She goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, and as quickly as possible without interruption of service or billing issues. This is the experience everyone should have. worst carrier I have ever had!!!!! double check your bill every month because they will raise it without notifying you, they will charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for And then they would give you the wraparound every time you call, I paid for a free phone for six months when I called, they gave me credit and then they tried saying that my bank declined their auto pay so they try to charge me another $50 for this( I called my bank and three-way the call and the bank pretty much told the Verizon lady that she was lying and full of shit because they never got anything from them) this place is a scam and I hope everybody away from this carrier Also when I swapped back to my old carrier because I was being overcharged so many times from Verizon, they told me that it would take about six months at $130 to fulfill my contract and within 24 hours they withdrew the full $1000 and still haven't given me an itemized receipt or anything like that(every time I called they said that they couldn't help me because I was technically not a customer anymore and that nothing would show up on their side of the program) I had to go in the and sit there for an hour and a half for them to finally print out my old This is a pathetic place of business read more

If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst experience! As a new customer I was promised the world only to find that wasn't the case. After 20 days my phone just shut down and the manager refused service because 1st I didn't have my ID- I returned with my id about 30 minutes later (never checked my id) and they rudely refused service again because they stated I had a pass due balance! I hadn't even had the service for 30 days and my cards were on Apple Pay! (No use of phone to pay) The manager literally yell at me! I spent 2 hours with the online chat person who told me I could go to a store to get my issue fixed. I went to a different store, but because they were not an online store, they could not help me, but told me the SW plaza store could fix my issue. I stayed with online support and they assured me SW plaza store could fix it. The Verizon employee, Allie, instantly became aggressive once I started explaining my problem and began yelling at me with 1 min of sitting down. I was calm and told her I did not appreciate her yelling at me when all I was trying to do was explain my problem and she told me the online support and other agent at the other store were lying to me and that they could not fix it. She continued to yell at me and stomped off to the back room, I just sat at the table stunned. I have never been screamed at by an employee before. After reading the other reviews, this seems to be the standard customer disservice at this location. The employees at the Ken Caryl store in contrast were much more helpful and pleasant. We came here & waited for 45 minutes. While sitting there we watched 3 employees leave, only 2 people got helped out of 6 the entire time we were there. I understand how shifts work, however if your store is full of clearly unhappy people, maybe have someone stay. We were a guaranteed sale. But there is no reason I should have to wait for nearly an hour, before seeing anyone, only to be there for another hour or more to set up the new line & phones. Also, having someone walking around try to sell us the new deals, including internet. But when we asked what the internet speeds look like we were told "to wait until someone can see us and look at our account." I guess internet speeds vary person to person??? You are deceiving people. Eric and the general manager cheated from the beginning to the end. I asked again several times, it will definitely be 160$/mo. Eric said yes, I ended up with $237/mo + $35 for a one-time service. But they promised me that they would not charge $35 one-time if I connected insurance. I connected it, but they still billed me $35. I've said several times that I don't need a Hot spot giveaway, Eric confirmed that he won't. In the end, I still see it in myself. I've said several times that I don't need Verizon iCloud, Eric has confirmed that he won't, but I still see it in my mind. I repeated several times that I needed an iPhone 14, but after unpacking it turned out to be an iPhone 13. And they ask for an additional $50 for unpacking. read more

Thank you for reaching out. I did go in after I posted this review. This was the conclusion, after being told the day before the phone was broken beyond repair and they will recycle it for her. She went in that morning to try to get a phone back because there was no way for her to be able to get into her old iCloud account and recover her old data without that phone. She was told numerous times by two employees and the manager on duty that that phone had already been recycled, and FedEx has already taken it away. She calls me and lets them know I'm in my way and I ask one question. What trash/recycling service/fed ex does schedule pick ups on a Sunday afternoon? My girlfriend watched them lock and open the doors to the place, there wasn't a single time anyone could have came to pick up phone recycling. Basically between 2 days 2 hours she heard. (no it's not possible, they recycled it, the phone is broken, even if it wasn't gone it was broken beyond repair.) Me 2 minute conversation let me see if there's anything else we can do 5 minutes later, o hers your phone. Since by the time arrived and we had the only thing we came for I just left but the sales guys name was Preston but I'm pretty sure there was one other and a manager helping because it was the end of the day. We're not hard people to please just be honest she's a very smart women I'm sure if you go to her job she would educate you to her upmost means and you leave you with some options. I went to the same store a couple months prior everything was straight forward no weird sales gimmicks she was describing to me she also came out of there with $60 dollars of extra (needed) (required) accessories that weren't recommended for me. This is my first time seeing this type of double standard so it is a hot topic but isn't meant to be political in these polarizing times just please be honest, when someone goes in for help or advice and is expecting the same attentive care they provide on there job. Also I took the phone to a U break it I fix $100 phone is as good as new the only reason she bought one is because it was time for an upgrade anyway, we're just happy we have all the memory's and important data back with us. read more

