Went in to the Hurstbourne AT&T store today super frustrated from having a broken phone and not being able to file a claim online for a replacement. Keevon was so nice and helped my daughter and I get her phone all squared away. While we were there, we observed both representatives fielding multiple walk-ins , handling everyone politely and efficiently while also wiping down surfaces between customers for COVID mitigation. P.S. Don't bother paying for the insurance protection through Asurion. It's bogus to try to file a claim and the deductible was outrageous also. read more

He did not try any high-pressure sales and just educated me which makes me want to continue my service with AT&T. He was so knowledgeable and was able to help me fix the issue I had immediately. AT&T what can I say? This time my visit was for a new cell phone charger and fortunately I was greeted by a nice fellow who helped me promptly and gave me a discount I hadn't anticipated since I am an AT&T subscriber. The store was easy to get in and out since parking was ample. Today AT&T gets high marks from me. read more

My 89 year old nana needed a new flip phone for emergency use. She heard about the prepaid plan AT&T offered for $100 a month. What a great deal! This plan is perfect for her. Unfortunately they didn't have the phone in stock she wanted, but did recommend trying another AT&T phone carrier like Best Buy or Walmart. We did just that. We ran into Walmart, bought an AT&T flip phone for $15 and then zoomed back across the street to the AT&T store. We were immediately greeted again and a kind employee named Chelsea sat us down at a table and began the activation process. She went above and beyond to help us and explained everything clearly. A very pleasant experience!! I highly recommend coming in and seeing these fine folks for any of your phone needs. This is coming from a Verizon customer for many, many years. My wife had a scary experience yesterday - she was in our garage, with the door open to move the garbage can, when she looked up and saw a young man standing over her inside the garage. She was startled, and yelled for him to get out of our house. He said "Hey, lady, I just want to talk to you about something!" She again told him to leave immediately, and started to look around either for a weapon or an escape route, as she felt very intimidated. He repeated that he wanted to talk to her. She again asked him to leave. He then said "You're a rude bitch!" as he backed away. We assume he was selling A T & T cable, as he was wearing an orange shirt (no logo) and was carrying a clipboard. He was blond, tall and muscular, late 20's. He then left on foot down the street. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? read more

The agents are not honest about all of the charges, nor did the agent tell me my old phone could possible be fixed. I was there for over an hour as he tried to sell me more things and talked on and on and on about his family, the weather... Official AT&T stores say to stay away from this store. I also just chatted with someone from AT&T and he said agents often don't tell customers all the information they need regarding how much the bill will change. I will NEVER go back to this store. read more

Strongly recommend to anyone looking for new service not to use at&t or direct tv. We went through them and direct tv to get a bundle deal for internet nd tv and we were told we would be waiting for internet for 2-3weeks. Its been 9 months now and they say they cant do anything and are unable to get us internet. We needed internet primarily for school and work and were screwed. Theyre very deceitful and straight up lied when they said it would be a few weeks. Ive called just to have someone try to sell me more things and was offered no help. Worst service ive ever had. I was looking for a customer service number and the girl who answered the phone on 7-14 at about 12:30pm was rude and inept. She asked me what service I was needing customer service for, I told her I needed customer service for landline and home internet. She then explained to me, for some reason, that the reason that she was asking me what service it was for was so she knew where to direct me to the correct customer service line. I found this to be odd but I assumed that she needed my explanation of why I responded, so I told her that I responded to her question so that she could get me to the correct location. The phone number she gave me was for the AT&T wireless mobile. I called back 5 times before a man finally answered and explained to me that Tracy or Chelsea was the one who I spoke with and who was so rude to me. He was finally able to give me the number that I needed. I cannot wait until my contract is up. #buyersremorse read more
