What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.

Mostly recently I was confirming my AppleCare coverage since I knew the 3-year timespan would be expiring soon - when to my dismay I logged into Apple's Support site to learn that I'd forgotten to register the AppleCare purchase with Apple (d'oh). I contacted Expercom Customer Support to inquire if they might have the information my my purchase and they responded quickly with a copy of my receipt which included the serial # for my AppleCare purchase and a kind response - saving me who knows how much time in digging through old paperwork to try and find it myself. Not sure when it will be but when it comes time to buy another Mac I plan to return to Expercom again.

Probably the worst experience I've had in a business in many years... I tried calling several times…read moreover a couple of days always going to voicemail before I finally got a live person. I bought a new Mac mini and wanted to have it set up and the data transferred over from my old iMac. It should've been a simple process. Without getting into all the details, no one seemed to understand how to do that. There was only one person there who seemed knowledgeable, but he was never willing to come out of the back room to talk to me without a lot of insistence. After a week of supposedly working on it I was told it was just taking a lot of time to download the data. I finally talked to the person who is actually doing the transfer and she was trying to transfer 4 TB of data from my Time Machine onto the 512 GB Drive on my Mac mini ....Duh.?! When I explain to her how I thought the process should be done she argued with me and said I was wrong and should just do it myself.I went in to get my equipment and I don't know if it's the manager that I've been working with, but he hid in the back room and wouldn't come out and talk to me. I just wanted to get my equipment back and go somewhere else. He was using his Desk employees back-and-forth as messengers and they said he was just too busy to come out of the back and talk to me and he would have to text me later.. and they wouldn't give me my machine. I told them I wasn't gonna leave without my machine. The guy I had been working with just brought all the pieces out-dumped and dumped them on the counter. They didn't even bother to gather it up or box it up And they were missing the external drive . Unbelievable experience.. I felt sorry for the poor employees there they looked like deer in the headlights and definitely not well trained or customer service focused. I would highly recommend not going to Expercom in Logan for anything. It was the Customer Service experience from hell. I took my Mac mini to Aggie Tech Service Center in the Utah State student building. Chris was extremely helpful. We talked about exactly what I wanted to do and how they would do it. Chris was knowledgeable and professional And made the data transfer with a smile. And said he he didn't think he should charge me because it was so easy to do! Very Disappointing Experience with Verizon…read more My wife and I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in December 2024 because they were running a promotion offering a free iPad and Apple Watch when switching to their top plan, with the catch being a 3-year agreement. Unfortunately, this has been nothing but a headache. My wife ordered the specific watch she wanted, but it was out of stock. Verizon initially told us it would arrive in January, but it never did. After following up in February, we were told the watch was still back-ordered, and as compensation for the delay, they threw in a watch band. Then, in March, we contacted them again only to find out that the order was canceled back in January, and we would need to pay $800 for the watch, which was supposed to be free as part of the promotion. The lack of communication, the mix-up with the order, and the way we were treated left a really bad taste in our mouths. Verizon offered no resolution, and we were left feeling completely frustrated. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone. As soon as we can, we'll be switching to another company, and we plan to take our families with us.

I went in to upgrade my phone, and was told different stories about why I couldn't upgrade at the rate I was told. When I explained that I had spoken to another location in a different city to make sure that I could upgrade at a certain price, the two representatives that I spoke to said that they "didn't know what to say" and that they were "right and you're wrong". I even had that other location on a call so we could figure everything out. In addition, I was the only customer in the store, and as we were trying to figure everything out, the guy I spoke to was belligerent and rude. He kept looking at the other employees, who were all sat at the table in the right end of the store. He made rude comments like "That's what I told you before". Even if this was a misunderstanding, I'd be more accepting of just upgrading at whatever price he had told me. But he was so rude that I will be filling an EEO complaint with their corporate office. The other store that was on the phone call later told me that the employee I spoke to in Logan simply didn't know what he was talking about. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and apologised as I was leaving if anything came off as rude. However, I decided to go to a different store out of Cache Valley, and they gave me the same price (which was only paying the tax and activation fee) that I was originally quoted by the first store I had spoken with. As somebody who previously worked in a fast-paced and heavily customer-facing environment, and who now works in HR, it's not hard to simply be courteous. I've worked shifts where the only thing you want to do is scream at every customer, but it was never impossible to just put on that brave face and work through it. I wish I could have just had a tolerable experience, at least. But just go to the Ogden store. They are a million times more pleasurable to work with, are more than willing to answer your question, are approachable, and don't make you feel like you should high-tail it out of there!

They want to make the customer happy and if you are dissatisfied with anything they will fix it. When they first applied the screen protector to my phone, it was very poorly done with bubbles and all. I wasn't happy with the state of it, and free of charge they applied a new one perfectly. They will get your repair right, and if not, just tell them! The quality of repairs is definitely not Apple level and could be better (took 2 attempts to put on screen protector) but for the cost it is very fair. Scheduling with them was easy and was less than a day wait. Recommended if you frequent this Walmart.
