The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day. Travis kept me informed throughout the day and was I overjoyed when he told me that it was working! He had to replace the screen and one of the cameras (not the selfie one but the "facing away" one) and the bill came to $180 and change! YES! You read that correctly!!! $180 and NOT $500!!!
