My appointment came and went with no communication. My husband called to inquire and informed that he hadn't received a call from anyone there, but it wasn't a big deal. The employee reschedule the appointment for another day. The next appointment comes and goes with no communication. My husband calls again. This goes on for a couple of days. We set up an appointment, wait for a call, no one calls and my husband has to call them to inquire as to why. The last time my husband called to inquire on why no one contacted him about assessing the appliance, the employee states that "I remembered who you were and your wife was rude to me on the phone. So I didn't feel that we needed to start a professional relationship on those terms" and immediately hangs the phone up on my husband. Neither myself nor my husband was ever rude to anyone, ever. Even if they felt we or I was rude, why wouldn't you contact me and say so as opposed to rescheduling my appointments with no intent to ever come out and look at the appliance. I have worked in customer service for years and this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my entire life. Very unprofessional and RUDE! I recently purchased a new bedroom suite from Hanks in Spanish Fort, and I have to say I'm confused by all the low reviews. I worked with James, the manager and after looking at various sets, I chose the one I wanted. I don't do impulse buying, so I waited a few weeks to make sure, then came back in to complete the purchase. Everything handled inside of twenty minutes, max. We set a delivery date; they called the day before to confirm; and the drivers showed up on the date and within the window. They hauled my furniture up two flights of stairs, unpacked it, set it up and placed it right where I wanted. I obviously can't refute others experiences, but having recently arrived in the area, Hanks of Spanish Fort is most definitely on my list for whenever I need furniture in the future.

He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman.
