I appreciate all of the assistance I received from Verizon today. My old phone the battery was going down so I went to one store they didn't have the phone that I had hoped for but they sent me over to another store on Hurstbourne and they jumped right in to help. My old phone was didn't want to update as well but he got it going even though it took him longer than what he had hoped. He stuck with it and stuck with me and explained everything. The customer service here was terrible! When I went in the store to purchase a new phone (my old phone died on me), I was the only customer in the store and the agent who "assisted" me, acted like I was a burden to him the whole time. I would have went somewhere else if I had more time that evening. read more

We canceled a plan because it was incorrectly handled and we were overcharged. The representative told us we would get a full refund. It has been over a year and we have yet to see a penny. We have talked to corporate and filed appropriate paperwork. We just keep getting the run around. read more

Buyer Beware . I am embarrassed to admit I was duped by the sales rep who sold me a plan for $63 a month only to find out in the first billing cycle that it's a $103 a month plan. The very savvy, very appealing rep never uttered a word about "the plan" also including a $40 a month "Smartphone Access Fee." Not a single word as I sat there quietly, listening intently as I bought my first smartphone from someone who I thought was trustworthy, Shameless. read more
