Days later, when the Verizon website was offering my identical Iphone XR for $160 less, I tried to return the XR. An employee told me the cheaper price was only available if I purchased a second phone or second line. I then spoke with Verizon reps at Bestbuy and a Verizon corporate store and was told this was not so. Unfortunately, by this time, the Victra store had closed. If I had gone to Bestbuy or ordered the phone from the Verizon website, I would have got the XR for much less money. I WILL NEVER USE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND VICTRA. Avoid them.
