    Really great place. They didn't have iPhone 13's in stock but they made it really easy to order them online for me.

    I went here to get a protective screen on our phones, the guy put it on several times each time it…read morehad crap under the screen protectors, and he had to reapply it several times. Then, after a few hours, I got my phones back, and they both had severe liquid damage! I couldn't make or receive calls, or even use my home button. Liquid was pouring out of the phone. He had to take our phones apart to dry them out.. The person I worked with that day was very nice, and he told me to come back on Monday to reapply the screens, and check the phones and get a refund since I had to sit at the mall for 6 hours. Monday, I went back and talk to the manager. The manager Tyler, refused to help me! He said it wasn't their fault, even though I showed him pictures of the condensation behind the camera lens. Our phones will no longer hold a charge what so ever. I was extremely dissatisfied, but the last straw was when the manager YELLED at me! I had been asking if he would honor the refund at least. He SLAMMED my phone on the table and yelled "FINE whatever you want." I told him he couldn't speak to me like that. And he sassed back at me! He continued to yell at me and I felt extremely threatened. I was afraid he would hit me actually. This was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered! He put another screen protector on, but it still had hair under it. He refused to replace the battery, so our phones now die 50% faster than they should. As I left he said in a very mean mocking tone "Have a nice day ma'am." I left and called the store owner and complained, he said he would call me back, but he never did. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset that an employee would treat a customer like this!

One of the regional managers tried to sale me and change my plan but Jose was there to help me out and let me know I had a really good plan. Both Marco and Jose stayed after to help me finish up getting everything finalized. If anyone decides to come to this T-Mobile, please ask for Marco (Store Manager) or Jose. They will get you right and not try and finesse you. They are the epitome of what customer service should look and be. I was starting to dislike T-Mobile due to their poor customer service, but these two fine gentleman changed my whole perspective. It would be a shame and the greatest loss for T-Mobile in history if they lost either of these two guys! WONDERFUL JOB MARCO AND JOSE!!!

We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!! Terrible service!
