Sure, the customer isn't always right, but when AT&T owes you money from adjusted credits AND they don't process your military rate, and the ridiculous Kiosk Babe with a Bod and no personality (OK, she does have the personality of a burnt tire at the side of the road still fuming because she came to be seen and not work - and I SUPPORT females that are empowered to do a good job, NOT to flash bod and be condescending because they CAN), its NOT the customer. We were willing to accept a price tag of $60 more than T-Mobile just not to have to switch phones, which was $150 per month LOWER than our past bill. We were so fed up with little miss "Im not as hot as I think I am nor as bright so I can't model and I can't do anything but sit here and pretend I know anything," that we waltzed up to T-Mobile. She is definitely eye candy, so go and gawk. But don't waste your money or time with AT&T who has yet to meet the demands of a changing market. You would think women are more empowered to do a good job and feel as proud of their work as they do their looks... Not this one. Good job mom, you raised a winner. Good job AT&T you lost a 10+ year client with several phone lines. But we all know, neither little miss poison and AT&T don't care. They will pounce on the next sucker. GOD I HATE GIVING BAD REVIEWS. But AT&T and little miss, "I missed my catwalk, but I'll wear my painted on clothes to work" made it possible for us to switch carriers and save ourselves a bundle in the meantime!

There's a new (and very fragile) connection to the iTouch / home button which is easy to break - which I did. I also managed to break the ribbon connection when trying to install the new battery. I went to the mall to see what my options were for a new iPhone. As luck would have it, I noticed The Fix which is near the SEARS entrance on the second floor. The gentleman was friendly and said he could repair the phone. I returned with the phone. Battery, screen, home button and a new glass protector installed in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Very happy to have this service here. If your screen is cracked or phone battery is getting weak - stop by and make your life better. They do a great job here!

Tmobile recommended that I do a hard reset on my phone to get rid of the popups it was getting. I…read morehad them do the backup, and after the reset, a lot of stuff on the phone didn't come back. After many chats with them, a tech. support person said that to do a reset, you should back the info. up on a computer. That was the first time ANYONE there said that. And, nobody at the stores ever backed up phones to a computer. So, the final result is that all the stuff is lost, and they don't know how to fix it. A cell phone company, and they can't fix a cell phone. I am so done with this company. But, I will call corporate customer service first, so that somebody higher up knows what's going on. I did take the phone to this location, but it's all of Tmobile that doesn't know what they're doing. They don't deserve the 1 star rating, but that's the minimum. Absolutely HORRIBLE company!!!!!!!!!!

I spent 3 hours in this location because they wouldn't give me the phone that I PAID FOR?!?!?!? They had no problem charging my account but then said they couldn't release my phone to me because my old phone would not turn on. It wouldn't turn on because they sold me a defective device. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and should be fired immediately. I will 100% cancel my T-Mobile plan because of this experience. Please take this review seriously and save yourself the trouble. The service sucks anyway and that wasn't even my main problem.

Salesman was AMAZING…read morehe helped my MIL with her purchase and she had SO many nice things to say about Mr.Osman who was the young man who sold her the beautiful LG washer that she picked out, she can't stand for long periods due to her health and this young man brought her a chair and gave her a water and made sure she was comfortable. She chose the delivery and install and so we waited and the washer came she was so excited and then the bad news came and they said "OH NOPE WE CANT INSTALL YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR PIPES UNDER THE SINK" they didn't even look at the old washer to see the drain hose and water hook up were right there still connected to old washer. So they left and I called Best Buy and explained to them what happened and they were confused as to why they left without installing the new washer and so I told her that they said we need to call a plumber and replace our pipes and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT ITS JUST A SWITCH OUT so she sent 2 guys out yesterday and they were supposed to be prepared for hooking up the new washer but again it was the same thing the first thing they asked my MIL was where is the pipes? So they look and the main guy says NO WE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE THE DRAIN HOSE ON NEW WASHER WONT FIT So I said take your Washer and give my MIL her money back. The price was great the washer was beautiful but the delivery people made Beat Buy look pretty bad so they left and left the washer to be picked up on Friday So out of curiosity i said to myself after they left "I wonder if I can hook it up" im pretty hands on so I disconnected the drain hose and I sized up the one on the new washer and they were the same size and BOOM DONE I CONNECTED IT AND C LAMPED IT HOOKED IT UP! Why don't they just do it themselves? Why such a big fuss? Never again... oh and I was able to fix our washing machine with the help from troubleshooting and putting in the dial code I reset it and now it's working perfectly fine again.
