Terrible experience with this retail outlet of Verizon. Since this is a independent dealer, they get paid on extra lines. I went in to add my wife to my plan and they stuck me with 2 additional new lines besides my wife's plan. Then to make matters worse they added a bunch of extra items on that I did not want. I only discovered all of this when my bill came. I tried to rectify the situation and get an explanation and they asked me to leave the store. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE. read more

Avoid this location, it's worth the drive to use a location in Naples. My wife went alone to purchase a new phone, not expecting to be taken advantage of. A $57/month phone warranty plan was added to our account without our consent and was not disclosed. There was also a $110 fee for "READY? GO! PACKAGE" added to the bill to swap the phones, which was also not disclosed. Looking online, this is a junk fee that non-corporate stores will sometimes tack on to consumers they assume won't review the bill prior to paying. Buyers beware of the deceptive tactics used at this location. I have never experienced this at any other Verizon I've been to. Use a corporate location. read more

The Salesperson starting to set me up then proceeded to walk in the back , when he came out we discussed the phone that we spoke about yesterday , BTW he did not remember me, PS he said the phone was sold in the morning and had none left. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was sold an iPhone case and specifically told that a MagSafe wallet would attach to the back of it. Lo and behold, when I got home and ordered a MagSafe wallet, it would not stick to the case. Turns out the case I was sold was NOT compatible with MagSafe wallets, and the store clerks refused to make an exchange for me because I did not have the original box for the case that THEY sold to me under false pretenses. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience at this store and would not recommend anyone shop here. read more

Went to Verizon with the intent of changing providers from T-Mobile to Verizon. The sales person received us with such a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism that we left with the impression that this person had no desire to convince us that Verizon would be a better provider for us. My iPhone is an old model and he didn't even try to show us a new one. The store was empty and, based on the ratings from potential clients, it'll continue to be. We have no intention of returning there, despite the fact that's close to us, very convenient. What a shame! read more

Buyer beware!!! My 87 year old mother went there to switch her number to a different phone. They told her it would not work and sold her a $800.00 iPhone which does not work and she doesn't know how to use it. They will not help her and was extremely rude when we went there to to get help. Evan, the Manager of this store, saved my vacation! An unplanned drop of my iPhone in water upon landing in FL sent me to the closest Verizon store in Marco Island and Evan helped me in so many ways. He helped me get a new phone through insurance, get it shipped to my vacation venue and went the extra mile to help me move everything over. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance or trouble even though I didn't end up buying anything. If I can give a lower rating, I would. Text messaging notifications was not working. Salesman B. fiddled w it and said "your phone is broken. Salesman B. courteously (SIC) added because insurance deductable is $150.00 you'd be better off paying off the $80.00 for your old phone and then get up and running w a new phone for $33ish monthly." Much later after the $80 was run on my c.c., additional charges are now mentioned ; activation fee, transfer fee, newer special charger, taxes & fees. My New Phone wasn't transfered correctly, I was told,"Go home, lady, do it at home." The next morning, after speaking w Verizon directly, $1,1350.00 was returned to my account and my original phone was a simple fix via text support. Beware of pushy sales, charges for unwanted services, and questionable service-this not a Verizon corporate store. I had a charge for a redux membership and found through research that this is a drying service. I would not have asked for this for a waterproof phone. I returned two days later to dispute the charge and I was told that I would then have to pay a setup fee for my new phone for data transfer. This was surprising since I did the transfer myself after I left the store through my iCloud backup. I also had to buy a $65 screen cover because the rep opened the box and then realized it couldn't use it because there was a crack in the phone. Finally, the store would not accept my old phone for credit because Apple said it was reported lost or stolen. After calling Apple, this was because the rep at this store remote wiped the phone, which caused Apple to believe the phone was lost or stolen. read more

Such a crap place, the workers there have no idea what the hell they're doing 100% of the time. They are not very informative to there customers and they never try they're best to help out the customer. I understand that it's a retailer store but after several crap past experiences I will never come back to that store again and if you don't want to experience the same crap treatment then don't go to this Verizon retailer store. read more

What a terrible experience. Went in to purchase a phone in March 2020. Asked for the least expensive smart phone, was convinced by the rep to get the Google Pixel because "there was a $550-off special." I asked repeatedly if it were true, and he insisted it was a great deal and I would receive a credit on my Verizon bill. To make a long story short, I was duped. I am charged for the entire price; no one in the store has EVER called me back (I left 4 messages, very nice, very respectful); and a rep from Wireless Zone explained that he "addressed the situation" at the store and it won't happen again with another customer. That's great - but what about this unhappy customer? Wireless Zone itself finally agreed to credit me $250 toward the $550. Yet the manager of this Marco Island franchise never called me; the sales rep kept insisting the deal was there, I just had to wait another month to see the reversal of charges on my Verizon bill (never happened, and I've been advised it won't happen); and no one from Wireless Zone corporate will respond to me anymore. Avoid this franchise, go directly to a Verizon store. read more

Good service, friendly staff. This is the only Verizon store in Marco. Located right on Collier Blvd, it's easy in and out. Go before 5pm when they are fully staffed. You may have to wait a bit, but that's pretty normal with cell phone dealers. read more

Poor customer service when calling on the phone. If you don't have a voice don't call cause they will just hang up on you. The gentleman that I spoke with also didn't know his product line within the store i.e. what stock they had on hand or what the store even carried. read more

I recently bought a new phone elsewhere (far away) and made the mistake of removing the screen protector. I stopped in, hoping for an easy fix. Three workers were all busy with other customers, yet one quickly told me he'd be right with me, and he was. He managed to continue working with the other customer and resolved my issue.
