I would give zero stars if possible. My husband and I were scammed at this store and charged $400 for something we did not agree to. They set it up as installment payments to our account and never gave us a receipt. AT&T will not do anything about it and the AT&T store does not return your calls or answer their phones. They also screwed up our new wireless plan and internet service. I would avoid this store. I have been dealing with AT&T every month for four months spending at least one to two hours on the phone each time. They reverse the charges and I now had to switch plans because the plan the store signed me up for was not even available in my area. This has been a nightmare experience. Beware! read more

This is truly the worst customer service experience I have received in a long time. Tony is the manager of the store and is running it to the ground. We came in to get new phones and it was as if they have never helped someone with this process. After being promised our phones would arrive in 48 hours, when they placed the order the shipping date was for 2 months later. After asking them to solve the issue, the manager said he would handle it, and we never heard from him again. We brought our service across the street to Verizon and will not be looking back! I will say, I hate to leave this review because everyone I have ever dealt with at this store has been tremendous. This is now the second time I have had to deal with Khalid and it was awful. Not only did he mess up my trade in when I did my phone not too long ago, he almost screwed up my wife and her trade in. He was rude and did not help us at all with trade in or setup. Pretty much just told us to go home and do it all and bring it back. We insisted that we just did it all there since we were already in the store. He then handed my wife the box of the new phone and when she asked if she could open it, he responded ya obviously its your phone. He then left for a minute taking personal call and then when he came back and we had all the information for the trade in, he said he couldn't make it go through because the location services were still on the phone. She asked him where to go to turn them off and he did not help at all. After we finally setup the new phone we were able to shut off the location for the old phone. We were waiting for him to come back. At this time I ended up just calling customer service on the phone and went outside. I got on the line with Leticia (Absolutely amazing human) and right as I started talking to her my wife came out and said apparently it went through now and we should get the value. As we started to leave I asked Leticia a few different things about our account and then I finally asked if she could just double check if everything was correct. She immediately found mistakes and said she doesn't think it was put in correctly so she fixed them for us. Leticia is a life saver and made our day that much better after the horrible experience we had with Khalid. I do not recommend using him at any point in time at this store. read more

However, during my visits over the past 2 to 3 months, I have been very disappointed by the male employees who discriminate against customers, along with the poor service. I was the fourth customer in the door of them opening at 10a on Christmas Eve. Two employees who either had late night holiday parties, prefer decaf over regular, or simply have decided having a passion for their work died watching their new hire videos long ago. To say they were lackluster in their service would imply there was a measurable amount of luster. I thought it was an odd choice to have two people staffed for Christmas Eve, but the 1038a arrival of employee number three answered that question. At the 50 minute mark where I'd received a "good morning," "we'll be right with you," and an acknowledgment via head nod I'd had enough amazing service to last me and inspire a review. This place is awful, they will scam you in the worst ways, I was lied to about promotions, I was told there was a Christmas promotion for an Apple Watch where you pay the tax on it and only pay a dollar a month for 36 months turned out. My bill went up $17 and they said I couldn't get out of it unless I paid the full price of the Apple Watch, which was about $100 higher than anywhere else. Not to mention, they will tack on every fee possible. I was told I can't buy a phone outright. I had to upgrade my monthly plan to get the latest iPhone. I was told my plan wouldn't change, but it would be four dollars more a month. Turns out it cost $12 more a month on top of that, I lost my HBO subscription. This place is trash. read more

This is an ongoing nightmare. We purchased new phones in December and received a call that we got the wrong SIM cards in our phones and they had to be disabled. The sales rep continuously mentioned that we were eligible for a Spectrum upgrade at our home which I repeatedly declined. My phone was then shut off and I could not make calls until I spent almost an hour with AT&T. Three weeks later, a gentleman arrives at our house to install Spectrum cable which we did not schedule. When we called to cancel, we were informed that an account had been created in our name with a password we did not create, including a security question (who is our favorite superhero). We were told that some stores have third parties working there who work on commission and this has been a problem at some stores. It's one thing if someone tries to upsell us...that is to be expected. But to sign us up for an account, select a service date and time for us, and even create a passcode in our names feels like a violation. We have now spent over two hours with AT&T convincing them that we do not want this service and to close down this account. I highly recommend choosing an alternate store for your AT&T needs. read more

They upgraded my apple watch to an iphone. Now I have an extra phone and no cellular apple watch. Repeat, they upgraded my apple watch plan to an iphone. And there is literally nothing they can do. I am now out of an apple watch cellular plan, I have an extra phone, and this will cost me 100's of dollars a year. This is all because of their mistake. Folks, don't go to this place. I popped the SIM card out, held down the buttons, etc. One rep said, "Go to the Apple store in Dub. We don't deal with the techs of iPhones. We just sell them" Angry, a younger woman that worked there walks over, holds down 2 buttons on my phone & it turned on. Kudos to..... her. Another visit, I was there to complain about how frequently the service around Livermore will "cut out" the staff just shrugged with "We're trying to install more towers" well, nice idea 'cept I don't like paying for service that cuts out frequently. I'm still with AT&T as a carrier because I love my iPhone but we'll wait & see if a new edition gets added to Verizon. read more

Avi I did a phone transfer from my 8+ to a 15 pro max! He was super helpful & professional! Greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. He was the only one working and he dealt with 5 additional customers while my data was transferring. He kept checking back to make sure everything was progressing. Some people appeared frustrated when they realized he was the only one working. But he kept his professional demeanor, greeted them, helped them, apologized for any wait & wished them a great day! Don't go to this store! It doesn't deserve even one star. I had a problem with my old iPhone. When I got to the Livermore store I was told I could upgrade to a 14 pro max. They "fixed" my 11 pro max so I could use it while I waited for my new phone to arrive in the mail. When I got my new phone I went to another store to trade it in to get the $800 toward my new phone. Here is where my saga really began. As it turns out the IMEI number for my old phone was being used by a different carrier. The salesman at the Livermore store did not tell me that. I couldn't turn in the phone. The manager at the other store got Chris, "the manager," of the Livermore store on the line; he was rude but promised to resolve the situation the following day, Sunday, at 10 am. I arrived at the Livermore store the next day at 9:45 am. The store hours on the door and voicemail said the store opened at 10 am. The store opens at 11 am on Sunday. At 11:15 am one of the shady salesmen pulled up in a sports car playing loud music. He was not happy. Once inside I was told that Chris would not be working that day because he was moving. Abdullah got Chris on the line. He was rude and condescending. He also stated that he never made me any promises about getting the $800 toward the upgrade which is completely untrue. Chris then told Abdullah to take down my information and he would call me once he talked to his supervisors. I never received the call. To make matters worse, 1 week later, I received my AT&T bill. There were two $35 upgrade charges that I was never told about and a $40 insurance charge which I declined because I have Apple Care. I am still dealing with AT&T and hope to resolve the issue with the IMEI number so I can trade in the phone for the credit. I have spoken with 5-6 AT&T representatives and 3 Verizon representatives. All of this because the "authorized" retailer in Livermore was too busy processing the upgrades instead of truly helping a customer. This has been ridiculous!! read more

I was helped by Kim S, he was super great at explaining the different plans and even caught the fact that I was a nurse and showed me the FirstNet plan! He was very patient and took his time to make sure everything was done right. I even ordered the AT&T TV which is going to save me a bunch of money.
