Bobo was awesome with everything, he has a very nice personality,he helped us with the required info that we asked and was very nice. He also put the screen protector and case on my wife's phone. My experience with this AUTHORIZED RETAILER has been one of the most confusing and frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. The rep (ALBERT) at the store lied to me and sold me the wrong phone (needed 5g, was sold iPhone 11 that is not 5g). When the iPhone 12 was released I went back to the store to fix the issue. The manager then took the 11 back and was supposedly ordering a BLUE IPHONE 12PRO. What came in the mail was a standard 12. When I went back to the store to try to get the right phone the manager kept me in the store over 2 hours trying to fix is ordering error. He was instructed by ATT support that he needed to "eat the cost of the phone and start over" to fix his errors. The manager lied to me and erroneously advised me to send the phone back when I heard what he was told. It is now March 2021 and I'm now being told by ATT loyalty that this retailer held the device to avoid a negative impact to his commission. EXTREMELY UNETHICAL and sketchy. NEVER USE AUTHORIZED RETAILERS!! read more

I was paying ridicules amounts of $$. This kept me from upgrading my devises. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Karla. Trust me, if there is anyone in there to help me, I'm glad it was Karla! She conducted a thorough review of my account. She them proceeded to advise me that she can save me $$ with a new plan vs the grandfather plan I currently have. She adjusted and corrected insurance fees. Set me up for Auto-pay. Karla applied discounts that I was not taking advantage of. She was very detailed in explaining the new plan and expenses. At the same time Rishad (Store Manager) came over and acknowledged me not as a customer but as a guest. Rishad continued to stop by and have conversations as Karla was reviewing the plan. I have shopped at other ATT stores and this store by far has been the best experience I have come across. What a remarkable team, true leadership from Rishad and the true care and concern by Karla. At the end I save a lot of $$ and I was able to upgrade my phone to the 11 Pro Max and my iWatch to the 5th gen, get a new case and screen protector.
