I started working with Kyle a few months ago after finding him on Yelp and could not be more pleased. I run a plumbing company and am hopelessly dependent on my computer (like more than air). He has set up hardware for me as well as done trouble shooting. I was in a situation today with a browser issue that had essentially shut down my business. I had Kyle fix my computer a couple of years ago and was pleased. I needed an OS update and other "fixes" about a month ago. He not only helped over the phone but set an appointment time to come over on a Saturday, which ended up being an all day process. However.......he is so honest and wanting to help, he made the adjustments he needed in my system and let it "do it's thing", and went to other client appointments so as not to charge me for just sitting here. IMPRESSIVE. He came back later to finish the job, went over everything he did to make sure I thoroughly understood. I'm not techie savvy at all - he was great. He also told me to be sure and contact him if I had questions, problems with understanding what he had done. I talked to him the next couple of days in a row, and then all was good. Last week he called me, following up to see if everything was okay, if I was understanding my new OS and if I had any questions or concerns. I have a home based business so down time, taking my computer into a shop etc is time consuming and I'm not making a dime all the while. Nice he comes to you! Kyle has restored my faith in his service. I bought a new fan, Kyle installed free of charge. I never checked back in yelp to see if he responded. I learned today when he came to my home to replace the fan, I asked how much do I owe you, he said free, no charge. Then he proceeded to let me know he responded to my comment that I never saw before today. Kyle is absolutely the best in town. He never said one thing about my yelp comment until the very end. Truly I was embarrassed but he was very cordial and we exchanged comical responses. I truly enjoyed our very first visit. I was just upset that the fan only lasted two months. Had I checked back with yelp this would have been resolved long ago. In the mean time I used either my pc or Ipad. So happy my laptop is functioning again. Yes of course I tipped Kyle. I contacted Kyle for help with my laptop not starting and he walked me through all of the possible solutions over the phone without any sense of pressure to go a particular route and really seemed to keep the customer's best interest in mind. In the end, I was able to fix the issue by simply taking out and putting back in my battery at Kyle's recommendation. Anyone else could have easily charged for a diagnostic, let alone make you come in to their office. Although I didn't end up requiring Kyle's services, I will be sure to use him in the future and will refer him to anyone needing computer repairs. read more

Really, I could not be more pleased with SQN Tech! Kyle has been at my house before to repair a broken laptop. I confess, I broke it, but Kyle fixed it. That was a couple years ago, but my laptop is still my number one, go-to computer here at the house, so I'm thrilled I can still use it. Today, SQN was back to install my new printer. Not only can I print from my laptop, but Travis set it up so I can print from every "electronic" in my house! That sounds silly, but I can print from my phone, and I have been wanting to do that for months! My bad, I should have called SQN sooner. I had Kyle come over to replace my laptop screen. He had to fix the back of my laptop, reassemble the new screen and Wi-Fi wires, and reattach the back to the laptop. Unfortunately, the replacement screen I'd ordered off eBay was a dud, and he couldn't get it to work - so my laptop isn't 100% yet. However, he walked me through the process of ordering a screen from a more reliable seller, and showed me how to install the screen myself so he wouldn't have to charge me for labor again. He apologized for not being able to fix it, but since it wasn't his fault, but the screen's seller, I had no problem. Kyle was very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him, and in fact I'll be having him come back soon to look at our family's slow desktop. Great customer service! read more

Just had Kyle come by and fix my laptop. Unbelievable service! First he tried helping me over the phone. When that didn't work we set up a time that worked for me and him to come to my home. Great Customer Service! My Imac went dead recently and just wouldn't turn on. I was searching the internet for a place outside of apple to fix it and came across SQN which is local to my area and reached out to them. I received a reply right away from Kyle who advised the part I needed and where I could find a replacement piece for much cheaper than I was initially going to buy. He also gave me advice in regards to my computer and age, brownie points for the "Honesty". Once I received the part I was able to get an appointment right away with Daniel. Daniel was professional and nice he was here for about 2 hours, before leaving he made sure my computer was working the way it was supposed to and he even set it up back in my office for me. What I found most astonishing was when I went to pay he wouldn't take the payment for the two hours. He said it should have took him a much shorter time! My Amazon and Apple Account were hacked and I had malware ads constantly invading my MAC computer. I called SQN for someone to come to my house and assist me. Someone contacted me that day (Friday) and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Travis showed up and went straight to work on my computer. I tried to add Windows 10 to my 3.5 year old HP Laptop. I ended up with a blank screen. I called a number of computer repair shops and was told repair costs and reconstruction labor would come close to the cost of a new Laptop. Based on this feedback I purchased a new Laptop from Best Buy for $430. Since I needed someone to load the files from my old computer I called Kyle since me experience with the other shop was marginal. Kyle came to my house and determined he could reconstruct me old computer for around $80. he took it home and two days later had it working as good as the new computer I just purchased.
