At first this store seemed to be pretty great, helpful, kind and what not. After spending a crazy amount of time there we found after getting our first bill with 2 new phones that they were loaded with things we did not want. Premium package with HBO. Insurance. We had told the girl we did not want them and yet she still put them on both phones. Why would I want HBO if I already have it? My first bill was just shy of 300 dollars. We went into the store to hook up our home internet and to get on a plan, thinking we would spend around $40/month. Christian Sanchez (An AT&T Customer Representative) told us that if we purchased the Internet AND the home phone line together, after the first month we could drop the phone and continue the internet at $15/month! We were super excited to hear this, and thought only once about the 'if it's too good to be true, it usually is' thing.. And took it! THANK GOD for a really nice customer rep on AT&T to help us get back on track or else we would of had to pay cancellation of home phone service, the cancellation of contract, the late fees (waiting for Christian as he was telling us he was waiting for a higher representative to help sort things out).. and a whole lot more. We never had a reason to be late on payment but Christian each time we called (not returning phone calls, saying he would call us back, d. all of the above) we were getting promising answers. I don't know his whole story, but He is TERRIBLE at his current job and should go elsewhere, that has nothing to do with customer service or anything that could really screw people over.. Terrible. Went in to look at the new iPhone 6. My current contract was up and was considering switching providers so I asked about a quick breakdown of their current plans. The girl explaining it just kept repeating herself over and over and I asked for a piece of paper and pen so I could physically write down the differences on what she was talking about. I am beyond frustrated with this store. I have an ATT prepaid account which allows me to get unlimited data, talk, and text for $55 a month. Now prepaid has an option to add an additional phone line and receive a monthly discount for having a multi line account. Went to his store set up a multi line account. The sales rep Michelle set up everything, bought a new phone was charged for the new line and when I went to pay my main line I did not receive the discount! So I call ATT and they say I don't have he multi line set up!! I'm beyond frustrated with this now I have file a grievance and talk to a manager. This is complete waste of my time and money. It was 840 wed nite I had been to the Temecula att store looking for iPhone 13 pro max I am an att customer I was adding a line Temecula store sent me to the next store off Winchester in Temecula claiming they had the phone in stock upon getting there my husband an I was told we were told wrong they had nothing we asked if any surrounding stores had any we were told none I jumped on 215 towards Riverside looked up Menifee att Store that closed at 9 pm I called ahead asked if any phones were in stock we were told yes we proceeded to get there on time we had one hour before 9 pm walking up we seen through the glass 3 African American men mixed in race we our selves are African American I am Mexican an black I felt they would be judgemental towards my husband and I we walked in the store asked to be helped explained what we had gone though and was told they had the phone he then asked my account number I told him I forgotten my ID my authorized user was with me he showed proper ID one sales men called the other to the back for 3 min we waited and was being told hold on the phones are on timers which I understand but from what we could see secret talk was being done in the back I felt funny and uncomfortable the whole time I new something wasnt rite the sales man came back out and told me he wouldn't be able to help me because he had seen my canceled online order I explained yes it was canceled 2 days prior there isn't an order in progress he told me sorry he would not be able to help me plus Monica would have to be here with her ID I looked at him like are you assuming my name is not Monica ? Because I'm black and I happen to be Hispanic as well he was speaking to me as if I was not the owner of my own account he assumed I was not Monica without even asking . Don't go here!!!! The first time we went, my husband needed a new phone. The lady was very pushy and kept trying to up sell us all kinds of things we didn't need. She then quickly typed some things in the computer and BAM! Our unlimited data plan was gone and she said there was no taking it back. She assured us we wouldn't need unlimited data because we don't use that much and our new plan would cost less. Turns out it saved us about $5 a month and we kept going over what she gave us, which they charged us $10 for. We were so mad we were going to cancel our plans but the AT&T online customer service made it right. The second time we came in I needed a new phone. They said they'd be right with us, so we waited. We waited about 25 minutes to be helped. Suddenly a random lady came walking in the door and they helped her right away!! They skipped us!! I was so angry, I made a comment about them skipping