I broke my phone about a month ago, and about had a meltdown. Christian, the gentleman who helped me get a temporary phone and explained how the replacement process works, was incredibly patient, thorough, and didn't try to sell me a ridiculously expensive temporary phone. The store manager also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the assistance from Christian, and made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or concerns. Although the location is not very close to me, it's worth the time to drive a bit further, knowing I'll receive excellent service. Thank you for your help! read more

The store manager is a very rude person. Save yourself headaches and money by buying accessories online or at Micro Center. They have a very liberal return policy. The manger refused to exchange a damaged glass screen protector that was less than 60 days old. The sales rep advised when we bought it that it could be exchanged at AT&T for life. $50 for a screen protector at AT&T. The exact same one at Amazon or Micro Center is $20. The store manager was very curt and accused me of lying when explain that the sales rep said it was exchangeable for the life of the product. I specifically asked as I know screen protectors and cases break. I asked multiple times. However when it comes time to get help, they are not able to. We pay a premium to have AT&T and we paid three time's more for the accessory. Lessons learned. It is really easy to dislike AT&T. read more

The manager lied to me and said that adding an additional line to my existing plan ($111/month) would be a total all-in cost of $150 for both lines. A $40 increase. Got the first bill today $242.00. Even subtracting the one time $30 activation fee = $212 Basically double to add an additional phone. The excuse was that the $150 was only an ESTIMATE! They made up all sorts of excuses to try and justify a $90 higher cost compared to the "estimate" These guys don't even make good used car salespeople. read more

First off I'd like to point out how this store is very clean and I felt safe coming into. I had a problem with my iPhone XR, my phone would freeze and not have service and this team was very helpful. I can't say it was a quick process which I didn't think it would be but by the time I left I my phone was fixed. It's been 5 days and still no problems. The manager was extremely patient with me even when I was getting frustrated he did everything he could to help me understand what was happening. I will be back to this store again soon. read more

The worst experience. I went to buy a phone and the 1st guy that started to wait on me huffed and puffed and said he didn't have time for me so he had another gal come help me however the only thing she did was ring up the phone and then said sorry we can't help you any further you will have to do that when you get home! I have stopped into this location 2 to 3 times since I started service with AT&T. Although the staff greeter seemed annoyed both times that I came in, overall my first two experiences went relatively well, as the representative who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. However my 3rd time in, it went from the (expected) rude greeter, to an (unexpected) rude experience with the store manager, Andrew. I came in to get a refund for my screen protector, as it had quickly lost it's stickiness and fell off. The manager asked if I had put the screen protector on and I told him I had not, but that one of his reps did at the time of setting up my new service. He told me that his staff does not apply screen protectors (implying that I had told him a lie). He asked if I waited 24 hours after applying the screen protector to apply the back casing. Again, I told him I had not applied the screen protector or case, but that his rep did not wait, but applied both the screen protector and the case when I had come to set up service. He admitted that there was a 24 hour window that needed to be waited out, before applying the casing and that is why my screen protector lost its stickiness. However, he was unable to refund me as it had been past the 14 day mark for returns. I told him, had I known the screen protector was going to lose its stickiness so quickly, I would have come in sooner, but by the time I realized the screen protector was no longer going to stay on my screen it had been longer then the 14 days. Andrew's attitude was probably the most disconcerting part of my experience. As a new customer I felt frustrated with my experience and wanted to be heard, but Andrew had an heir of pride about his position of store manager that seemed almost proud to have the "power" to deny my request for a refund. In fact, he said he would not even do an exchange for another one. Albiet, I left the store pretty flustered. I called a different AT&T store near by and spoke with their manager about the situation. He asked me at which AT&T location did I have the negative experience and I told him. He went on to say that they get many customers that leave the location I went to after a negative experience, and come to his because his customer service reps and management style are happy to find a way to help their customers. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me who I could talk to regarding the issue. After my poor experience with the staff at Andrew's store I was ready to quit service with AT&T. But I came to find out, that AT&T as a whole is a very knowledgeable and helpful staff when it comes to customer service... unfortunately it is just Andrew's store that is lacking. Hoping a district manager will soon see and address this with Andrew so that AT&T doesn't lose any business because of the haughty attitutudes at this location. read more

Idiots. ATT chat said I had to go to store to get a longer ethernet cable for our router. Go to ATT store, they say they don't have them and I would have to order from St. Louis. Explained ATT Chat said I had to go to store. Spoke with manager, he said I could go to Best Buy and buy one. I asked him what specifically should I ask for, Cat6, 5e, 5 etc. He said he didn't know. Went to this store yesterday to switch from T-mobile and get on our own account. Was told we would get buy one get one free but then we were told we weren't applicable for the promotion. Whatever we still wanted to switch. We get through the process and get our new phones and at dinner look at our new account. Not only were we still on our parents account but their was a $140 dollar charge for direct tv. Went back to the store to ask about it and was told it was just something that would resolve itself and not to worry about it. Now today I'm locked out of my account after they told me it would resolve itself and it is even still on our parents account after they said it was a system error. We called AT&T got back into our account after 3 hours on the phone and lo and behold a $140 charge for direct tv was still on there waiting to come out of our account. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced because we were told multiple times this was fixed and not to worry but it honestly seems like this store and the company just try to take advantage of people and make it inconvenient to fix any of these things so your stuck with charges. they do a horrible job i can't believe they're still in business i've had so many problems it's hard to keep track first whenever i call they hang up so i'm waiting for over six hours and they'd not let me talk to somebody in charge so they kept sayin' no to my lifeline discount then they lied when they said they were gonna send somebody to set up u-verse and they said they called the wrong number and they asked if i wanted to do it tomorrow and i said are you out of you're mind? you wasted my time all day today and you think i'm gonna waste all my time tomorrow when you were aware which number to call i don't think so and they didn't even say sorry or offer me anything for free and they were aware not to hang out on me too it's just common sense when you work answer the phone don't hang up and jasmine and the one in charge on wednesday said something was wrong with my card but there's not and they lied 'cause it worked perfectly fine when i went out to eat and they didn't even offer me anything for free either and the guy in charge on thursday didn't offer me anything for free either since i spent more money on gas to go again so unless you wanna get mistreated go somewhere else!!! read more

When I came into this store looking for a new smartphone I will admit I was expecting to be barraged by salesman left and right equipped with "Too good to be true" deals and ways to trap me into contracts that would end up costing me more in the long run. That's their goal, right?? Well let me say, I was genuinely surprised! First off, there were plenty of employees so any questions about phones I had were quickly and easily answered. Let me also state that I don't remember having to wait once to be helped at any point in time, which was new (I've been to this location numerous times but it has been many months since my last visit). However, the best part of the experience had to be how helpful the man who helped me was. This particular gentleman's name was Eric. He was extremely honest about all the different options I had for paying for down my new phone. I swear I've never seen an AT&T employee be so straight forward and honest with the customer. For once, someone was trying to actually help me save some money! When I doubted the legitimacy of the deal he was quick to print out statements showing me when and where I'd be paying for the new phone and how my next monthly payments would slightly change. This part was great, and ensured me that this deal was no scam. I got an awesome deal, all thanks to your very helpful employee! Thank you AT&T, but most of all, thank you Eric! read more
