Got a different sales person, didn't catch her name but I never got brushed off so fast. Literally told us they have no more phones left after over hearing other reps while we waited that they are still some in the back. Was told to go to Best Buy so we did. The salesperson at Best Buy told us she probably redirected us to Best Buy because the sales rep wasn't going to get a commission for helping us. 1 star is way to much! I came here to get 7 new lines, i was transferring 3 from T-mobile! I came here on jun of 2025 and to this date i still have problems with my bill! This is the worst experience on customer service! Don't come to this store , I feel they just used me to get more money for themselves in commission! I am getting stock with a bill of 1521.99 per month when they told me i was going to pay like 300 dollars per month! I came into this location as a younger business owner looking to open a business line, and unfortunately my experience with Hanna was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, she was cold, dismissive, and made me feel judged based on my age and appearance. This is something I've dealt with often as a young entrepreneur, and I was hoping for better treatment here. She incorrectly told me I already had an application on file when I did not. I even called customer service while in the store, and they confirmed no previous applications existed. Later, I found out she had actually entered my application incorrectly, which wasted my time, delayed the process, and forced me to spend the rest of my day cleaning up her mistake. When I brought this up, the manager excused her actions by saying she "felt" there was something wrong with the application, but the reality is her error and lack of professionalism cost me both time and money. As someone trying to grow a business, I expect accuracy and respect--not dismissiveness and mistakes. This experience has made me rethink whether I want to do business with AT&T at all. read more

Horrible service! I upgraded my phone with Melissa and she ordered the wrong color, added a variety of services and insurances I specifically told her not to. My bill for my one phone went up $50!!! The men in the building play entirely too much. They need to learn when it's a good time to joke and when someone doesn't have the time to play. My mother needed assistance, transferring information from her old phone that needed to be replaced to a new phone that she received from the protection insurance plan that she has on her account. An employee there by the name of Ethan was helping my mother, but her new phone needed an update. He told my mother to call for him when the update was finished. The update finished and my mom called for him, but noticed that he had both his ear buds in and wasn't paying attention. My mother decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and waited roughly 40 minutes. When she figured out that he wasn't going check up on her she decided to leave. You know they have messed up our accounts before big time, however, loyal that I am with AT&T I went back to this place initially to get a replacement of my IPhone PROMAX 14 camera protector. When I went there in person I specifically told the lady person (Yes! I know her name) I came in because the camera protector has a hole and it's dangerous. Every time I reach for my phone I feel the broken camera protection glass. Also, my screen protector is broken. Both have lifetime protection. The lady said that they do not have the screen protector because it's an older model. LoL! I just bought this phone last year, so I said okay. She then said we need to go online so she did. I mentioned a few times I need 2 replacements one for the screen and second the protector for the camera is broken too. She said I put in both replacements. You see I took her word for it. A week had passed and today I got a package from Zagg. To my display I only got the screen protector replacement and did not receive the camera protector. I called AT&T Moreno Valley and told another lady what happen she said they don't deal with the replacement and I just wanted to see if the initial sales person put in the paperwork for the camera protector replacement. I'm so annoyed cuz you know what I ended up upgrading my son to an IPhone 15 PROMAX the same day I was supposed to just get a replacement for my screen and camera protector. The only reason I am going to give them one star is I need to write about my bad experience. I signed up for Direct TV. I specified to the sales person that if my package had local channels, obviously, she only wanted to sell, she said yes. when we connected everything we realized that there were no channels for which we had asked. I have been having problems with my phones and internet since I switched to AT&T. My phones stay overheating so I went to four different stores and they don't want to fix the problem. I had WiFi for three months and it went out three different times. They are claiming that I messed with the router which is bs because it went out on its own. If I could give zero stars, I would because this place doesn't deserve the rating. Bobby, stay away from that guy. He's on a power trip 100%. Bobby was the person who helped me. I called prior and spoke to someone over the phone (who was super nice and friendly). I let him know that I was in a hurry and needed a phone because I was not from here. I asked him if I'd be able to purchase a telephone and then mail it back (like I have done countless times via online) he said that wouldn't be a problem at all. Normally, I