There was some kind of meeting? Party? Maybe just workers and I even saw a work looking shirt with "volunteer" on it all sitting around round tables in the store laughing and carrying on. Not professional at All. The volunteer was the Only one who even acknowledged me. And not until she was through with another customer. I had to walk past all the other employees ! ? Very uncomfortable. I was made to feel I was intruding! From what I understand this is a Corporate Store , absolutely ridiculous! What a terrible experience. Frustrating experience. Staff was nice enough while selling their products. But they gave me a run around about actually getting the products in my hands. Multiple calls. Multiple visits until issue was resolved. Took over 10 days. The manager was kind and tried to help. Very difficult. I'm looking for a new provider now. read more

If I could give a rating less than 1 star I would. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced at any AT&T store. To put in an online order and come in to wait over an hour and receive attitude is absolutely ridiculous!! Employees (3-4) just stand around in a circle while people wait for them to finish up with their socializing. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes across the bay and have everything handled correctly and will next time. Zero product knowledge either. This place has really gone to the Dawgs...The worst customer service ever was into the store, young guy at the door ask if we needed help. My husband needed the information transferred to the new phone. Husband made a joke about the Alabama shirt and Jacen told him he can just leave then.....Hmmmmmm really where they do that absolutely terrible then after that they pretty much did not assist him. If I could give them negative stars, I WOULD! Worest EVER in customer service. Lie about charges, & lie about fees. Refunds takes 30 day. Couldn't get cell service at my work. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Charged for crap we didn't ask for. So you better watch your bill. Went up on my plan with out letting us know. When I cancelled my service they charged for an extra month. If they supposedly charge in the begining of the month, I should have received a refund. If there is ever a problem with your bill you are s.o.l. They don't care and it'll never be solved. Even tho they'll make you think it will be on your next bill. HA! What a joke. My suggestion, Never, and I mean NEVER get an att cell phone plan! read more

If you want others to understand your great business model then you need to have a business ethic that is geared toward the customer and not saying and selling something that is not clear, with hidden gimmicks. I was only trying to find out how to lower my bill and have similar service. AT one time I was going to add my cell phone service in a bundle but I will not do that now. We have spent three days trying to talk with someone instead of going through your inadequate robotic system. When we do get someone, we are put on hold. I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to get some answers then turned it over to my husband and he was on the phone for another 45 minutes. Then we called back this morning for 21/2 more hours, half on hold. (Now you make it hard for me to even see the typing I am doing!!!!!) Our phone (landline) has been off since last night with a message that says it it no longer in service, and there is no new number!!!! WE are old and when I cannot get service except through ATT wifi on my cell phone. I need my landline back with the number I have had for 40 years (until yesterday). Someone there must have authority to get us connected: NOW ,immediately, as my husband was told on the phone this morning that they would do!! My next step would be to go to every ATT office in this city and tell the customers that are there to not use ATT OR go to every social media site or maybe hire a lawyer. I certainly am considering changing service to another carrier if this is not resolved in the next HOUR!!! It is 11:02 Central time. MY number for 40!!!! years is: 251-661-7643. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. Hey employees, when a customer comes if for help, don't roll your eyes because you have to get off instagram. There were 5 men and one woman working today. It was like pulling teeth just to get a new SIM card, which the tall woman with long brown hair kept telling me wasn't the issue. I stayed on the phone with an att rep for 30 mins trying to get issue resolved. He was extremely helpful, and kept telling me the SIM card was the problem. The tall woman with all the mascara kept saying I was wrong. Well guess what? The rep on the phone was right. Will never go back on this store, ever. Maybe the employees should be required to take Chik-fil-a's customer service class. read more

I have never dealt with two of the most unhelpful staff members until I visited their store on Monday. Both employees who i dealt with offered one option to my service, without providing any helpful advice or information. They simply didn't care about my circumstance or me as a customer in general. I will never set foot in this location ever again, and if anyone else values being respected as a person, let alone as a customer, then I wouldn't go either. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to this store yesterday after buying a new phone that I was having issues with. There was a tall, middle-aged woman with very long brown hair sitting at a table close to the doors. She asked if she could help me. I told her my issue. She got up, turned around, dialed the store phone and handed it to me. In the meantime she sat back down in front of her computer reading emails, non-work related issues. Within 10 mins, 4 younger male employees were hanging around her desk, laughing, cutting up, speaking so loudly that I could barely hear the rep on the phone. The att phone rep was very helpful and asked why it was so noisy there. There were employees walking around the store on their personal phones talking about dinner, music, etc, anything besides job-related issues. At one point the phone rep asked if I could butt into their party and ask if someone would get me a new SIM card. The woman said, it's not the SIM card and was very snippy. After spending 45 mins, the phone rep asked me for the ime number. I turned to ask one of the employees where it was and he just looked at me and said, it's on the phone and then they all just gave me this "please don't bother us anymore". After all this, guess what? It turns out it was the SIM card. I wanted to take my phone and throw it in the middle of their party. Absolutely disgusted with this place. I was very close to cancelling my cable and phone. AT&T needs to have a customer service meeting because this location sucks. read more