us and we angrily left. One associate chased us out saying she didn't realize we were first. Whatever. They need a better system or something. I went to sign up for cell service with AT&T at this location. I asked for the free phone (iPhone 7) and was told my credit wasn't great so I had to give a 500$ deposit on the phone that they would credit me 20$ a month on my bill until the 500$ deposit was paid back. I got my first bill and there was no 20$ deposit credit so I contacted AT&T through their website chat. They told me they see my deposit, and to be patient, it can take 2 or 3 months before the deposit payback on my bill begons. No problem. Cut to 5 months later still not seeing the refund on my bill so I contact the AT&T chat just as I had done before, only now they don't see my 500$ deposit anywhere, even though they had it in t heir computer fine 5 months ago. This store is shady, the manager of this store is extremely shady, and AT&T just flat out told me since they can (no longer) find my 500$ deposit anywhere, it doesn't exist. Christian is the employee that "helped" me. I came in to get a new micro/nano sim card and he told me they are completely out. He did offer to cut my current one (which is the only reason for the 1 star) but I'm not ready to do that yet. I have a hard time believing that with all the phones for sale that they are out. However, I did ask about a regular sized one and if he could cut it for me and he said he could not do that. I ended up going to Best Buy in the same parking lot and getting one from them. I can have service with any company and the one I pay for is either out of stock (hard to swallow) or won't sell me a new sim card to stay on their plan. Two years ago I signed up for new phones and direct tv with you. Oh what a mistake I made! You are the biggest corporate America Crooks I have ever come across. $$$$$$ hungry don't give crap about anything but our bank accounts A$$ holes. This store( Christian) is an absolute scamming pool. Don't ever have Christian help you he's complete slime. He acts all innocent and shy but he's just an evil scammer trying to take advantage of you. I went in before Christmas to update my daughters phone it was her gift. I went In There vulnerable because I am not great with these types of things I don't always understand the lingo and I let him know that he said no problem I'll help you out. He let me know there was a promotion and I get a free iPad mini with the update but I would have to add I line. I asked him. If my bill is going to go up? he said no. I asked him. Multiple! Times when he as setting this up so my bill will not go up? He again said no mam. He did explain that for a bill it two I would see higher prices but not to worry it will go back down. Here we are going on 4 months later and my bill went from-236 to 315!!! I check my bill and I see two line on there that I have no idea who they belong to and it's also charging me 45 per line and 40 a month for the iPad. Don't worry it gets worse. I call and go off on him and he explains To me that he's going to fix this give him the then end of the day or by Thursday I will hear from him. He also gives me his personal line so I can contact him ( aka call me so this is just between us) Silence. I decided to call to file a complaint and the customer service rep for that was extremely helpful. I gave her his name and the office he works out and she lets me know he's no where to be found. People beware. I switched over to AT&T at this location back in April 2016. To this date I have not received my rebates. Reason being... the rep who assisted me stole the phone and did not register them. Went a few days ago and I was told that they are not doing anything about it and I should go after the rep who stole the phones that I traded in at an authorized retail store! Apparently since the employee who stole the phone didn't get hired by the current district manager they have nothing to do with it. We went in today to check and see when we could upgrade our I phones. Jay greeted us and started looking into our account right away. My husbands phone was ready for upgrade mine had a little to pay off and we decided to both get upgrades to the 11 pro. Jay was very helpful in helping us decide what size phone and how much storage we were currently using. We got the process going and we had our 18 month old and 5 year old with us. My little one was getting fussy and he put on his favorite show on the tv so he was happy with that. He got our phone info transferred over and was extremely helpful. I have had poor experiences before in this store and I didn't even think we would be getting phones today but Jay was very nice and made our experience enjoyable. read more

