A $57/month phone warranty plan was added to our account without our consent and was not disclosed. There was also a $110 fee for "READY? GO! PACKAGE" added to the bill to swap the phones, which was also not disclosed. Looking online, this is a junk fee that non-corporate stores will sometimes tack on to consumers they assume won't review the bill prior to paying. Buyers beware of the deceptive tactics used at this location. I have never experienced this at any other Verizon I've been to. Use a corporate location.

(Because I just replaced one.) He didn't say much. Came back 5mins later said he replaced both but did not test. When I said I only wanted one could he please him to swap out only the one that was dead. He said he threw away the batteries so he couldn't do that. Again I only wanted one battery. He refused Then took both fobs batteries out and said he refused service. Gave me both key fobs back empty without batteries. I wouldn't have been able to run my car it's a hybrid without the one FOB that was good. As he said he threw them away. I don't understand why he couldn't have just done one. Why he caused all that commotion. Now I had to call the police to go to the store. Imagine how awful. He finally put my old batteries back in.

After waiting 15 minutes, no one ever arrived. Several employees appeared unoccupied, yet no one stepped in to assist. When I asked about the Vision Pro demo, I was told to return at 6:30 despite the demo area being unused and the store relatively quiet. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase -- even though I had come ready to invest in multiple new Apple products. The lack of initiative and attentiveness from staff was disappointing, especially for a brand known for its customer experience. I guess it doesn't matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it's frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.
