The agents are not honest about all of the charges, nor did the agent tell me my old phone could possible be fixed. I was there for over an hour as he tried to sell me more things and talked on and on and on about his family, the weather... Official AT&T stores say to stay away from this store. I also just chatted with someone from AT&T and he said agents often don't tell customers all the information they need regarding how much the bill will change. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for new service not to use at&t or direct tv. We went through them and direct tv to get a bundle deal for internet nd tv and we were told we would be waiting for internet for 2-3weeks. Its been 9 months now and they say they cant do anything and are unable to get us internet. We needed internet primarily for school and work and were screwed. Theyre very deceitful and straight up lied when they said it would be a few weeks. Ive called just to have someone try to sell me more things and was offered no help. Worst service ive ever had. I was looking for a customer service number and the girl who answered the phone on 7-14 at about 12:30pm was rude and inept. She asked me what service I was needing customer service for, I told her I needed customer service for landline and home internet. She then explained to me, for some reason, that the reason that she was asking me what service it was for was so she knew where to direct me to the correct customer service line. I found this to be odd but I assumed that she needed my explanation of why I responded, so I told her that I responded to her question so that she could get me to the correct location. The phone number she gave me was for the AT&T wireless mobile. I called back 5 times before a man finally answered and explained to me that Tracy or Chelsea was the one who I spoke with and who was so rude to me. He was finally able to give me the number that I needed. I cannot wait until my contract is up. #buyersremorse read more
