I used to come to this store specifically for the customer service & availability of product & ease of in person exchanges with what's on the website & promos received via text message. Not anymore. The store was vacant, the scuzzy unshowered and greasy haired attendant was quick to say we have no product, and would not honor the deal we were inquiring about (from website) telling me it ended 4 days ago. The interaction was so bad, I'm considering dropping T-Mobile. This loser and the loser that hired him need a stern talking to. read more

Dear T-Mobile, I've been a customer for about 10 months, and we've struggled with poor reception in the area (Erie, CO 80516). It's bad. But I'm busy, and trying to find the best way to correct the problem isn't always on my mind when I have to free time to take care of it. Today was the day it really became a problem. My Mother in Law broke her hip and had to have surgery. Keeping in contact with her and her doctors seemed to be almost impossible. It was a bad day to have bad coverage, and on this day, it seemed particularly bad. Today it was time to see what our options were. Here's where I made the mistake. I decided to pay off my phone balance so I could start looking at alternatives. I talked to a customer support representative, with a thick Indian accent. He told me my payoff balance was $1968.63, which seemed awfully high, given that we'd been customers for about 40% of the 24 month term, and initially the bill on the 3 phones, after promotions, was $2398. I went back through my bills and found that I'd already paid $880.05 specifically towards the phones, so the math wasn't working out. As I was combing through the bills to figure out why I felt like I was over paying, I was told by that representative that if I paid off my balance of $1968.63, I would be issued a credit back to my credit card over the next 2 months of $887.55. OK, fine, that's stupid, but let's just do it and I'll figure out my next steps. After not receiving that information in an email, like I had asked, and realizing the math still didn't make sense, I recontacted customer support. The 2nd customer support representative was based in Colorado Springs, and very politely told me that the "overflow" support team I'd spoken with earlier, didn't know what they were talking about. I had a $437.47 credit on my account, that would be issued over the course of the next 14 months, as long as I remained a customer. Otherwise it would be forfeited.... I wasn't very happy about the miscommunication, but such is life. I then told him about my service issues, at which point he transferred me to the technical support team to see if we could salvage our relationship. This is where it gets good. Your technical support team validated all of my frustrations by admitting that the service is poor in Erie, CO. There are "only" 3 towers in the area of which 2 are small and don't cover much. The technical support specialist went so far as to tell me there were "several blank spots in the area" and that "TMobile may not be the provider for you". I was then transferred to a customer care representative who tried her darndest to help me out, but the promotion I signed on to, didn't allow a lump sum credit so her hands were tied.. After agreeing and laughing along with me that this was an absurd and wildly unfair predicament, she transferred me to her supervisor who essentially agreed that while it was wildly unfair, my only option was to forfeit the remaining $437.47 owed to me over the next 14 months, or deal with admittedly terrible service in the area. So what do I do about this $437.47 credit? Forfeit it? I could have purchased the phones for a lump sum, so why is it only issued as a monthly credit? I even had to pay taxes on the full amount when I set up the service. How does that work? Do you give me that back if the remaining amount is forfeited? I tried your service and you failed me. We recently were offered T-Mobile Home Internet in our area so I stopped by to learn more about it. The manager and assistant were extremely helpful and within about 10 minutes I walked out the door with the router, which on promotion cost me nothing. It was the easiest process ever and they were both extremely helpful. This is my go-to T-Mobile store from here on! read more

Very rarely do I give reviews lower than 5 stars but my experience here nearly costed me $100. I was told I could not trade in my old phone for any trade in value if I wanted to buy the I Phone SE; I was told my phone could only be traded in for an I Phone 12. I was understanding at first, but when I went to another T Mobile location they informed me I could in-fact get $110 an I Phone SE if I traded in my phone, which is exactly what I did. Wow, if I didn't go to that other location I would have throw away $110 for no reason. There was only one associate in there, I recommend they are not left alone unless they really know their stuff. I love T Mobile, I'll always be a customer with them, but sales associates need to be honest with customers; this wasn't cool. read more

Recently, Hayden managed our process to get new phones, switch providers and several other services. Hayden was awesome to work through the details and follow up as necessary. He is efficient, very personable, can manage multiple priorities at once and has a great service interface. In the middle of our process, he had to interact with an irate customer and he handled the situation like a pro - with a lot of maturity and empathy. I walked in to get my phone fixed and they ignored me for an hour and proceeded to help others that walked in after. They gave awesome customer service to the others, offering bottled waters and actually giving them service. I did not receive anything but nasty looks until being helped and the only excuse they had was "I didn't know you needed help" as if my only intentions were to sit there. read more

Isn't it sad. I have T-Mobile and I'm standing out of this TMobile and can barely get service. By the way if T-Mobile needs an executive that could help boost productivity- I am available. I'd start by making sure that the 4G LTE service near my stores is actually good. Pathetic! read more

We were having issues in Lafayette with Verizon service so we tried T-Mobile. Getting the phone was more painful than it should have been but after a few days we were all set. The manager told us if reception was poor we could switch after 45 days, no problem & that the phone we paid $500 for would be unlocked. 3 months later, service was not great in the area and we had a Verizon network extender which improved service. Trying to port from T-Mobile has been a complete ordeal and after 5 days of trying, 2 trips each to T-Mobile & Verizon and HOURS on the phone and on Twitter help, we still cannot get the phone to port. T-Mobile LOCKS your phone and does everything in their power to create a hassle for you. (Verizon does not lock.) In addition, the manager completely lied to us - there are several other "conditions" that we were never told about. I have never, ever had a worse customer experience. If I didn't work full-time and have 2 kids, I would be in front of the store with a picket sign. Warning: This store is terrible and T-Mobile customer service is pathetic. read more
