Less than worthless customer service. Moved business service from T-Mobile over to AT&T. Armando was great. Went back because one of the phones had a problem. Was told by another person they couldn't do anything and to take it to the Apple store. Apple ran diagnostics and saw a problem. Told us to have AT&T swap the phone out. Went back and just got an argument by the same person who said they couldn't do anything. Called AT&T support (Assurion) who ran a diagnostic and saw a problem. Told us to have AT&T swap the phone out. Went to a different AT&T store. The person there saw a problem with the eSim. Deleted it and added a new one. Problem solved. This Bowles store has a poor reputation which is well deserved. Avoid at all costs. BTW, the manager came out during our dispute but wouldn't actually talk to us directly. read more

One star, to the guy that tried to get help from the back room.. zero stars for the others. I waited over 30 minutes without being greeted, then told to take a chair. The two transactions were taking a long time, (one seemed shady, talking exhusband and password recovery) 40 minutes until I walked out. I only needed to make a payment. 3 minutes. in the 40 minutes that I and a lobby full of others waited, I saw two employees walk out, apparently on break. Stay away. The staff at this store will scam you by suggesting adding another line to your account will be cheaper than paying off your phone. Not true. This is similar to other Yelp reviews I wish I would have read before going into the store. It would have been a simple fix to just move the installment package to the correct phone number, but apparently that is impossible. I now have a phone with two phone numbers and I can't transfer the installment package to the correct number so I can discontinue the line I didn't need in the first place since that is paid off. Despite multiple customer service calls, emails, a visit to the store, and an online request to fix the issue, I have only wasted hours of time to eventually find a customer service agent who says there is nothing they can do. She did say that ATT appreciates my business which is an absolute lie. Such a bummer as I had ATT for years, but their customer service is a joke. Don't go into any ATT store or deal with their staff. If you need their service because of coverage issues, just buy a phone from the Apple store and save the headache. The service seemed fine till I found out that what they had told me was a complete lie. They convinced me to add a line and to wait a few days and that it would save me over $50 on my bill. After a few days. I went back in to make the changes they told me to do. They then told me I needed to call customer support to make the changes. Customer support told me that if I canceled any lines; I would lose the promotional deals. They suggested that I go back and speak to the sales person. He was no help and told me that I would have to wait 90 days, then call customer support again, but there's nothing anyone could do about it. I asked to speak to his manager. He stated. " what for, so he can tell you what I just told you". After he spoke to the manager for about 10 minutes. Sadly, he came over and told me there's nothing they can do and I needed to call customer support. After spending about 5 hours over 3 days with customer support. The issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm planning on switching providers this weekend. To make it worse. They don't have much of a selection. All they do is order the phone for you. Good place, upgraded my iPhone here because I was in need. They tried to sell me extra, of course. Added a case (for a discount though) and added this unwanted insurance. The employee almost begged me to just add it and he would cancel it the next month. Seemed kind of desperate and fraudulent. He might of needed the sale but now I have to call AT&T and cancel it myself along with whatever else he may have added for me to make the sale. read more

Probably one of the worse experience I have ever in person experienced with phone company I've been with . I went in today wanting to switch to AT&T because Verizon does not work in the area we just moved into and the worker there acted like he had better things to do and felt so rushed out of the door . We were not explained to us of any of the plans to chose from or what plan would best suit us instead chose a plan for us and when we asked how much it was going to cost us every month he just said we got our plan at a discounted rate not explaining to us what we would be paying for every month . Then after being on the phone with our prior service he was was frustrated he was put on hold for so long that it seemed as though he took his frustrations on us . After I asked if we can set up my phone and trade my phone in and replied saying he normally tells his customers to keep the phone just in case something went wrong then immediately cancelled my phone . Leaving me with one phone with no service . And another phone that's not even set up so two non functional phones since one needed WiFi to even set it up because it was brand new . Once I got home and finally was able to look and see what our plan was and what our options were . We found the right plan that fit our needs. Wishing we could've done all this online and wasted our time even coming in person. I'm trying to give this situation the benefit of a doubt and maybe this person was having a bad day . But whatever happened was not acceptable, unprofessional and half effort . read more

I am a long time customer, but am now rethinking loyalty...let alone honesty and integrity!! Ten month ago I upgraded a phone, added a line of service bought a couple IPads and switched over to Direct TV. Great customer, right? Does not matter, I have been totally screwed in the transaction, as I purchased two new I-phone 7 plus' on a buy one get one deal. Found out after the fact that I actually need to pay for them both for three months first then I would be credited back. RIGHT! Even though I was helped by one of the sales managers, Courtney. She messed up the bogo because she ported a line incorrectly, and then lied to me about it. I was promised the proper credit through a second sales manager as she could see the mistake but that credit has not come through. My bill has almost double I could buy a nice car for what I am paying for three phones. On top of it I fell for the Direct TV deal free HBO and a $200 visa card. Do I even need to mention I have never received the Visa. The service and$35 payment is a hoax. Big mistake leaving xfinity! What was communicated as a 12 month service is mysteriously a two year service now. My family almost stopped talking to me But it has cut back on our TV watching do to pure frustration! As soon as feasible I will end both my long time "commitment" (15 or so years) to AT&T and Direct TV. Do make the same mistakes as me please, it will break you! I will mention I have contacted the store 5/6 times and AT&T CS three. So its in the hands of the store to make things right, this location will not! read more

