So i brought it back up there and they refused to fix it and pretty much said u must of dropped it i told them i didnt and noone uses my phone , they didnt care and pretty much told me i was screwed. It cost me 351.00 for my screen replacement for the same problem to happen. Good thing i put it on my credit card and filed a dispute, Cell phone for less has horrible customer service and stinks at fixing phones dont bring your phone there. No stars but i had to click one

My first point of contact was a gentleman who stands at the podium to ask what you need he was very kind and tried to figure it out himself it took a while but he didn't complain. The store started to fill up so I stepped aside and was waiting for another tech. As we were waiting another gentleman came out and asked who was next. He ended up being the store manager. He took my phone and worked on it for a very long time. He knew there was a workaround but he just couldn't figure it out and the assistant manager then came over and together they figured it out. It was a quirky situation but they never complained or made me feel inadequate. Thank you so much for helping me out thank you!!
