this has been an ongoing issue for a month, all I wanted was to get my back glass and mic fixed. they didn't fix the mic and then got mad at me for telling them that their professionalism is ridiculous. they threatened to deny me service because of me leaving a voicemail voicing my issues after they had hung up on me. then when I was on the phone I was getting laughed at for being upset for their lack of communication. if you talk to a lady named Bella just leave she is a very poor worker, Ashton isn't the best with communication. I could say more but I think id have a stoke, don't go here. go to the Provo location they are much much better! read more

they are on the pricey end but everything has a lifetime warranty so it's great if anything ever stops working (rarely does) but i had something the other day from years ago stop working and got a replacement for free!! so it's worth it in my opinion! they have a good selection and the employees are friendly read more

Knowledgeable staff. Broke my iPhone 7plus and called for an estimate. Price was agreeable and so I took my phone in to be fixed. Staff seemed genuinely concerned about my broken phone and the manager Leo made me feel like I was in good hands. I got a tempered glass (they gave me too good of a good deal to say no) and my phone looks brand new. Super pleased, definitely recommend. Will definitely be going back! After spending over a hundred dollars at this place between my phone accesories and the husbands as well, I went home and realized I had purchased the incorrect phone case for my husbands phone. No big deal, other than we live 2 hours away from the nearest Tricked Out store. I knew I would be headed up that way in the next couple weeks and could return it. Low and behold, there is an impossible expectation of the 7 day return. I spent 30 bucks on a case he can't even use. Not everyone lives in the same neighborhood as this place. The fine tiny print on the back of the receipt does say 7 days, but my receipt also says I am keeping the rest of the $110 worth of stuff, so...how about doing something in good faith to keep an honest customer? I was a manager in retail, I do know this is not impossible, but judging by the look on the 2 associates faces, no footwork was going to be done. read more

This place sucks. They charged me way more than apple would have, and that was after the "discount" they gave me. Even worse, when they gave my phone back, the camera was broken. They had to fix it again, but now my microphone is broken. They didn't tell me they would touch my camera, speaker, and microphone, but they did. Now i'm stuck with a broken microphone, but they won't fix it because their warranty only lasts for 90 days. NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS. Just get your phone fixed by your carrier. read more

I had my phone worked on a couple weeks ago at the orem mall store. A defective screen was installed and they sent me to the Provo store since that's where they had more. So I drove. They installed a screen that worked, but was missing the screen that protects the speaker to hear. So after that they switched it with another, the screen presented the same glitchy issue!! They didn't have another screen So they sent me to sandy. Orem, to Provo, to sandy!!! I called and could never reach anyone so I asked for a manger. They said the only way to reach one is by email. I emailed, never heard back. So now I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a screen that glitches every moment and has issues typing. About to call my card company or BBB to get my money back and go somewhere else. This is a complete joke. Whoever reads these needs to call me. I emailed. You have me in the system. Please make the effort. I need this resolved. Just took a business trip for a week and it was an absolute nightmare. read more

I am so FRUSTRATED! I have been a loyal customer for years and have always found these guys to be really honest, but NOT today. They told me my screen had water damage and needed to be replaced. It has been is a waterproof case 24/7 and never immersed in water! I knew it couldn't be so I took it to Cellairis in Wal-Mart and he took the time to check and cleaned the connections--Fixed!! and for only what I thought was fair to pay, instead of the $150 screen replacement. Too bad, I'm so disappointed in Tricked Out--they didn't take the time to check the obvious and just went for the "easy" sale. My screen they put on popped off because it wasn't put on super great so I took it back expecting them to do it for free but I had to pay to get it done. About a week later the protector that never breaks broke. They made me pay to get a new one and within a couple days it had fallen off as well. read more

Ugh! this place!! I bought an iPhone case that turned out to be the wrong size. When I attempted to return it the worker there convinced me to take another case that was the right size and they would order the correct size in the style I wanted. It seemed like a great deal except rather than taking four days for the new case to arrive, it took a week and a half. Not only that but they just reordered the same case as before that didn't fit my phone in the first place. I was frustrated because I could've just gone to another store and bought the case I wanted rather than waiting for nothing. The worst part of this was when I decided to return the loaner case rather than wait for them to order another. Rather than refund me the cost of the case they charged me double!!! This caused my checking account to overdraft since I wasn't anticipating another $40 purchase to be put on my card. Customer service throughout this process was almost nonexistent and the overall experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Go somewhere else to get your phone accessories.
