I'm very disappointed with the Manager at the Moreno Valley location I bought a pair of Nike shoes I bought them a month before school started my son had a growth spurt and the shoes fit too tight. I accidentally threw the receipt away I went into the store asked for the Manager told him if I can just exchange the same shoes for a bigger size he said just bring them in we should be able to exchange them and we can look up the transaction on the card I purchased them with well my husband went in to do the exchange and the same Manager said no. He said exchanges only 30 days Only after he told me he would do it. I'm out $95 brand new pair of shoes now. I will not be shopping here anymore and I will be letting everyone I know not to shop at this store. Customer service is a priority and you failed at giving your customers good service. read more

Natalie was super great, very helpful and kind. Was looking something for my dad and they had plenty of options for his liking unlike champs who were always on their phone pretending to be on their work phone. His staff marked a pair of shoes incorrectly and would not honor the shelf price and handled the situation extremely poorly. No wonder why he seems to jump to every shoes store. if I can give a 0 star I would, this location doesn't deserve even one star. in a nutshell, I was given a gift from my son , it doesn't fit, I have no receipt do to it being a gift, I needed to exchange for it for something that does. Carlos the assistant mgr. was very rude and stand-offish , just basically told me to get out , nothing he can do. Can't call corporate, can't call his mgr. , can't call the district mgr. nothing, just leave . Then when I got upset, that's when he wanted to pawn me off on his store mgr. the next day , just very mean Man, with horrible customer service. I called the Corporate # ( which is a joke) and they told me all that's needed by a mgr is to get a email by the district mgr saying it's ok for a exchange. I asked Carlos to help , he refused. To me it's it's a reasonable thing to do, since I'm not asking for any money back just a exchange. And Carlos did not want to left a finger to help. I've never seen a associate with absolutely no enthusiasm at all to help a customer, it was bizarre! this place is a "No go" I'm not sure why it's in business still, with customer service like that I'm sure it's on its way out. read more

Just left this location and the customer service is horrible!!! The girls that work here walk around with their arms folded and do not greet anyone that comes in the store. I asked one young lady a question about a coat I saw and she replied with one word responses and seemed irritated. She was a fair skin young girl with long hair and thick eyebrows!! When I walked in the store I was greeted by Justin. He told me about the promotion going on in the store and he offered his assistance. I would give Justin a 5 because he was very helpful he kept going back to check shoes for me but they didn't have my size so that's why I'm giving a 4. But at the end he was able to help me find some shoes that I really liked so I'm very happy I bought two pairs of shoes. And Mike checked us out. He was great he was quick with the transaction. Been going here for years, only because i like the shoes n prices are reasonable. But have to say, not once have i gotten good service, always rude. They always seem irritated when i ask for help. They choose who they wanna help. Bottom line very racist! And thats at all the malls ive been to in the I.E. extremely bad customer service. I walked into shiekh shoes last week looking for some heels for my wife for our anniversary. When I walked in all the employees greeted me and it made me feel comfortable. One of them asked me if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for and she was so helpful and nice . I can't quite remember her name but she had really curly hair and colored contacts. She helped me with the biggest smile on her face and helped me pick out the most amazing heels for my wife. Once the nice curly haired girl took my shoes to the counter some other girl rang me up. She was also so helpful and had a smile on her face to. I surprised my wife with the heels this morning and she fell in love. The employees at Shiekh are amazing and I will always be glad to go back read more
