Marco and Jose deserve whatever kind of raise they…read morerequest and should be training all of T-Mobile across the country what real customer service should look like. One of the regional managers tried to sale me and change my plan but Jose was there to help me out and let me know I had a really good plan. Both Marco and Jose stayed after to help me finish up getting everything finalized. If anyone decides to come to this T-Mobile, please ask for Marco (Store Manager) or Jose. They will get you right and not try and finesse you. They are the epitome of what customer service should look and be. I was starting to dislike T-Mobile due to their poor customer service, but these two fine gentleman changed my whole perspective. It would be a shame and the greatest loss for T-Mobile in history if they lost either of these two guys! WONDERFUL JOB MARCO AND JOSE!!!

We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!! Terrible service!

    This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. The salesperson,…read moreIsaiah, significantly misquoted our monthly bill by about $150. Switching our phone service to Verizon took roughly eight hours spread across several days, including multiple trips to the store. Even after three weeks, our phone numbers were not assigned to the correct devices. We decided to , switch to Visible and it took less than 30 minutes and worked without issue. Canceling our Verizon account was another lengthy and frustrating process that consumed hours of my time. Despite only using the service for about three weeks on two phones, we ended up paying about $500. Months later, I received another bill in the mail. When I contacted Verizon to see why I was getting charged again, I learned the balance had already been sent to collections. Because the account had been canceled, I had no way to access or pay the bill beforehand. The entire experience was poor communication, inaccurate information, and excessive time spent trying to fix problems that should never have happened. If you decide to go to a Verizon store (I severely recommend otherwise) definitely go to another store because this one was infuriating.
