Two staff members thought it was haptic vibration but my phone never made that noise before. I asked for a full refund, which they complied without any hassle. When I returned to the store the next day to get my phone back with the original battery, Mike explained to me he found a problem in the phone. As I suspected all along, he told me it was a loose screw. He tightened it for me just in case I wanted to keep their new battery. The service was very professional.