would have purchased a phone online but the at&t service wasn't working at the time. I walked in and had to wait for about 15 minutes, no big deal. Bobby asked me what I was there for, I told him the situation I wrote about above, told him which phone I wanted and explained that I was needing to get in and out as quickly as possible. He then responded and asked which upgrade I was doing. I responded with "I'm not sure, I have this phone that's almost paid off that I have qualified for an upgrade with". He then asked me which upgrade and blurted our some plan that they have I guess. I don't work for the telephone store so I have no clue what he was talking about. He should have taken a second to explain the differences between the upgrade options. He rolled his eyes and sighed at me for not knowing what upgrade options there were. I then verified that it was ok to mail the phone back after I was done with the data transfer. He got a real huge attitude and said "what makes you think you can do that?" I seriously was shocked that this came out of his mouth. I then explained that I spoke to 611 and someone here in the store about doing that and he the asked for their names, to which I didn't have. He told me "well guess what, you got the wrong information." I got irritated and told him that if I couldn't do this that I'd leave and make a purchase online at a different time or with a different carrier. This guy then says "I'm going to ALLOW you to bring this phone back to me." ALLOW!? What is he, some kind of failed cop who thinks he holds the keys to the cellphone authority?! Come on man, get a grip on reality and on your ego. He then took my phone and inspected it like I was trying to trade in some piece of garbage. I explained that the phone was relatively new and was in excellent condition. I took off the screen protector to show him that it was in great shape. Bobby asked me if I wanted gold green for the phone selection to which I looked toward the displays, only to see that they were all missing. I then looked back at him and said "I guess Ill take green?". Then I made a comment about all the phones being gone, he responded and said "I don't care, they aren't mine. " This bothered me because I'd expect him to take a little pride in where he works, especially as he's selling me a device. I told him that he should take pride because missing displays directly impact sales, which impacts labor, which 100% impacts him as an individual. He clearly didn't like hearing that told me again that he didn't care about it and then he began to rush me though my purchase. Bobby didn't explain any costs to me, any options available for the phone, and rushed me though the signature pages about my options. I was trying to read what I was signing and he kept saying "It just says this...." Needless to say, this was 100% the WORST experience that I've ever had at AT&T and I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. This store frustrates me I swear. Every time I've been here it's been trash and today I gave them one last try and I'm done. I called in to see if they had the 2nd Gen AirPods Pro and the guy on the phone went to check. Came back a couple minutes later saying they had a couple in stock. I was 5 min down the street from store and went straight there. I walk in and give my name to the guy with glasses and tell him I'm the guy who called in about the AirPods. He asks for my name to put on his iPad and said I would be next in line. I'm waiting for 20min in store as I see people that came after me get attended. I came in here on my way to Palm Springs to buy a mifi for my business account and was told it would be a 15 min wait, ok. 20 mins later Nancy (assistant manager) comes to help us then says she'll be right back, 10 mins 20 mins 30 mins and I finally ask another employee where Nancy is. I was told that her manager made her take an emergency phone call, so the store manager Drew makes her take a call but couldn't come and help me or let me know something is going on. This has been by far my worst experience. The people here are not transparent and will sell you the dream that you are getting a deal , however they are just trying to make a commission check. The managers Paul and hector do not provide great customer service. Paul insisted i was getting a deal by signing up for direct Tv and quoted me $50 more than what i was quoted after Melissa dropped the ball on my account.Melissa was supposed to assist me in getting off of my moms account and on to my own. This is now my 6th time at this establishment and it is still not resolved. She set up and ran my credit for a business account and never set up what i was there for initially. Also if the managers claim that they will call you back, don't believe it. I never received the call from Hector. Just overall very unprofessional. So, it turns out that when you get satellite DirecTV, you do NOT get all your channels on the app to use on those "20 devices" at home , including the Dodger channel. So I guess our sales person lied and his salesman buddy does NOT watch the Dodgers while he is camping. I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years, and my experience at this location had me contemplating going else where. I went to this location to buy an iPhone 14 pro max. The sales associate was rude, standoffish, and seemed like he would rather be elsewhere. I asked if they had the phone in stock, and he explained that he could not tell me until my purchase was complete. I expressed my concern that I was going through that process not knowing if they had