accessory in stock. Joel, told the location that the accessory was in stock and it was being put aside for me. I drove 30 minutes to this location only to find out that Joel did not take the time to actually check the specifications for the accessory (although provided by the previous store) and the item was not compatible with my device. Joel stated that it was his fault and that he just glanced at it and thought it was compatible. That was it. I instantly became frustrated because he was very nonchalant and became condescending when I expressed that I had just driven to his location for nothing. He tried to tell me how much gas I burned, made it seem like I was being irrational for expecting something to compensate me for the drive and the time (it could have been a $2 store credit) because he wasted my time. Joel told me he wasn't going to talk to me and proceeded to turn and watch tv. I was the only customer in the store. He was texting and his associate just sat there. I asked for the manager and neither was answering the phone. Once I called AT&T directly, all of a sudden he answered. The rep with AT&T even witnessed how he was speaking to me and kept apologizing even filled a report with corporate. The manager told him to tell me that if I didn't purchase anything, I was loitering and so I left. The fact that this man felt that it was acceptable to speak to me this way and his manager did not hold him accountable, is terrible. This store doesn't even deserve the two stars that it has. read more

Went into this location 4/25/15. Greeted right away right in front of the door. Was not moved away from the door while my daughter explained why we were there. Once the employee realized we had an issue to resolve and no commission, turned very uncooporative. Not often am I treated with such disrespect. Even told my daughter she woud have to call customer service to address an issue. They question her when she did call as to why he would say that. It could of been taken care of in the store but he chose not to be helpful. I asked for a manager and was told, "not available." The loss is on him. She was going to upgrade her phone that day but we left because she said she would not let him make money off of her. I even told him I was going to shop around for contracts and prices and he said, "Well, you should shop around then." Wow. Worse customer service ever. Lesson learned. Hello Verizon. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We went to the Polaris Mall AT&T first and they did not have the phone we wanted in stock so she called the Lewis Center location. Brittany answered and said that they had the phone in stock and would hold it. We get there about 30 mins later and it was the wrong phone and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for the wrong information, she shouts across the room in a VERY sarcastic manner and said that the woman on the phone said Galaxy S8 Plus not the S8. I told her that she didn't say that because we were standing right there. Brittany was EXTREMELY rude, unapologetic, and one of the worst customer service reps I've ever incountered. I will never ever go to the this store again and plan on switching phone companies because of the experience. We are long time customers with AT&T and planned a whole day around upgrading our phones. We were told that the phones we wanted were there and instead of being understanding and apologetic all we received was sarcasm and an attitude. I will be calling the store manager Amos tomorrow and will update my review with what happened. read more
