I was with for Verizon for 17 years and never had a problem but when I did have a probem, I found a…read moremonster. I traveled to Paris, France with my husband. He was going for work and I tagged along. I signed up for international service before I went. I got there and did not have any service at all. I am in France with no way to order an uber, download the Metro map, call my husband, or see any of the pindrops that I arranged before the trip. I called customer service which can not understand the concept of time difference and called at all hours of the night wanting me to stay on with them for hours. They elevated me up to the highest tech problem tier. This went on for days. On day 9 of my 10 day trip they got it working only after changing my plan to cost me 50.00 more a month and charging me 100.00 for the travel. When I got home, my husband added me (and my son) to his plan and it lowered his AT&T bill 10.00 a month but since I changed carriers, they would not take the 150.00 extra dollars off my bill. They are charging me for services they did not provide and they have been extremely rude to me. I hate a big corporation that treats the small guy like they don't mater. Verizon needs a customer service check.

I can easily see how a less scrupulous repair shop could have simply taken the phone in the back room and claimed to do more for this repair and consequently charge more- but he evaluated and repaired it in front of me in less than a minute. ONE MINUTE. I traveled an hour because he was the only shop open on Memorial Day; I will gladly return for future repairs despite the distance. Thanks man!!

Be aware that c-spire does not prorate the cancellation of your internet. We were 3 days into the…read morebilling cycle when we canceled our internet and were told after the fact that we had to pay for the full month. When we started with them they prorated the first 5 days because we had 5 days left in the billing cycle and would never have signed up and paid an entire month for only 5 days of service. We were not told this in advance or we could have cancelled our service in time to not have to pay for a full month of internet that we did not use. They told us that they do prorate their cable service at disconnect but not their internet. Having clients pay for a service that is not being provided is terrible customer service.

I recently purchased an Iphone XR days before the Iphone 11 was released, so I wanted to return my phone within the upgrade period because I assumed the price on the XR would be reduced. Days later, when the Verizon website was offering my identical Iphone XR for $160 less, I tried to return the XR. An employee told me the cheaper price was only available if I purchased a second phone or second line. I then spoke with Verizon reps at Bestbuy and a Verizon corporate store and was told this was not so. Unfortunately, by this time, the Victra store had closed. If I had gone to Bestbuy or ordered the phone from the Verizon website, I would have got the XR for much less money. I WILL NEVER USE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND VICTRA. Avoid them.

They took my trade-in phone and held it for almost 2 weeks before sending it back to the ATT warehouse. The warehouse received it after the 30 day time limit. Because of this ATT refused to give me my trade-in credits. I tried to resolve this at the store but they gave me the run a round, telling me that I should have returned the phone to Samsung. This was a lie which was confirmed by ATT and Samsung. I even have one of the store employees on recording stating that he knew who made the mistake and that i had done everything correctly.