My mom and I were here for 2 hours. We were just trying to get a quote for a trade in and a new charging cable. We waited while our helper went multiple other customers that were there after us. My father went to purchase a phone on our family account. Even though he was listed as an account manager online, the store did not show it. Upon requesting sales clerk, Brenda, to figure out why their system did not show him as an account manager she told me that was not her problem and I had to deal with it through technical support. Their sales associates are either ignorant or intentionally misleading. Please make sure you ask for the minutia of any promos being offered. "Credits" aren't true credits and they trick you into a 2 year commitment by applying a trade in credit on a monthly basis instead of in bulk. It was shocking how this Verizon treated customers today. I went in to take back a product I bought that didn't work. Despite the fact that a woman who was checking people in had nothing to do after I was checked in, she put me in the que to wait behind 5 parties purchasing phones/ and or/ trying to cancel services. Clearly my return with receipt, should have taken no more than 2 minutes. To add insult to injury, there were NO technicians on floor to help anyone! I waited for 15 minutes and witnessed the woman who checked me in telling a gentleman who came out of a back room that she was the only one on the floor. He went back to the back room and did not reappear while I was there. I got a text 45 MINUTES AFTER I ARRIVED saying someone would assist me to return my product. I was long gone. Let me just start with their customer service. I wish I know the guy's name that handled our plan that day but I unfortunately don't remember and to his benefit too. Upon walking to the store, the employee from the BEGINNING seemed to not know what to do. Which I understand, but be responsible and proactive and he should have passed us on to someone who knew their job. On top of it all, he has this smug attitude during the whole process. My sister and I wanted to merge our accounts. Nothing too crazy, considering we both were Verizon customers. All the guy needed to do, was on the next billing cycle, which was coming up, add her to my account so we can both benefit from the unlimited plan. After my ears were bleeding from his chronic, smug attitude, he finally said everything was set. We were good to go! OH NO! A few days later, we get an update on our phone via text message that says we are about to go over our data... What..? We thought the guy added us both to the unlimited. So we went back into the store and due to our visit with him last time, we did not want him to work with us. But yours truly greets us and we say we want to work with someone else because he didn't do his end the last time. So he makes a snarky comment announcing to the other person across the room in the store, "Hey.. ugh can you take them, just because this guy does not want to work with me." Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. If he had done his job right in the first place we wouldn't have to come back. Now because of his negligence, we have called Verizon multiple times because our bill was outrageous! We originally planned, and if it had gone to plan, would have had everything transfer smoothly to the next billing cycle. But because the Verizon guy (wish I remembered his name) messed it all up we have a bill of $451 but it should have been $280 at the most. Worst STORE EVER! I would give zero stars! read more

This is by far the BEST Verizon location to go to. The majority of the staff have been working at this location for a few years and because of that are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly. They all go above and beyond in the way of customer service to help you. This place is always super slammed. You have to wait for about 30 mins to get an available associate. The first time I can in here was right after my bachelorette party on a Saturday and I waited 45mins. I needed to get a Phone, The guy suggested one of the cheaper options and hooked me up with a the Beats Pill along with my cheap phone. I think the phone was a droid lucid. Do NOT get this phone, it's absolutely terrible. The service was great and the guy seemed like he was very knowledgeable. The 2nd Time my husband and I had previously stopped in, waited 30 mins each time and reviewed a new plan and offer from the employee, Evan. This wait time was on a Sunday and Monday. Evan had previously given us his information so we could get in touch with him when we were ready to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable and represented Verizon very well. Evan let's you as the customer make the decision and doesn't force you to buy or up sell you. We also had the pleasure of working with one of the specialist, Claire. Claire was awesome, she was extremely knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Both employees did an excellent job. The only down side to this experience was the wait time as we had to wait for almost an hour on the associates trying to get my husbands HTC info to switch to a Samsung5s. read more
