The phone was all good functionality wise before I gave it to them. The replacing was pretty fast but the phone failed to restart after replacing a new screen. after more than 30 mins' working, I was told the phone had something wrong with maybe the mother board. He have my phone started but unable to reboot, while the fingerprint scanner won't work, and the front camera won't work at all. He the. refused to take any responsibility. He put back my old cracked screen and asked me to just take it to Apple store. He won't give any coverage nor promise on the phone no matter what. This is a long story, I ended up with Apple store and pay their price to fix it, but just for your information, I hope it'd be helpful that you could bare this in mind that things could go wrong somehow, and you'd better either have the ability to take it yourself. I showed him I purchased the screen protector at the ZAGG kiosk in the natick mall but he didn't care. I ended up having to do another warranty replacement. All I wanted was to fix my screen protector and apparently the guy behind the counter wanted to make it as difficult as possible. I still love ZAGG screen protectors and the customer service line was awesome and sent me a free replacement. I just will never go to that kiosk as long as the same employee is there.

A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. If he can't fix your phone, he can put you in something else. Highly recommend.
