    Freddy downloaded all this after connecting me and rearranged them so I didnt have to hunt for the most used.

    This is for the spectrum technician, Freddy, who came to my place this morning. The best experience i think I've had with anyone! He was early, he listened to my issues ...cable was out, internet was out, I had melted wires etc. He fixed everything so quick and even helped me set up some apps on my TV after connecting to internet so now I have so much more to choose from!! He was awesome, knows his stuff like the back of his hand, and that was so refreshing! When companies have good knowledgeable employees such as Freddy, i really hope you treat him well so he doesnt jump ship on you! You need to give Freddy a raise and let him know that he is appreciated! For a Monday morning to go so well its like Xmas times 1000! Thank you Freddy and spectrum. All my devices and everything is working perfectly and my day has been wonderful since it had an amazing start! Happy customer!!​​

    Got there early right at the opening time of 10 am. Two people ahead of me. Only one employee and was told to maybe come back at 10 am when another employee was there or be prepared to wait. What the heck? What a greeting. Signed in and waited. It took 20 minutes. I got what I needed. Just wish she hadn't have tried to get me to leave as I entered. Need two employees at opening.

    There should be a separate line for people who are returning the equipment and people who are there for cell phone and other services.

We have reached out to the "provider" and they are bad customer service. I'd also like to add that we pay for the "highest speed" and it's still terrible. Don't expect to use this internet in a rainy day or with clouds present we use our phone hotspots. Edit: You are a scammer. If you actually cared and read my comment; I stated that I did reach out and your customer service was awful, your company just coached us to continue paying for the most expensive Internet option, which I stated is continuously, awful. You always use the excuse of wanting to know customer names, Martin when people have explained there's households previously. You don't need to try and educate us on downloads. We have had exceptionally way better Internet that could download way quicker than this junk service. Download speed doesn't affect this junk to cut out when it's cloudy or rainy or even on a clear day! It's an ongoing issue that multiple reviews have stated. Even the Google AI slanders this Internet company based off of so many negative reviews. Keep on scamming, what goes around comes around.

Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! You have not made several attempts to reach me I will gladly screen shot the one phone call I received.

They should add some more bench seating along the wall. We heard more staff were showing up at 11:30. By 11:45 we saw 2-3 more employees arrive and within minutes they were able to help everyone. Sebastian helped us. Good guy and of course has to go through the sales pitches like adding a line, discounts on watches/tablets, linking our account with our frontier account, and streaming bundles. Good guy, but just don't like the Verizon business model...we go in to get daughter a new phone and spend 2 hours there. It's like buying a car. For some reason no deals or phones in stock for the iPhone 17e. Also weird placement of the payment readers. They are right where people sit and is a bit intrusive when you are sitting there and people come up to pay 12in away from you. PRO: Staff was friendly and attentive. CONS: lack of seating, placement of payment terminals, and Verizon's upselling and deals they try to get you to buy.

    I came in to drop off an ipad for trade in. A man took it - but while I sat across from him I get…read morean email that my trade-in was cancelled. I asked him about it and he did not respond. Stupidly I assumed it was a mistake since he took the ipad and gave me a receipt. Needless to say my ipad is gone and I did not get the trade in credit. I called the store and was told to come back in blah, blah, blah. Whatever. For Verizon-when I purchased a new ipad online it told me $600 credit even with a cracked screen. At the store they said $12.50. I called customer service he said they would honor the $600 after they received the ipad and to call back the next Friday. I called back and the new customer service man did not honor the $600. 8 phone lines & multiple new phones for 19 years--looking into switching from Verizon due to poor customer service. 19 years x 12 months x avg $500 mo = $114,000 paid to Verizon.