the inventory would potentially leave me needing a refund. He said they had had a lot of theft and, therefore, could not tell me if they had the phone in stock and that it would require opening the safe to look. I informed him I was not trying to steal the phone and didn't want to pay for it, not knowing if they had it in stock. I asked for the manager, who rolled his eyes at me when I expressed my concern. It is a lot of money to pay when we don't even know they have it. Misinformed me about package and lost all my contacts that are now iretreiveable. Sold me extra crap, and i won't go back. Sold me the phone I wanted on the 18 month next plan after I stated I wanted the 12 month. Tagged on a WiFi hotspot like device for 99cents and said it was the only way to get the discount, which, they put on a "Isis" electronic wallet that I won't ever use because its insecure and unproven technology. And misinformed me about the wireless hotspot not pulling GB from my plan which it does, after explicitly stating it doesn't. They lost my contacts from my old iPhone saying they didn't need to use the transfer device in which I slecificaly asked if he needed to and say they don't. So now my old phone is erased and all contacts lost because they were supposed to use it. Overall a pushy sales environment for packages and add ons....Home security and not signing you up for the package you wanted. The customer service at this location doesn't even deserve the one star. The manager Brenda has no want or desire to help out senior citizens. My grandma who has had to deal with her situation over the phone and has not gotten anywhere with them, asked us to go down for her. What we needed had nothing to do with accessing her account and they refused to help because my grandmother was not there physically in the store. With no regards to her inability to physically come in, we left and went to another location who were more than willing to help out because of our circumstances. I ordered a new smartphone by telephone, but received the wrong model 8 days later . I was advised that since I needed help setting up my phone and transferring data that it would be advisable for me to visit an AT&T store. I resigned myself to this after much thought as AT&T store customer service is always rated so poorly. To save myself a wait there I decided to call and make an appointment. I called the store, only to receive a message stating that their customer service staff were helping other customers. I was given a choice to be connected to a national telesales agent. That's it, nothing else. I waited on the line, hoping to hear some other option, but only rec'd the same recording about the staff waiting on other customers. Finally, the system said a cheerful "Goodbye" and hung up on me. Does this sound like a company who is thankful for my business? Or, wants to be of service to a potential new customer? Big business is too big for one small customer it seems. This customer has been an AT&T consumer for over 10 years, always paid my bill the day it was received, and who tries to practice the Golden Rule. I'll soon be looking into new service with another company. You know, it's sad, in past years business owners read their reviews and cared about what customers thought of them. They said "I'm sorry". They said, "I/We made a mistake". Corporate big business has no top dog, just Boards of Directors who keep tabs of their money, and nothing else matters. They forget that God is in charge and will be reviewing their behavior when their time comes. It's called "What goes around comes around." P.S. So frustrated bought a new phone and within 10 days the phone stopped working correctly. I called apple they said it's no big deal take it to AT&T and the store will exchange it. So I made an appointment and when I walked into the store they said yes we can do that but you need to come back after one when a manger is here. Are you kidding me my appointment was at 11:30 I came on my lunch breach and his store is miss managed so bad they can't even do an exchange with out the store manager! They said I could try calling costumer service witch they did not help me with and I have been sitting in the store on hold with costumer services for 21 mins! Full disclosure: I'm new to the area but not new to att and have visited several stores all over California. Now the review. Staff gets the job done so long as you know what you are in there for. I went to get a new iPhone on the next plan, the following are the good and bad things that happened: Good - greeted at the door and saw a rep immediately. - rep verified the phone I wanted was in stock - rep handled my 2 transactions (paying off old phone and buying new phone) in succession without missing a beat. - checked my account to see what offers might be relevant, I declined and he accepted after 3 hard No's (which is basic sales technique) - got me out in under an hour. Bad - too many reps, not enough customers. It can make a timid customer feel overshadowed or crowded. Plus seeing them standing around looks a little unprofessional. - rushed me to signature screen without showing me the next contract. I had to ask to go back so I could read the installment contract which in turn led me to adjust my purchase. Analysis: they could do with fewer employees or at least have them out of site so they don't have the ominous group presence. They are inexperienced sales persons who are still learning. They could do with a little more training in guiding customers without pushing them to increase sales and better reviews. read more
