I had a great experience at this at&t specifically. They answered all my questions and multiple of them were more than willing to help me out. Christian had answers to everything and really thoroughly explained things to me. Annabel was a great help too! Despite their system being down when we went in, she was still able to help us with estimates. I was not getting a new phone, I just went in to take over billing responsibility and they were more than happy to help me, and super helpful through the process read more

I recently got a phone here, on October 3rd I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 and I originally was going to get the iPhone 6s but I decided to try it out plus I was told if I didn't like the phone I could come back within 14 days and exchange it for a different phone, of course I'd have to pay the restocking fee which I didn't mind because I wouldn't want to be stuck with a phone I didn't want for a year. So I went back on the 17th which was yesterday, and they tell me I can't exchange my phone, which completely threw me off because I had called on Friday night (the night before going) and a sales rep her name is Julia told me I could come in and I would get my phone exchanged. Instead I get told that I'm past my 14 day period(because the 14 days starts the same day you get your phone) and I wouldn't be able to change it and on top of that I'd have to pay another $60 on top of the $35 for the phone and that's if It gets approved by their district manager. I was extremely upset, not to mention they weren't helping when they kept trying to push the galaxy phone on me and making it seem like it was whatever to them. I think the guy who I spoke with was a manager or someone there in charge because he was making it seem like speaking to his DM would be such a hassle for him. Honestly I felt like I as a customer wasn't getting what I wanted and I felt like they're just pushing something on me so they could get rid of me and not have to worry about this big scene I would potentially make. They were telling me about how I could make my phone look like an iPhone, and to be quite honest that's stupid cuz i didn't get an android phone to begin with for it to be just like an iPhone, If i want an iPhone then don't stand there and tell me," oh well why do you want that phone, they're basically the same" if they were the same then there wouldn't be 2 different phones. Basically I was told I could come in an exchange it and then I go there and they tell I can't and they don't want to go through the hassle of dealing with their DM & I'd have to pay more and wait 2-3 weeks for my iPhone and that's if the district manager approves it. The guy idk his name but he was a big chubby guy with blue eyes, I felt like he didn't really care about how I felt because he had an iPhone in his pocket and an android in his hands which he happened to be using while the conversation was happening, to be completely honest he was being a dick to me. He was looking at me & speaking to me like I was an idiot. Sorry that not everyone has the luxury of owning 2 different phones. Just don't go to this store if you're having any issues that need to be handled by their reps. The only 2 reps there who are polite and respectful are Gil and Michelle. Other than that horrible customer service, I will actually be trying to get in contact with whoever is actually in charge of the store(or corporate) to discuss this further and let them know it wasn't my fault they told me information that wasn't correct and then the way I was treated when I went there. Sorry for the rant but I hope this helps anyone out there. Do not let them push you around or force something on you because they tend to be good at that. read more

Never go to this store or trust any of their employees. They lie, make up prices just to get the sale and yet when you get your bill or bills on your acct, it will be double or triple what they stated. James is pathetic for a store manager and Gil is worse as an asst. Beware, go to any other wireless store than THIS ONE ! Great service all around. I went in to get a new SIM card and I was able to leave with a setup SIM card in about 10 minutes.

I have to agree with all the negative reviews. We went in because we were due for upgrades. They convinced us that switching to the mobile share plan plus switching to the installment plan, would save us $20 a month. Upon getting my first bill, we are actually spending $40 more a month. They have no idea what they are talking about. Don't believe them when they tell you what your monthly bill will be. It's all a lie. read more

I couldn't be any less satisfied. I was in need of replacing my cellphone. I waited for approximately 30 minutes for someone to help me. An older and tall gentleman named Tim was who I dealt with. I was in immediate need of replacing a broken phone. I wanted to purchase a Samsung as I do not care for the limitations when using Apple products. I was willing to take an S6, Note 5 or even an S5. I was told by him there were no Samsung phones anywhere in the Southern California, as stores were preparing for the newer S7's. He said he had many of the iPhone 6 plus, and kept pushing how great the phone was. I told him how much I disliked Apple. He assured if I did not like the phone that I could return it within 14 days for a Samsung product. I returned the very next morning. I stood in the store talking to a different Store Rep while I watched Tim drive up and park his van in a handicapped parking space in front of the store. He walked in nonchalant asking how I liked the phone. When I voices how unhappy I was and told him I wanted to return the phone, I was told I would have to pay a return fee. He also told me I would have to either go without a phone for 3 weeks or purchase a prepaid go-phone until the new Samsung S7 was released. I had to pay over $200 just to be able purchase the iPhone(that I did not even want) for the cost of the tax. I didn't want to pay more money to return it and the to purchase a Go-phone until I could buy a Samsung. I am now stuck with a phone that I absolutely hate using and feel like I was completely duped by the guy. I attemtped to speak with another guy who also worked there, and he literally laughed when I told him my situation and said there was nothing much I could do now. I have been with AT&T for 10 years, and am now looking at switching to Verizon as soon as they are able pay for the full termination of my contract with AT&T. This was as bad of an experience as I have ever had with any business. I would drive to Temecula or Lake Elsinore before dealing with the Menifee store. read more
