I was very impressed by the way the store employees engaged me and helped me make my decision. They even transferred all the data from the old phone to the new one which was very helpful. The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. Bottom line is that I engaged 3 different store employees during this transaction. All were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend ABC Wireless

When thry gave me the pieces all taken apart, they claimed it was all there. When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. I asked him numerous times how much it was going to cost and he said that he would tell me after the service was done. I noticed a sign on his stand that said "stating at $39.99" so I didn't think the price was going to be awful. After going back and fourth with him for a while I let him fix the phone and waiting for about 25-30 minutes. I came back and was very happy about my phone being fixed and it worked great. I then asked him how much it was going to be and he said$270. I said that I was not paying that much, after a while he dropped it down to $250, I then had to make a call about getting payment, I had my card in my hand and he said I could go to the atm, I said I was not going to pay cash and that I was going to pay with card. He then dropped it down to $230 but with tax it was over $250. After arguing with the price he took my card out of my hand and started walking away with it towards the atm. I took the card back out of his hand and explained that I would not be paying with cash. Eventually, he dropped the price to $240 not including tax. I thought it was done there. I then get a fraud alert on my phone from my card for a very expensive charge and another charge. I have not used the card anywhere out of the regular in the past week then that place. Do not recommend. Do not go!!

With one more customer being served by beard guy . So we came to a point that beard guy not the one helping me notice I'm not on the account he explain that to tall guy . Tall guy says he couldn't help me , long story short, I had to give help this man do his job going down a check list of " how about this , or that " rather then he give me suggestions, basically a parrot repeating everything or idea beard guy had . I now am being faced with paying for a phone that was on promotion and also having to lock down my credit and change passwords for every account that I own. Be careful folks. They are stealing phones and passwords from customers. This is not ok. My next stop will be the police station to report their antics. This is not acceptable on any level. They are not a Verizon company store but an authorized dealer which is not the same. I'm on the phone with Verizon trying to figure this out. Hopefully they will fix it but I'm not hopeful.

One was obviously chatting with a friend. I could tell by the subject matter and how catty they were getting about a person they were talking about. I had to totally walk up to the counter before the other associate greeted me. I informed her that I was considering changing providers and had been recommended to Verizon. I shared with her what I needed and wanted in my plan. She gave me a price and I'll be honest it was a good price. However, her only presentation was writing the dollar amount and her name on a business card. All the other stores I visited, printed out the entire offer on a sheet of paper and then gave me a business card. A weak sales presentation, lost her the sale. Price was good, but the customer service was poor.

I said sure, let me get a pen to write it down. He proceeded to say with an extremely condescending tone, "let me just get out my smart phone and use google to find the number. Oh wow would you look at that such a nice webpage for otter box warranties" and then proceeded to give me the number. There was absolutely no reason for him to be rude about it as I was asking a genuine question. Luckily I had a good day today and didn't let him have it on the phone, which is why I decided to leave a review here. If you work in customer service (as I do myself), you really shouldn't take for granted the customers that are nice to you. Do better.
