Don't waste your time!!!! As most of us know, smartphones are not cheap. The one I have been looking at is almost $700. So let me begin... I went into the store and tried to find the LG V10. I asked if they had it for me to look at it and the man brought it out in a box. I asked if I could turn it on and he said oh, we have it over here and led me to a phone that was on display and turned on. Having done my research on the V10, I knew this was not the same phone. It was an older version of the phone. I went to the counter and told the man it was the old version and he told me they were exactly the same phone. That is such BS!!!! They are NOT the same phone. I told him if I'm going to spend that amount of money I was going to look at the actual phone and not just the case like a dummy. A young man named Robert works at this location. I watched his patience with other customers and was impressed, especially with the toddler whose grandmother let run wild while she took forever to conduct her business. When it was my turn he was a great help, telling me things about my account that I didn't know, for instance, I thought I had signed up for auto payments and was getting a discount. But no... I was using a credit card and was not eligible for a discount unless I used my bank account. No where did I read that online, probably small print. Love Alex the guy is great knowledgeable and personal. Made me feel reassured that he knew what he was doing. I switched from Att and my wife from T-Mobile, Alex helped us get the best deal possible on the table. Found many promotions but got us 2 free iPhone 12 mini the colors we wanted too. I couldn't have been anymore satisfied with the service and quality of knowledge Alex has. I would say the most memorable thing would be his patience. Best experience hands down. If possible, I would give them -10 stars. I went in and spoke with Jared, I asked to get the iPad mini 4. I asked how much it would be a month. He said "about $22" I said "alright, sounds good" and we walked back to his desk. He went in back and asked me what color, I asked for gold. He set it up, asked if I wanted the $9 insurance, I said yes, paid taxes and was handed the iPad and the bag with the box. When I got home, I saw a $10 line change that Jared didn't tell me about, now.. I could overlook that, maybe he forgot. But then, I realized I didn't have the iPad mini 4, I had the iPad Pro 9.7.... I called customer service to ask what to do, and that's when I found out that this particular store wasn't a real Verizon... I honestly didn't know that, or I wouldn't have been going in there the past 2 years. But, anyway, they told me to go back in and I could return it, and if this store charged me a restocking fee for THIER mess up, they would reimburse me. So, I tried to return it on a few occasions. The first time I went in, Chris, who I have never had a problem with before, was all set to return it for me.. then told me "only Jared can return this, or a manager" both who weren't there. I was told the manager would be in tomorrow between 8am and 5pm. So I made plans to stop in after my doctors appointment. Well, as I am doing driving down to the store, my sister texts me to tell me, at 11am she got a call that "herself he manager is sick and won't be in" so, I called customer care to ask them what I am supposed to do they asked me to call the GoWireless number and there I was told, by GoWireless staff, "anyone can do returns, not just the salesperson you had or a manager". So, I called customer care again, for some support when I went in. Chris was again there, along with someone who had no name tag nor was he wearing the uniform.. and Abhi, whom waited on me, and was extremely rude. He said "I can't return it" then without saying another word, waited on a couple... they got 2 new phones and cases, while I stood there waiting... Chris was busy with another customer. After awhile Abhi was asked by the nameless guy "why can't you return it?" To which Abhi asked him to come with him, went into the right side employee only room and I could hear him taking rudely about me... he then comes out and starts getting more rude when I asked why he can't just return it for me so I can get the mini? I told him it doesn't say anywhere on my contract that I had to return it to Jared or a manager ONLY. Then I asked if he could possibly call his manager. He said "his wife just had surgery, I am not calling him" I said "an assistant manager?" "James is the assistant, we don't have a manager right now" I said "can I have your district managers name and number?" "I am not giving you that information"... I then put my phone on speakerphone and customer care talked to Abhi who was getting ruder by the second. While they were talking, Chris said in a barely audible tone "I called you this morning to tell you the manager was sick" and I said "you didn't call me, you called my sister and left a message I just got" and Chris was like "that's not my fault" I said "I didn't say it was" and he told me to not get mean with him... which I wasn't. I was upset, yes, but I wasn't being mean to anyone there. All I wanted was to return the iPad Pro, before something happened to it and I was charged for it, and get the mini. Or rather, order it... since I was told they had none, the day before by Chris. Chris then proceeded to check his customer out and said "you have 14 days to return it if you're not satisfied and there would be a $35 restocking fee" so, I asked "why didn't you tell him, "if you need to return it, it has to be to ME or the MANAGER only?" Hmm?" And he rolled his eyes at me, then told the customer about returning it to him or the manager. I mean, I was never told this, nor was it in the contract, like I said.. and even GoWireless said it's not their policy! I asked Abhi when the manager would be in and he said "tomorrow at 8:30am we open at 9" and I left. Went back the next day with my Mom, and she went in before me. She asked for the manager it was about my iPad and that "if this isn't taken care of today, we were going to call the sheriffs department about fraud" and then it was like, all of a sudden my iPad COULD be returned! Without Jared or the Manager! Apparently the manager was still sick but came in early to set up the return? But, what's the real story? Was James sick or did his wife have surgery? Because I was told two conflicting stories. I got my iPad returned and I left with my mom. When I got him I called GoWireless and filed a complaint and was told the district manager would contact me... it's been 6 days and no one has contacted me! My advice... never even step foot inside a GoWireless! They all seem to be rude and they all seem to be liars! They have poor business ethics! read more

I would give It NO STARS if possible, Sales person JARED very UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I have never truly had a good experience at this store, I kept going because it was convinientbut this last time really blew my top. I went into the store because my phone was acting up. Their only solution es to buy a new different one. First he tride to keep my phone to try and sell me a different one. I was on my lunch break and running out of time so I said I would come back. He said he HAD TO KEEP MY PHONE until I came back. When I did he had already added another phone and tablet to my account WITHOUT my authorization!!!!!! When I went to go pick up my phone that I had left it was COMPLETELY BROKEN! So I could even go through the manufacturers warranty. I had a really hard time, i would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. Employees here are absolutely deliberately dishonest, and the manager supports their dishonesty. They initially lied to me about the charges for my phone, about the deals that they had to offer, and about their return policy. When I went to return the phone and get a different one, they refused to take back one of the accessories that they had specifically told me was returnable. Is the worst service that a person can experience they don't follow their own returning and exchange policies they would push it until ur warranty expires and then they denied you the exchange they are rude and unprofessional u can never find a manager on duty and the employees do as they please. My husband and I renewed our contract with Verizon. Our Wireless Consultant, Cody Karr, was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us choose our plan. He did suggest that we lower our data limit due to our history. That was helpful and saved a little on our monthly bill. Several things were frustrating, however. We ended up paying more than we expected due to the complexity of how Verizon structures pricing options. The other negative is that I had a question and called Cody 3 times with no return call. I did finally ask my question to another consultant. As a retired business woman, returning calls to customers is extremely important no matter how busy. read more

Best customer service I've recieved. If you go to this location you have to go to my man Cicso. I went in there to check out phones because I had an upgrade available. Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything and he was more than willing to show me any phone that I wanted to look at. I walked out of there with a Brand new phone and $10 less a month on my bill. Definately recommend this location. read more
