Then AFTER they took the screen off, they must have damaged it because they called me and said that once they had a new screen on it, the old screen is damaged, and they can't send it back into Samsung to get a buy back to get paid for the job. So they said they wouldn't give me my phone back unless I filed a warranty repair. And if I didn't file a warranty repair, they were going to put the screen that they broke back on my phone. And I could come pick it up, mind you they approved a warranty repair after inspection. There was no damage, no dents or cracks- Nothing on the phone. It had just failed where the screen folds and upon replacing the new screen, they broke the old screen and damaged it and wanted me to to cover it with my deductible on my insurance. Manager is very disrespectful hung up on us.We had to file a complaint about them with samsung, with ubreakifix corporate office and with better business bureau and I'm making a fuss all across all social media platforms to warn everybody about this store.

They charge a fee just to look at your computer and they sell a monthly subscription fee? that they charged my mother and did not speak with her about. They had my brother's computer for a month and they did bother to check to see whether it was the power source and then did nothing further. After a month, I told them to pack it up and I would come pick it up and take it somewhere else. My brother recalled getting fair service at a place in Boulder. I called them today to arrange to bring my brother's computer to them. When I explained that it had been at a previous place for a month, they guessed it was UbreakIFix... so apparently that have a reputation.

I drove right to Verizon off Hover and, after a little wait, told the guy who helped me that "I'd like to solve this problem in the next 15 minutes." The man heard me, and the man kept it short. He was beautiful. In 15 minutes I had a new phone and was out the door. But! I went back the next day with a problem and they looked at it then and there, took it in the back and brought it back out working perfectly. Again, I was in and out of the store in less than probably 5 minutes. The employees here probably have to put up with a lot, but this kind of customer service should be emulated world wide.

The person who was picked to help me quickly determined he couldn't do anything in the store and said I had to call customer service. He asked if I wanted him to push me through or to be given a number that I could call at home. I said I would stay in case I needed more help in store. I continued to sit on the phone with customer service for over an hour in the store while the employee sat on his phone completely ignoring me and offering no further assistance. I've been a long time Verizon customer (decades) and I remember when representatives in the store would call customer service for us. I sat there until after closing on the phone while customer service was trying to figure out how to help me as the four employees that were there just sat around on their phones. No desire to help me, just waiting until they could go home. I finally left while still on the phone with customer service who ultimately told me they couldn't help me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I am so incredibly disappointed in this store and in Verizon. This is was the complete opposite of customer service. I wish I could share a picture.
