When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was told that he was in Texas. When I spoke to him, he was also unhelpful and used the same language when speaking to me. The customer service was rude and even hostile. They refused to replace the phone that THEY BROKE!!! If you value your time, money, and property DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I don't know who these "reviewers" are, but they are not telling the truth.

I still cannot believe the location we have bought who knows how many phones and what all accessories from over the years has going on, but that's another story. Eased into store on a busy mid-day and were greeted quickly and introduced to Rashaan Tate. Let him know we were needing to return trade in phone. Mr Tate reviewed everything and let us know we had an option to keep phone for a reduced upgrade if we wanted to keep old phone. Interesting, since the trade in phone is the newest in the family and nothing wrong with it except Lil Pug wants newer phone. Had this been known earlier we may have done that and let go of one of the older phones me and the Mrs are using, but that time has passed and I just want to get this over. Mr Tate was very professional and handled our transaction happily and was a pleasure to deal with. I am sure he works on commission and this taking of his valuable sales time with waiting customers made me feel bad. As someone who works on commission I understand that we will not put any money on his check, that went to the gal at the other location. My only hope is that Mr Tate is at this location when we go to upgrade the other 2 phones this spring, I will call ahead to make sure he is working when we come for that purchase. I highly recommend asking for Mr Tate, he was an absolute pleasure to work with even though I am sure he may have missed a sales opportunity in the room while he helped us. This is the customer service every company looks for and is so rare in today's world. I just hope the powers in charge see this review and take the appropriate actions to reward Mr Tate with the recognition he deserves. This is the spot we have been doing business with for years. All previous interactions have been absolutely boring, like buying a cola Circle K. Transaction with young sales lady was typical and need to download all old info to new phone, have 30 days to return trade in. Well that's where it goes sideways. Lil Pug goes to turn in trade phone and Irish lad informs her that it MUST be turned in to "company store". Nice enough fella, but what is this issue, we have done all our trades here over the years. OK so we must drive across town to drop off trade. If we had known this was a "scab" store and of no use to us we would have started off at company store. Cannot even make payments here? No sweat, we have gas. Drive across town location that we can turn in old phone (that review is at that location). Not sure what genius in charge made the decision to opt out of participating in full store services, but that's on them. We will now do all our phone trades (2 to happen in the coming months) and all accessory purchases elsewhere. Was a convenient location for us, but if we can't do everything here, why bother to do anything if we must go to another store to complete our transaction. I recently purchased an Iphone XR days before the Iphone 11 was released, so I wanted to return my phone within the upgrade period because I assumed the price on the XR would be reduced. But I was told (erroneously it turns out) by store employees that the price on the XR would not drop. Days later, when the Verizon website was offering my identical Iphone XR for $160 less, I tried to return the XR. An employee told me the cheaper price was only available if I purchased a second phone or second line. I then spoke with Verizon reps at Bestbuy and a Verizon corporate store and was told this was not so. Unfortunately, by this time, the Victra store had closed. If I had gone to Bestbuy or ordered the phone from the Verizon website, I would have got the XR for much less money. I WILL NEVER USE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND VICTRA. Avoid them.
