After getting my phone back, the new screen was significantly brighter compared to the original screen (something I was going to overlook) and the new screen would not "wake up" or respond if I tapped it. 5 weeks after getting the phone repaired, I noticed a discoloration in the screen in the top right corner, and now, 6 weeks later, the screen has a long crack down the middle even though I never dropped it. After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. Do not ever shop here! If you do, back up your device first. I went here to ask about a battery and charging port replacement, and if it could be done on an S7 which was an older phone. I didn't authorize anything, just asked. I was told I would need to call and order in the parts. No offer from the associate to order the parts for me right then and there. Tajar plugged my phone into the charger to see if the issue was as I described, which he did not need to do. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. Warning avoid going here. Note there is no return or exchange policy here which I found out before I bought my screen protector and phone case. Honestly a waste of money. The guy put my screen protector poorly with lots of bubbles visible I asked them to redo it again by the time I got home the screen protector looks smeared off from the inside when I called to ask about the return or exchange they said there's no policy. They never mentioned anything to me about this policy before I made the transaction plus the case it self is bad quality. Shop is one of the many pop-up places in the central mall corridor. Russian sounding young guy could not care about customer service. We asked for the price and samples of iPhone screen protectors and they did not show any samples. We were unsure of what would work the best for us and went for the more expensive solution (anti-glare). What he did not mention even after I probed around was that the screen looks hazy after you put on the protector. He felt "offended" when I asked him if it was a sales scam - all I was trying to do was to gage the worth of the product. I went to get an iphone6s screen replaced. After 9 days I noticed it started cracking on the sides....it was never dropped. I was too busy to deal with it but after a week it started not working. The phone wouldn't recognize when trying to type into the phone. I called and they said they can't warranty their cracked screen. Lesson learned here is that it is best to get a better quality screen at the Apple store. I paid $93 to get this replaced and I assume the quality of the screen they use is weak. After having an iphone for 8 years and never cracked a screen. I shattered my screen when I dropped it on concrete pavement. I took my Iphone here, and they may have sensed, I was anxious to get it fixed. While they fixed it in 20 minutes, they charged me $90 and sold me a stupid adhesive plastic for extra protection for an extra $10. The salesperson made it seem like it would never break and add an extra layer of protection to my screen. I was able to peel this off my phone and punched it and it shattered like my screen. I STRONGLY do not recommend going to this place. I find somewhere else that is more affordable and won't take advantage of you. read more

Worst Customer experience! Avoid at any cost. I took my iPhone 6s Plus for repair. They replaced the screen with some cheap Chinese screen after which my speakerphone won't work and also you cannot see the screen when wearing sunglasses. When I went back this guy Joseph (who repaired my phone earlier) says that there is nothing that they can do and if I want those features to work I need to take it to Apple. When I asked for refund, he first said that it's not a screen issue then told me he cannot give me a full refund. Only when I was persistent for not getting what I paid for finally he agreed to give the refund with lot of attitude. He put some old broken screen back for me to talk to Apple. Got my screen replaced by Apple and happy with all the features working fine. My advice, its better to shell out few extra bucks and get your phone fixed through Apple then this rip off and worst customer experience. read more

Honest Guys !.I went to these guys to show a popped up screen on my iwatch ( outside the warranty period).. They immediately said they don't work on iwatch but had a quick look at the issue and recommended going to the Apple Store since it looked more like a puffed battery issue that popped the screen. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Very regret to let them do the screen repair for my husband's Galaxy S7 Edge. He took the phone back to show them the wiggling button after they fixed the screen. The guy whom we spoke with claimed he's the manager. His answer was the person who did the repair on our phone was out of the country and he refused to correct the problem. From start screen wasn't very responsive then cracked, then not responsive at all. Took back with 90 day warranty and they claimed physical damage and wouldn't honor it. Overpriced for sure. I needed a case and took a look at a bunch of them. They started at 40 a piece, I love the speck cases...anyways, haggled my way to 25 each 50 for 2. Case locks in place nice but it's already chopping, yes, the case is chipping and the grey looks like an old primer card. Stick with a store bought reputable company, these are painted not solid molded. It will chip and the idea of the inner soft lining is just that, a good idea but poorly executed. For 25 on amazon you can get a speck case and warranty. On a positive note, different color options were the attraction. read more

Really shitty kiosk, the staff miss inform customers or don't inform at all. A cell phone case was purchased and at the time the girl with the short hair applied the case and re applied after one corner wouldn't go in, finally she squeezed the phone into the case. She took payment, that was it. Later that evening the phone screen started playing up by flashing and had distortion. I went back to the stand and explained this to the girl and she was having none of it. She told me I could t get a re fund but could get another case... and that I should of been told that on purchase... I wasn't!! Two weeks ago I had to buy a new phone because of the distortion caused by them applying and re applying a tight fitting case:-( Maybe the staff need some more training on how to deal with customers correctly! The girl with the short hair was nice but who tells you that if they damage is your phone or if anything goes wrong after they fix it it's not their problem you have to pay to get that fixed too. She told me she was just as good as Apple but Apple would never say anything like that. That's basically telling me I don't know exactly what I'm doing but I'm going to try and fix your phone and if I break it in the process I'm not responsible for it its your problem. My screen was replaced about 2 months ago, I noticed that my screen had begun to become dislodged without me dropping my phone or anything. I took my phone back, they applied 3M tape to one side of the phone and said to come back if it continued to detach. The next day I made an appointment with apple to see if the phone itself was defective. I was told by apple that the workmanship on the screen repair was poor and the "glass" screen they installed was a plastic screen and that is why its disconnecting. I then went back to Cellairis where I was rudely told it would cost me another $130 for them to fix their mistake! So, long and the short of it, after poorly installing a poor quality screen, they deem this to not be their issue and I'm going to apple to have my screen replaced again. I'd look into other options when it comes to cell repair. Now my screen will end up costing me the $180 I paid at Cellairis and now the additional $109 at apple to have it done right with a warranty. read more

Do NOT use them to replace your broken screen on iPhones. I had them replace mine on my 7 and the screen they put on completely changed the look of all colors on my phone.