First off I want to say that the group of employees here is wonderful, especially Dulce, who helped us for two days and for almost six hours . We had just switched from being long time Verizon customers to AT&T. We took our newly shipped phones (that we had bought through Sam's Club after switching) in to this store to activate... However, we ended up canceling our Sam's Club order because we were misguided at Sam's Club on our monthly charges. Dulce, the rep at this location was so helpful, she literally explained our bill and gave us a comparrison with us canceling our original order at Sam's Club and even was able to approve me with an extra percentage off due to being in the healthcare field (In the end I walked out of there with 6 brand new phones unlimited data free HBO and my bill is under $300 a month. I researched a new cel carrier online and plans offered. I had chosen AT&T. I went there after work to get 1 new phone and transfer 3 more phones. We walked in, no one said hello, no one said; hey we will be right with you. I gave them 10 minutes, the could see all 5 of us. First girl I spoke with did not want to help me over the phone and answer any of my questions. Told me I had to come into the store. I asked if she could just give me info on their plans and she told me to look on the Internet for the plan packages. I felt like I had to be speaking to a bratty teenager. I couldn't imagine an adult treating anyone like this. When I called back to get more info and spoke with someone else the original "Brat" yells out in the background "oh my God" when I commented that she should have given me that information in the first place. Man o man... I sure wished I had read the reviews before heading to this particular store... I've been an at&t customer for about 15 years, not once while having there service have I encountered issues with any of my bills until now. My fiancé and I decided to get on board a get a family plan which I convinced him to cancel his service with Verizon and switch over to at&t because I have been very satisfied with my service. we were greeted by Eric Mendoza supposedly the store manager, he sat us down and explained to us what services were offered for a family plan. He mentioned that if we got new lines that we would be offered a buy one get one for free deal and that we would be responsible for taxes of both phones and for the cases and screen savers which in my records came up to be $198.86 we left paying $400 cash because we ask that if we make this extra payment will it be applied to our bill otherwise we would of just made the payment of $198.86 and call it a day. I have received my first bill and upon looking it over something just didn't add up. so I took it upon myself to stop by the store after commuting 1 hour and half to get home, I said to myself there's probably an error somewhere that just needs to get cleared up. I walked in and was greeted by the same Store manager that helped me with getting our new service, ERIC MENDOZA, when I tired to go over the bill with him and have him explain it to me why I'm being charged for something I already paid and plus made an extra payment to the store, he had no explanation and was not able to resolve my concerns or issues that I had about the bill. So when I mentioned that I would be contacting AT&T to see if they would be able to clarify some of these concerns that I have , he replied with "Normally I'm able to help my customers out and take care if it but since you mentioned that you would be contacting AT&T there's nothing more I can help you with". Wonder what he meant by that?.... Long story short I have never seen such bad customer service by a manager. Att is getting worse and worse, I have been with them for more than 10 years, never had any issues until recently. Don't fall for the "buy one get one" it's a scam. They claim they don't have contracts but if you get their deal they tie you down for two years! You can't pay off the phone because if you do you loose your "free" phone. They claim they give a credit on your bill for the free phone but they don't, I called and questioned where is my credit? They say we are having issues with the system and it's not showing this month. This was never explained during the time I got the phones, the rep on the phone told me I had to go to the store and talk to manager to see if he would be willing to waive the second phone fee since I want to pay the first one off. Then you go to the store and people there don't give a shit and say you have to call the customer service phone. They keep bouncing you back and forth and don't do nothing about it. My bill has been getting higher each month and there is always a stupid excuse! read more

Honestly one of the worst times I've had at an AT&T store. I went in because my phone hasn't had service- my phone is the only one on the our plan that wasn't working and I've tried everything on my own to fix it but nothing worked. I finally went into a store and we went up to employee to tell him my issue and he didn't say a word to us, just looked at us and walked into the back room. (All the other employees were just sitting watching a basketball game).When the guy we told our issue to came back out he didn't ask us much or speak to us. All he really said was that my phone was old and because I updated to iOS 14- that was the issue. (I have an iPhone 8 Plus) but I told him TWICE that I've had this issue since before the update and he didn't say a word. Just gave me a new SIM card & even after he inserted it he didn't say anything until we were just awkwardly standing there- then he said "you're set". No help what so ever. We were asked to wait. 25 minutes go by and no one is in any hurry or has any will to help us. Worst customer service I have ever had in any store. I was treated as if I didn't exist.