Has to be one of the worst AT&T stores in the area. The people who work here all look like they have better things to do than help you. They spend more time sitting and fiddling on their devices than the customers. There could 2 people in the store or 20; you are going to wait. I have been here three times, and each visit gets worse. I simply wanted to add a line for my daughter and take advantage of a buy one get one offer. One hour and 45 minutes later, they had managed to mess up my account to the point that it locked out. Which is terrific, because now you have to come back on a different day. Next visit, I manage to get the extra line and the BOGO deal. This trip took 2 hours 26 minutes. I am informed that there will be various charges on the next bill-New phone connection fee, New installment, etc.-and that the "Free" phone will show up as having payments due but "it will all even out in a few billing cycles". A few billing cycles go by. My bill is at least $180 higher than usual. For ONE MORE LINE. Not paying the bill is not an option. Your service will be disconnected. I am patiently waiting for it to "even out". Month 4 - I scrutinize the bill and find that I not only have the extra phone line, I also have ANOTHER line with it's own iPhone 8 complete with installment plan. But the fun doesn't stop there. I also have a family device insurance plan, on top of the insurance the phones already have. AND, there are data plans for the two new lines even though I have unlimited family sharing. By the time the Retention department at the other end of the customer service number finishes cleaning up this giant pooch screw, I am owed almost $300 in credit. But I still have to go to the store to clear up the superfluous line. Oh... Update...It took almost 6 months to clear up the mess of the extra line. This total screwup was the fault of a manager who obviously doesn't know as much as she thinks she does. She also spent a good 2 weeks avoiding me because she didn't have the slightest clue how to fix her mistakes. I finally got resolution when I went into the store and LITERALLY refused to leave until one of the managers fixed this BS once and for all. They started to give me yet another line of crap until they find out I had the retention department on speaker listening to the entire thing. Funny how fast people get their sh*t together when the people who sign their paychecks are listening. A few harsh words from the Rep I'm Retention and 5 months worth of headaches disappeared in 5 minutes. Total credit I was owed $685. read more

This is my first experience with AT&T, and this location. So far I am very pleased with the entire process. I spoke with an associate named Garrett over the phone prior to my visit. Upon meeting him in the store, he remembered the conversation and my concerns/intentions. He was affable, efficient and friendly. I wasn't interested in an up-sell, and he was informative without being pushy. We'll see how things proceed as I continue to use their service, but my first impression was very positive. read more

Can I give no stars? Obviously not. This is my last visit experience on 06/29/2017. The store was empty, I dealt with Rachael Mulhauser. The reason I stopped was that after a week I received replacement iPhone and stopped by to get SIM card since was using replacement phone. Nothing changed, I've been a customer probably a decade. The rep said that I have to pay for the SIM card when I inquired when that happen she got confused mumbling something like last week, few days ago...than she tried to sell me case or screen protector...I told her I need nothing. She charged my card. I consider this tacky: I am using your services if the phone malfunction- I am still paying for services...I don't recall ever been charged for this. Bought an I-Phone X brand new as well as a screen protector which according to the gentleman working there that it came with a lifetime warranty and if you ever break it "just come to the store for a replacement". Due to an unfortunate event, I broke the screen protector. I brought my phone in for the replacement screen protector and was told that they cannot provide a new one because I did not fill out a warranty registration online with the vendor. I told them that I was not told that was necessary when I bought it. The person was extremely rude and told me that he cannot do anything for me and that he could not "exchange something for nothing". I do not trust this establishment and would not recommend due to poor customer service and will not frequent again especially after spending over $1000 with them you think they would do a better job! read more

We've been here before and this was the same store that cheated us out of a discount on an accessory, after purchasing 5 new iPhone5s's. We had to go to the Park Meadows store (30-minute drive) to get the right credit. And once again, they pretty much lied about discounts and credits for buying an HTC phone. As we got to the end of the activation process, the rep was "very sorry" but the phone we picked out (and had been talking about for over 45 minutes) was not eligible for the $50 credit! Arrgh! I love it here. The staff remembered me on my second visit when I hadn't been there in a few months. Cheyenne (?) is so sweet. The entire staff is super nice. I never have to wait very long at all for help and they've even given me tips that would save me money when I was literally just about to buy something in - store. The salesperson was unprofessional. She kept smacking her gum and was condescending. I asked about the iPhone 5, and she told me that I didn't want that model. I told her that it was my decision, and she kept insisting that I did not want it. Instead of asking what my husband and I would like to buy, she told us what we should buy. She told me that my phone was seven years old and that nobody had that model anymore. I told her that it was only three years old and met my purposes. She also kept trying to sell us a tablet even we already had one. I had shopped at this store before, so I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Out of the 4 times I've been to this location, only once did I actually received actual decent customer service. The only good sales rep there is a gentleman of Korean descent, excuse me for not remembering his name. They sure keep a lot of staffs on hand and ready to serve you as you walk in or should I say "act" like they want to serve you. Their staffs were incompetent at doing their job, showed zero enthusiasm. The so called manager girl was more focused standing there playing with her iPad than care to ensure her staffs were doing their job correctly. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years and I am ready to take my money to Verizon. They might not care about losing one customer but that number will eventually add up. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been an AT&T customer for 20+years (formerly Cingular as well) and a $380+ dollar monthly service plan. This has been my choice of locations as it is near my home for the past 13 years. They have promised credits totaling over $160 that were never applied. Messed up orders and tonight was the final straw. 1 hr and 48 minute wait while a deranged, according to Deputy a person with significant issues, strung them along while the female manager was busy cleaning and then sitting and waiting past closing while we waited and another group was waiting. She did not offer to assist us, offer us a water and in fact ignored us. We walked to the door to leave, 48 mins after closing, and she watched as we approached the LOCKED door and still ignored us. I had to ask them to unlock the door so we could leave and she still sat and did nothing. F- for AT&T and F- for customer service and FFF- for a manager who ignored customers. If you want extremely poor service then this is your store. Switching carriers and taking my business, including my Direct Tv account somewhere else..... read more
